    No call no show on day of scheduled move. I have email confirmation of the date. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I called and emailed multiple times on the day of the move and have never heard back.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I had to call around to find another company that could move me in such short notice.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Extremely disappointed!

    This review is an addition to the review that Margo L. made. I'm the daughter she refers to in her review. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was there for the entire move and was shocked to find out the guys did not even KNOW they were supposed to pack. This is an indication to me that Julio dropped the ball on that communication.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] In addition, [[HIGHLIGHT]]my intention when they first arrived, was to give them direction on the order that many of the items were to be moved. I needed for the living room chairs to stay until the very end so that my elderly parents had somewhere to sit while the move was happening.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Also, there were several items that might not fit in the new space since it was smaller so I wanted to wait till the end to see if they would. What do you think the first thing the movers brought down to the new house was? The living room chairs that the elderly needed to sit in!! It was as if what I said went in one ear and out the other of all three of the movers. Not only that, they started bringing down some of the other items I had referred to even though they were labeled with a big piece of blue painters tape that had the word "LAST" on it. It was as if they had not heard a word I said. Also, toward the end of the move, two of the guys came down to the new place with a load saying something along the lines of they were finished. I told them I wanted to go up to the old space to check that nothing got left behind. I was flabbergasted to find that several of the kitchen drawers and a cabinet as well as lots of stuff was left in all of the other rooms. It was not furniture, it was miscellaneous items in closets and cupboards and even six boxes of Kleenex that was in plain view on top of a cabinet in the bathroom! While they were not rude about it when I brought it to their attention, I could see by their faces that they were not happy to find out they had more to bring down. When they brought all that stuff down to the new place, they just kind of threw it anywhere. It felt like they were in such a rush to get out that they just dropped it wherever there was space including inside the kitchen and bathroom sinks. Since it was not in boxes, it was an overwhelming mess to look at and made my elderly parents and myself feel stressed about where to even start putting it all away. For the most part, the movers were very nice, I just was not impressed with their inability to listen to my direction and to follow through to make sure all items will removed in an orderly fashion. I was a little bit angry with myself at the end because I found myself apologizing to them if I had at all seemed bitchy throughout the move. I'm usually very easy going, but all of the issues I've mentioned made me a little on edge. I really shouldn't have apologized for that.

    Quick and efficient. All my furniture was wrapped in moving blankets and was protected during shipping.

Booking: I sent an inquiry directly with the company due to their stellar reviews, and they were able to schedule me in for my preferred time/day. The overall process was really convenient, especially because of their flexible time window. Moving: the two movers, Herman and Aleksei, were incredibly efficient and very sweet/patient throughout the move. I appreciate that they handled both my expensive & economical items delicately. Also, I wasn't completely prepared on my end with the move such as knowing details like where to park for loading/unloading or even which items to move vs discard, which I had been dreading for weeks. However, thanks to their expertise and versatility, the move was stress-free. And a huge shoutout to Herman for his guidance and coordination that really ensured a seamless experience. He walked me through every step of the process, answered all of my questions, and even helped me find every available discount. From the very first phone call, I felt I was in great hands. When the moving team arrived, Sasha (Alex), Zhenya (Eugene), and Sergey (Serge), that's when the real magic happened. These three are like modern day Spartans: strong, precise, efficient and incredibly patient. They immediately earned my complete trust. I was moving from a two-bedroom apartment (Dublin, CA to Danville, CA) filled with fragile furniture, glass pieces, mirrors, artwork, and a massive 9 foot tall, extremely heavy mirror. I honestly didn't think it was possible to move everything without damage. The way they wrapped and protected every single item was beyond impressive. There was simply no chance anything could break. They completed the entire move, including carefully wrapping, loading, transporting, unloading, and placing everything exactly where I wanted it, in less than 8 hours. The anxiety and stress of moving disappeared the moment I saw how professional and organized they were. The service felt truly VIP, the pricing was very affordable, and the entire experience was completely hassle-free. If you're not booking this company, you're missing out. I agree with other reviews stating that the movers were slow--The total time after removing breaks (10.75 hours) was 30% more than the upper end of the original quote (6-8 hours). I appreciate that they were careful with our belongings and were genuinely working hard, but a little bit more realism with the quote would have been helpful. So why am I rating this three stars? The team took a nearly two hour long lunch break. I'm not against breaks for workers, but this was absurdly long. It pushed our move much later into the night. We weren't charged for this time, but I would have appreciated better communication about how the team takes breaks. I had to call the office to figure out was going on! The office told me that the crew would reach out to me directly with when they would be back. (They did not). I think it would also be useful for the office to let potential customers know how much time to factor in for breaks and that they won't be charged for them.
