    I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with this dealership's service department…read more I brought my vehicle in to address what I believed was a minor issue. After inspecting the vehicle, the service department identified the problem and classified it as "critical." Based on their diagnosis, I approved and paid for the repair, which was not inexpensive. Unfortunately, the issue persisted after the repair was completed. When I returned for a second visit, I was told that the problem had not been resolved because I had declined other services that were merely listed as "recommended" during the first visit. To make matters worse, those same recommended services are now quoted at approximately $300 more than before. This leaves me questioning the accuracy of the original diagnosis. If those additional services were truly necessary to resolve the issue, they should have been clearly communicated as critical from the beginning, not presented as optional recommendations. Instead, I paid for a repair that did not fix the problem and am now being asked to spend even more money. I chose this vehicle because of the reputation of the brand and expected the same level of quality and transparency from its service department. Unfortunately, my experience has left me feeling frustrated, misled, and completely let down

    Please don't buy from here…read more I purchased a new 2026 Tesla Model Y on May 6 and have been dealing with defects and service issues almost immediately after delivery. Within days of taking delivery, the right rear passenger seat became stuck in the folded position and could not be used. Tesla acknowledged the problem, serviced the vehicle, and marked the repair complete. Less than six weeks later, the exact same defect returned. I was also told by a service advisor that similar seat actuator issues had existed on prior Model Y vehicles, which makes it even more frustrating that the same problem occurred on a brand-new vehicle. In addition to the repeat seat failure, I have an unresolved front light issue. My appointments have been repeatedly moved around. I was initially told one repair would be weeks away, then told I could be seen the following week, only to receive confirmation for a later date. Communication has been equally disappointing. I spent more than 30 minutes on hold with Tesla support while they supposedly contacted service centers to find an earlier appointment due to the safety concern. The call disconnected, nobody called me back, and I ultimately had to show up in person. More recently, I was informed on the morning of my appointment that no loaner vehicle would be available--after I had already rearranged multiple work meetings and travel plans. What is most disappointing is that this is a brand-new vehicle. I have not even made my first payment yet and I am already returning for a second repair attempt on the same defect. In over 30 years of owning vehicles, including several BMWs both new and used, I never experienced a major defect immediately after purchase or this level of difficulty obtaining service. I wanted to love this car, but between the repeat seat failure, unresolved lighting issue, scheduling confusion, lack of communication, and last-minute changes, I no longer feel confident in the vehicle or the service experience. The service advisors I met in person were polite, but the overall ownership experience has been extremely disappointing and far below what I expected when purchasing a new Tesla.

    DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAM ARTIST…read more It's been awhile since I made the mistake of buying from these guys but let me start with first of all I went to go see a truck there that was posted with no problems real nice and everything but when I got there I was told it had a misfire. Right away I should have said No and went along my way but the guy was ensuring me that the truck was fine that it was just simply a spark plug and that THEY would fix it. Aside from the misfire everything about the truck was nice considering the miles and year Long story short i was promised they would take care of it but me having trust issues i bought a warranty they would not cover what i specifically bought the warranty for. Also when i found that out the OWNER RE ASSURED ME THAT HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT AND VAVE ME "HIS WORD" THE COWARD IGNORED ALL MY MESSAGES AND DID NOT KEEP HIS PROMISE. Turns out the motors VALVES were bad and needed to be replaced Ended up being 2k+ in work. The only reason i give this 1 star is because the younger salesman was nice and respectful.

I called back and told her I would be there within the hour. She said great, even sent me a text saying that the vehicle would be ready for me. When my son and I got there, we were told that the car was being washed and was a few minutes away. 10 minutes later, the worker came back and said the vehicle was 30 minutes away. When walking around the lot and looking in other vehicles we saw they still had property from previous owners in the backseat of one particular vehicle. Obviously, this is a very unprofessional business, and is completely inconsiderate of peoples time and travel. Don't waste your time going to these people.
