The gluten free donuts were to die for. I had the chocolate and the cinnamon, which were both EXCELLENT. I was in the area for a conference and just stumbled upon Do Rite Donuts. Part of me wishes I lived closer so I could buy them more often, but also I guess it's good it's an infrequent treat. I'll be back when I'm in town for the next conference! I bought a half-dozen to take home to my family

Overall this place was pretty good. The chicken sandwich was solid. I had the spicy, it wasn't really spicy imo. And i don't do much hot, so if I say it was mild trust me it was. The fries were OK. Fresh and hot. Nothing special. They also have donuts. They were really tasty, had the apple fritter, was a good apple fritter. Had the vanilla bean glazed donut. Taste like a regular glaze donut. I was hoping for that vanilla bean flavor. Disappointed but who doesn't like glaze donuts.

Great food, and excellent service. I've had the chicken sandwich on a donut, tried the Mr Piggy, and the bacon sandwich and they are all wonderful, BUT the donuts are heavenly!!!! If you're lucky you will get Markeese - he's the best! He's very helpful, makes great suggestions and is super friendly. I've probably spent $80 on donuts for our work crew in the last few days and everyone has been very happy with his suggestions on donut flavors.

My husband's first meal the day after his bodybuilding competition and we needed a very big refeed. Stopped here for a half dozen donuts and boy was I impressed by the flavors that they had and the hospitality at the counter. From valrhona chocolate to blueberry and pistachio Meyer lemon, we inhaled every single one. Def worth each bite!

I usually stop by this Do Rite on a weekly basis. At first I started ordering the buttermilk old fashioned. Then I decided to try the maple and bacon, chocolate long John, and the blueberry donut. I must say Do Rite has never done me wrong. The old fashioned has a nice crust exterior and the inside of the donut is soft. The chicken sandwich is pretty good, but a little dry. The chicken tenders are my favorite. Especially when the tenders are spicy. The fries are fresh and slightly crunchy. I recommend a side of their homemade barbecue sauce. Packed with a lot of unique flavor. Do rite is one of my top five favorite donut spot. Enjoy!

Doughnuts are very good. That's the three stars. One star negative because of their sandwiches. My husband ordered a Mr. Piggy and he got a bacon and egg sandwich. My original was not great. And the lady making our dozen seemed miserable. Didn't even greet us.

Wow, has this place gone changed since they opened. Poor customer service and what's up with this 3% surcharge on my receipt? Please don't tell me this is Covid related. (Nothing posted at the drive thru about this). I ordered 2 sandwiches, 1/2 dozen + a coffee. I paid and was given my donuts and then they came back and asked if I was waiting for food. I said yes and another employee says I was not charged for the food/coffee and that they had not yet started the sandwiches. I said forget the sandwiches, but I would take the coffee. I didn't think she heard me so I repeated it and her response 'I heard you the first time'. Really? She then says I owe $2.75 for a small coffee--I say I bought a 1/2 dozen donuts and I was told the coffee was $1.00. Her response was that's when you buy a single donut. Huh? That makes zero sense. Huge disappointment and I will not be back. Plenty of other places to spend my $3+ for a donut. read more

Came with the family and was more than satisfied with the food and customer service. They messed up on our order and the manager quickly fixed it for us, immediately. Tip1: It's located within a gas station but don't feel scared or cautious.... The food is amazing! For the donuts, we were so full on our meals that we skipped it for another visit. The most expensive donuts i have ever seen. When you go there, good luck getting served. I've been there twice and had to wait over 5 minutes for anyone to even come out and acknowledge you. The second time I walked out. Just go dunking, they are better anyway. read more

The food and dark matter coffee is amazing. The problem I have with Do-Rite is my coffee tastes widely different every time I order. My cold brew is either insanely sweet or so bitter it's undrinkable. The food is also good but the service is so slow I've left multiple times without my breakfast. The quality is there, but the service is ruining the experience. read more

This place has the BEST donuts in the universe!! It totally blows another well known nearby place out of the water. So unassuming in a gas station too. If I didn't know I probably never would. I've always wanted to try this place, so I was excited when they put a location in the suburbs. I am newly obsessed with all things do-rite! Their bacon and egg breakfast sandwich is divine, and their chicken sandwiches are way better than the other food chains. Every thing is fresh and made with high quality ingredients. The doughnuts are huge, and delicious! My favorites are the Verona or the cheese danish. read more

This place has the best chicken sandwiches and egg sandwiches! Their brioche bread is so soft and buttery, every time I order the food is so hot and made fresh. If you go here I suggest getting the egg sandwich with bacon and avocado! The donut flavors are pretty good also, the pistachio Meyer lemon donut is my favorite! read more

Hnmmmm. I had the chicken tenders. The menu board says. CHOICE OF SAUCES: honey mustard, BBQ, or ranch. I asked for one of each. The young man sid it would be $1.00 for all 3,??! Ok, I'll just take 1. And a hazelnut latte. $11.21??!! And I got charged .40 for the honey mustard! Any other restaurant gives you one sauce for FREE, with tenders, or nuggets... I've been here a few times and the donuts and chicken sausage sandwiches are really good. The donuts are fresh and there a few on the menu that are quite unique. The chicken sausage sandwich that I had was hot, fresh, and prepared as I ordered. They also have chicken sandwiches, I'll be trying those next. This is a nice shop with good food and great customer service. I can say this is my new spot for a donut or breakfast sandwich fix. read more

This place is attached to a spacious, new gas station. It has a drive thru - drive slowly because the donuts flash on a screen before the order screen. We tried the coconut cream donut, old fashioned donut, and bacon egg sandwich. Everything was fresh and delicious! The breakfast sandwich was my favorite! It was under $5, had thick bacon, plenty of eggs, and it was customizable with Mayo and tomato. Would definitely go again! read more

Donuts are pricey but big. Got vanilla bean glazed; was ok. Chocolate donut frosting was very good. Not sure I'll get donuts again as there are other bakeries that are good and less expensive. 4% surcharge added to bill; didn't notice this till later. Think for covid? Very good donuts.. they are very rich and sweet tasting. They next day they were as fresh as the day I bought them. Donuts are about $18.99 for their own pic of donuts which is stated on the menu as to what selection it will be or else I hand picked mine and it ran me $28.00 with taxes. read more

I about died when I heard there was a do-rite donuts in TINLEY PARK... I used to have to drive all the way out to Chicago for their delicious chicken sandwiches and donuts. What a genius idea to have one out here in the burbs. And the food is just as goooood no matter what location you go too. Seriously people, don't expect anything less than 5 stars.! I really did like this pace but Sunday about 4:30 there was barely any donuts left. Then when I asked if they were making more she stated "no". She had an attitude she started picking the ring donuts for me and I let her know those were not the ones. She then took them out of the box and threw them back in the tray. There were staff in the back just standing around. Not sure what happened to this place but won't be back. Could of had at least a better attitude. read more

I ordered the bacon breakfast sandwich. It was hot, delicious, and a bit messy which just added to the breakfast experience. This place had a hip diner vibe in a clean, suburban gas station kind of way. It's located in a typical full service gas station convenient store. Upbeat music playing and very clean. The food came out quickly. The coffee was dark and rich. I felt a bit rushed to order even thought there was no one else behind me. I wanted to treat myself to a really good donut, today. I went to the fairly new location in Tinley Park, which is inside a new gas station. They have a limited menu because they have a drove-they and can't offer too much. I decided to order one of their classic chicken sandwiches along with my donuts. The young, blonde girl at the counter looked as though she didn't want to work there. She was very robotic with no personality smile or suggestions. I tried compliments but got nothing from her. Ok. Waited 15 minutes for a chicken sandwich and yet there was nobody ahead of me! I sat down to eat the sandwich and the small piece of overcooked chicken slid out if the bun. There was at least a 1/4 cup of mayonnaise slathered on the bun with some shredded lettuce. I just couldn't eat it! I've had their chicken sandwiches before and they have always been delicious. At least my donut was good! My rating today is 1 star. I gave 4 for the Valhrona chocolate donut because Do-Rites have the best donuts in the southwest suburbs. read more

We also tried the strawberries and cream cupcake, and that was better than the confetti cupcake, but tasted unfortunately very artificial tasting, and neither of us were a fan of that either. The bakery has really nice cakes, everyone is friendly, but we just did not like the cupcakes, unfortunately. Cupcakes are around $3 each.

They took my order at the box and when I got to the window the girl said "I thought he was putting in your order and he didn't. So what did you order?" Seriously? It was 530 in the morning but still! I've yet to have a friendly person greet me at the window at this location either. I'll probably start going back to the Mokena location on my way to work.
