I was having a hard time justifying the ROI. But after renovating the entire interior and exterior of the laundromat, the existing sign just did not go with the whole re-branding. Two years ago they custom fabricated a hot pink neon sign in a very specific font that I wanted for my salon. It was a statement piece and the craftsmanship was impeccable. Worst place ever, asked for an 18 inch sign, each letter 6 inches that said BAR, and was delivered a 12 inch miniature sign with 3 inch letters. Chose to go with this company because they credit the drawing to the actual price of everything. They finished the drawing (poorly / my landlord did not accept it) and said they won't be able to make it by the deadline - instead of telling me that before I gave them the money to make a drawing that I could have easily made myself (put my logo on a wall). Other companies charge WAY less for better drawings, so if you choose to go with DN Signs, at least get your drawing elsewhere. Also, this company will not give you a quote unless you already have a drawing (which is why they credit it to the final cost) which is still higher than any other company I have felt with. I found this place on Yelp and talked to the owner Sean who was very responsive to my message. I had an old table neon sign that I needed fixed and they tested it and also thought it was just the transformer that had gone bad in the base. They said they could fix it for $120. This was way more than the whole sign cost 20 years ago, but the original company was out of business and I have had this 3 color neon lighting my entry way of many apartments and houses for so many years, I just had to get it fixed. They said it would take a few days, and I called them just under a week later and they said it was done so I picked it up and it's working great. Very glad to have found this place. After Googling neon transformers, they aren't cheap, so all in all this was a good deal. read more

My wife wanted to do something unique for our son and his room, such as a neon sign. After doing some research, I came across DN Signs website and sent an inquiry. Dropped off a neon sign I had purchased on Amazon. I knew it was too cheap to be true but I bit on it anyway. Sure enough it worked great for one party and promptly died, so I took it to Sean. He had to swap out some of the cheap Chinese components and when it failed again (no fault of his; more bad components) he re-wired some of the tubes for no additional charge.
