Please don't buy from here I purchased a new 2026 Tesla Model Y on May 6 and have been dealing with defects and service issues almost immediately after delivery. Within days of taking delivery, the right rear passenger seat became stuck in the folded position and could not be used. Tesla acknowledged the problem, serviced the vehicle, and marked the repair complete. Less than six weeks later, the exact same defect returned. I was also told by a service advisor that similar seat actuator issues had existed on prior Model Y vehicles, which makes it even more frustrating that the same problem occurred on a brand-new vehicle. In addition to the repeat seat failure, I have an unresolved front light issue. My appointments have been repeatedly moved around. I was initially told one repair would be weeks away, then told I could be seen the following week, only to receive confirmation for a later date. Communication has been equally disappointing. I spent more than 30 minutes on hold with Tesla support while they supposedly contacted service centers to find an earlier appointment due to the safety concern. The call disconnected, nobody called me back, and I ultimately had to show up in person. More recently, I was informed on the morning of my appointment that no loaner vehicle would be available--after I had already rearranged multiple work meetings and travel plans. What is most disappointing is that this is a brand-new vehicle. I have not even made my first payment yet and I am already returning for a second repair attempt on the same defect. In over 30 years of owning vehicles, including several BMWs both new and used, I never experienced a major defect immediately after purchase or this level of difficulty obtaining service. I wanted to love this car, but between the repeat seat failure, unresolved lighting issue, scheduling confusion, lack of communication, and last-minute changes, I no longer feel confident in the vehicle or the service experience. The service advisors I met in person were polite, but the overall ownership experience has been extremely disappointing and far below what I expected when purchasing a new Tesla. read more

I had the best experience here at Tesla SATX! I had a bit of an emergency situation and they took me right in to service my car without an appointment. Additionally, they sent me home with a loaner car while mine is serviced. Very grateful for that and the overall great service. Alec was extremely helpful and kind. Service is adequate once you can get someone on the phone. All contact with Tesla is done through the app. I paid for repairs before picking up yesterday at all was fine (except for the black car not being in the car). This morning when I got in the car to go to work, there was a message on the display saying it was disabled and I needed to pay for service. Ughhh. When I finally reached the service department they indicated other cars had been disabled and didn't know why this had occurred . Nedless to say I am reluctant to recommend buying a Tesla to anyone who may inquire. read more

From the beginning of service to the end, everything was seamless and well communicated so there were no surprises. Even recieved a loaner for the day to drive back home to get to work. Service employees were so friendly and HONEST! My service advisor knocked out one of the things that I thought I needed done for my breaks so made the estimate even lower, woo! Love that already! Customer service not their strong suit. Went on test drive. They did not give us a way to contact them via text like other Tesla dealers in past. We had an unexpected delay getting back. Tried to reach them well before our time ran out and ended up getting locked out of car for over an hour before finally getting through to someone via Tesla roadside assistance. They did not let us know beforehand that we would be locked out of car if we didn't get back within allotted hour. Manager was unapologetic and aggressively blamed us for the mishap. read more

We recently picked up my husband's Tesla from the San Antonio airport boulevard location. Leno was a true homie! He had the car washed, hand buffed and polished all to our surprise before we picked it up. It was a cute gesture having my husband's name welcoming him. Leno went the extra mile and spent time going over special features. Our friend who was with us was so impressed at the customer service we received he even changed his future service appointment from an Austin location to this one. read more

I paid a visit to the Tesla Service Center that is located on Airport Boulevard. The customer service & service department was fantastic. Unfortunately I had a flat tire and had to have my car towed. I did learn that you should go through the Tesla app to have all your service needs met. Going through the Tesla app will ensure that the service department is aware of your service needs. Hi, I am currently in the car market. I stopped by Tesla in San Antonio... oufff. Great car but the people in the showroom. you know when you are 16 years old and you go in a local jeans store to by a pair of jean and these guys have attitude, well it was like that. I have the money to buy cash a few Tesla but I look 28 years old but I am 40. I was feeling they don't care and I played the game. I know very well the car but I was asking question and they wete mske me feel pretty bad. I asked for a car ride of a model Y. I did it for 10 mins when I back they didn't put me no one minute of attention. I know that Tesla new mentality it is about we are so good and we don't care. I don't need a red carpet but but some answers and respect because I might spend a ly of money in your company but not... The saler "dude" didnt want to talk to me or event try to do a quick tour of the car. I started to look around and I realized that the only thing important for him at this moment was to give me the numbers. I left with a big empty feeling... just because of that I won't go with Tesla. I might be old school but there is a limit between now we are in a new world of where everything can be order online and some kind of human service. I take a look at the new cybertruck and really. yes it is a shape of a remembering car but after that... Dont go there, just go to an honest dealer ship that yes the vendor might try to up sale you ,yes it might be a game of negociation but at least the "dude" will take care of you, if you have questions he will know the car for real not just because it is cool to be around a Tesla and you will have a real American person giving you a custom service.
