AMAZING! Hidden little gem! This place is tucked in the back but well worth the visit. They make all their own homemade cold brew and different creamers! Bobbi is the owner and she was super sweet and helped us through our first order. They have a small indoor seating area with a high top bar view of the baristas behind the bar. Everything is super clean and fresh and welcoming! I love that they have the own growlers for sale for cold brew and can get their creamers to take home! This will definitely be our new weekend go to.

Amazing cold brew! Found this place on instagram and had been trying to catch them for a while, was in the area today so it worked out perfectly! The woman working the truck was super nice and worked quickly to get everyone their drinks! I got a cold brew with the dairy free creamer. The large is definitely large so that was a plus! It was super delicious. Would love to try out the other creamers. The trailer is super cute too.

They advertised that they will be there every Friday Night 5pm-9pm. They had around 18 food trucks a bouncy blow up for children, a train ride, and seating. We tried 3 food trucks and Mr Softea. Red Ginger Food Truck made really DELICIOUS Korean Bulgogi tacos! From Re di Roma wood fired pizza food truck we tried a tartufata pizza. It was ok but not as great as from someone well known nearby. We also tried Mel an Libby's Soul Food Truck. We ordered the fish and shrimp combo with a side of Mac 'n' cheese...........The shrimp were ok but in a either non seasoned or almost unseasoned batter.....My husband asked (maybe Libby?) for cocktail sauce but she didn't give him any......but then things go down hill.......The fish was fishy tasting and chewy.......(YUK!) Sadly the Mac 'n' cheese can win a prize for worst in the world.....I consider the fish and the macaroni and cheese to be substandard. We had to throw away most of this $23.50 away. We ended our Food Truck outing with Mr Softea and that was surprisingly good and cheap ($2 small & $3 large cups of soft serve with sprinkles) I didn't notice any hand washing area so bring some hand sanitizer.

The food I received looked nothing like the pictures being advertised. Instead of fresh, juicy shawarma sliced from the spit, most of the meat appeared to be burnt scraps and overcooked pieces. The chicken and lamb were extremely dry, lacked flavor, and tasted like they had been sitting for a long time rather than being freshly carved. Moreover, the portions were extremely small for the price we paid. The fries were ok- the fries they came with the wrap seemed freshly fried while the fries on the plate weren't crispy at all. The vegetables seem fresh but just fell off the fork as you tried to pick it up. For the price of $23 for the plate, it was an extremely underwhelming and disappointing plate of food. As for the wrap, it was just as bad. As you go to pick it up, everything from the meat and lettuce just fell out because they were chopped so small. For a restaurant that markets itself as serving authentic, high-quality shawarma, this was far below expectations. I understand that photos can sometimes differ from reality, but the difference here was significant. Based on the reviews, I expected fresh, flavorful shawarma. What I got was a tray of dry meat scraps with very little resemblance to the advertised product. After eating at more than a dozen different restaurants in the past year that serves shawarma and kabobs, this was the most disappointing one. I hope management takes a closer look at food quality and consistency because this experience did not live up to the reputation reflected in the reviews.

And then you are going to spend a good long time at the sandwich board menu because there are options like none other. The Lost Menu, where there are so many unique items, you are going to be standing there a lil' lost and not knowing what to do, and the regular-ish menu. I stayed mostly there but smoked beef taco? Yes, please. I ordered that and also a carne asada and a birria. I felt a big piggish, but I had to. Then again, I'm glad I did because while they were packed ingredients, they were on the small side. What other restaurant gives you the option of flour, corn or homemade corn tortillas? Did I have any other choice but to order the latter? Unfortunately, one fell apart, it was so stuffed with goodness, but I won't hold that against them. The meats were all unique and delicious. I was the most confused by the smoked beef. It reminded me of some meat I had in Italy that was black but not charred and melted when I bit into it. I don't need to experience that again, but I could eat the other traditionally tender and flavorful versions daily. The three-taco combo comes two sides. I almost ordered fries but when I shifted to beans and rice, out of fairness to tradition, I got a nod of approval. But, I have a feeling I would have gotten one no matter what I did, because of patience and kindness of these Lost Burro folks. The rice was middling but those beans - didn't taste as though they'd ever seen the inside of a can. Thick, rich and flavorful. I ordered a side of consume, just because it was bone broth, and I hadn't seen that before. It was tasty, but I realized more prefer a red broth with big chunks of stewed beef. I will judge you unkindly if you give me a Jamaica that is just one step up from Koolaid. Nah, these folks had me wash it all down with icy cold tea goodness, with a star anise waiting for me at the bottom of my cup. I wish I did not live an hour away. It's not fair.

My wife and I love to cook and have prepared some outstanding meals at home over our 40 years together. We have extensively traveled and lived throughout the world and as such developed pallets for superb cuisine from all over. As we grew older we gleaned the best of what we enjoy and developed them into our own cooking skills. My wife being Korean born refined her cooking skills in the eastern cuisine like Korean, Japanese, Thailand, and others while I have refined my skills with French and Italian. Prescott is a beautiful place to live but its culinary basis is built on sawdust. We usually cook for ourselves if we want a top notch meal. Now the past several years I have been confined to a wheelchair and transport is very limited. We used to spend winters in Hawaii where we could get great quality meals and seafood whether we prepared them or went out. So our 40th! I wanted to do something special for my wife since I have not been living up to my end of our culinary relationship being confined to a wheelchair. Thus I started seeking out a Chef that would come to our home with his staff and prepare a custom made meal for us. I selected Chef Thomas and Copper State Kitchen. I started by a rather lengthy discussion via phone and followed up with sending Chef Thomas some of our favorite recipes, sufficient for him to develop a five-course meal for us. Chef Thomas is very professional and easy to work with. We refined the meal over the next two days we agreed on the following proposed menu; I supplied the wines. Amuse-Bouche * Fig Jam, Blue Cheese, Red Wine Poached Pear & Arugula Crostini Starter * Prime Rib Poke with sesame crunch and microgreens and pipkuala aioli (based on my deconstruction of the infamous Tiki Bar in Waikiki dish) Pasta Course * Lobster Tagliatelle in a Champagne Cream Sauce Main Course * Beef Wellington with foie gras and red wine demi-glace Dessert * Crème Brûlée (torched table-side) Wine Pairings * Santa Margarita Prosecco DOCG * Domaine Salmon Sancerre Sauvignon Blanc * Tenuta de Sesta Brunello di Montalcino 1996 * Chateau Rieussec 1st Grand Cru Classe 1863 Sauternes 2004 Every course was perfect and very enjoyable. And they cleaned the kitchen meeting my wife's expectations. I highly recommend Copper State Kitchen for your personal culinary experience to celebrate your special occasions.

I thought it was one of the best chorizos I've ever tried. Perfectly spiced not too much like you will get at other places. Their red salsa and a little bit of ketchup were amazing on it. But I think I may like it better the way this place serves it. Pastor had a good char and was tasty. Would absolutely get it again. I was a little disappointed in the asada. Was not our favorite at all. No real seasoning to it, and kinda mushy.

If that is what you're looking for you might find yourself to be a little disappointed. This is not that kind of a joint. (no waiters, no waitresses, no tableside service, but no high prices and ridiculous exorbitant tipping expectations either). At first using the GPS, this place was hard to find until I realize we are not looking for a sit down restaurant...it's a drive up and drive-through restaurant, it's basically made for takeout dining exclusively! Don't let that fool you though because the food at this place slaps! Lol! We had a lobster roll, a Mexican salad (served on a large flour tortilla, as a burrito!) as well as the flatbread and chicken quesadillas. They were all excellent (if you're from the East Coast, you might be disappointed by the lobster roll because it's a local interpretation of what a lobster roll would be like ) and they are among our favorite things to pick up when we want to grab food and take it back home.. The prices are very affordable! In a time when you can't touch a meal for less than somewhere between 15 and $20 this place you can feed your whole family for that even their drinks are inexpensive. They actually have a lot of locations sprinkled throughout the greater phoenix area. my experience is that some locations are a little better than others in terms of customer service and efficiency but generally speaking I like the price and I like the food no matter which location I go to but invariably some are better than others.
