Felt very welcomed. Their waiting area offers coffee, hot chocolate, and water. They have about 5 soft couch like chairs in front of various TV with different channels and about two tables with hard chairs, and a few charging stations/laptops work area, which is really nice. Once, my vehicle was ready, the advisor, came and explained what they found, what they did, and what they recommended! At the end of my appointment, they washed my vehicle, which is nice, and I was on my way!

My windshield also seems - and admittedly I'm no expert here - to suck, but there's no Patrick for windshields that are seemingly made to pit and crack easily. I've been trying to get my car in for a month. I would say that scheduling a windshield replacement within a reasonable timeframe is like pulling teeth, except my dentist is a lot more available than these guys are. The gigantic glass pane that might break while keeping rocks away from my face seems both fragile and important. Were I ordering parts, that would be one I would try and keep in stock. And loaner cars, I would have these available as well. I'm guessing whoever is ordering the things is probably related to Leon, because it seems they definitely didn't get hired for being good at figuring out what to order. I was waiting on a windshield for almost a month; today I was told that, instead of an appointment tomorrow, they would need to reschedule as they don't have loaner cars available. Aside from the fact that they are unable to provide me with a windshield and/or a car, the app's service requests workflow also feels dismissive and unhelpful. I don't think I should have to make requests like "hey could you go ahead and answer *ALL* the questions I asked, as opposed to answering one of seven questions and calling it a day?" Not sure if Grok or high school dropouts field the service app requests, but overall it's a poor experience. Really, Tesla service as a whole feels slow, shallow, and impersonal. In the three times I've used it, the emergency roadside assistance/service workflow has not managed to resolve the issue on the same day even once. Right away I should have said No and went along my way but the guy was ensuring me that the truck was fine that it was just simply a spark plug and that THEY would fix it. Aside from the misfire everything about the truck was nice considering the miles and year Long story short i was promised they would take care of it but me having trust issues i bought a warranty they would not cover what i specifically bought the warranty for. Also when i found that out the OWNER RE ASSURED ME THAT HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF IT AND VAVE ME "HIS WORD" THE COWARD IGNORED ALL MY MESSAGES AND DID NOT KEEP HIS PROMISE. Turns out the motors VALVES were bad and needed to be replaced Ended up being 2k+ in work. The only reason i give this 1 star is because the younger salesman was nice and respectful.
