The gigantic glass pane that might break while keeping rocks away from my face seems both fragile and important. Were I ordering parts, that would be one I would try and keep in stock. And loaner cars, I would have these available as well. I'm guessing whoever is ordering the things is probably related to Leon, because it seems they definitely didn't get hired for being good at figuring out what to order. I was waiting on a windshield for almost a month; today I was told that, instead of an appointment tomorrow, they would need to reschedule as they don't have loaner cars available. Aside from the fact that they are unable to provide me with a windshield and/or a car, the app's service requests workflow also feels dismissive and unhelpful. I don't think I should have to make requests like "hey could you go ahead and answer *ALL* the questions I asked, as opposed to answering one of seven questions and calling it a day?" Not sure if Grok or high school dropouts field the service app requests, but overall it's a poor experience. Really, Tesla service as a whole feels slow, shallow, and impersonal.
