Very disappointing experience at this dispensary. From the moment we walked in, security treated us unfairly and claimed we were "looking funny." The situation escalated fast when the security guard became aggressive, squared up to me, threatened to pepper spray us, and said he was calling the police before we were even given the chance to speak or make a purchase. Instead of helping de-escalate the situation, the employees were defensive and rushed to kick us out without even hearing us out. It honestly felt like they just wanted everyone out as quickly as possible rather than handling things professionally. I highly recommend having a manager on duty during night shifts because this was handled very poorly. To the owner or management team, please review the camera footage and pay attention to how your security staff interacts with customers. No one should feel threatened, intimidated, or judged when entering a business. If this is the way customers are being treated, something seriously needs to change. read more

I like shopping at CoCo Farms in Concord because of the convenience and prices. All the bud tenders there are nice, especially Christina. The last time I was there I purchased some infused prerolls for someone as a gift. When they opened them up, each preroll was a different size. I called up to ask someone about the lack of consistency and was told I should call up the vendor to complain. I said that since CoCo Farms sold me the product, it seems more logical that they should complain to the company. I wrote to the company through their website about it but they have yet to respond. I doubt they will, which is unfortunate. I hope that I do hear from them or that they contact Lolli, the vendor for the prerolls, and let them know how they are missing the mark on quality control. read more

This is a GIANT warehouse dispensary. You could fit easily 400 people inside. However I went and waited 20 fucking minutes in line because there were two cashiers working and people taking their sweet time to look at every item. There were only 2 people ahead of me. You have to wait in line outside of the store. I almost turned around and left. Each transaction took about 15 minutes it was ridiculous. Never coming here again. Don't come here if you are in a rush. Only come if you have an hour to waste standing in line for literally no reason. Hire more people and train them to get people in and out. Absolutely ridiculous. Waste of my fucking time. Hire more people you have 14 cash registers Jesus Christ. Once I finally got up there, the employees were in no rush to help me they were just talking and laughing. It took her 10 minutes to check me out. Finally trying to check out and they couldn't find me in the system. Had to make a whole other account, again not rushing just joking around with coworkers. I purchased $140 in flower from them after asking for an ounce of top shelf and telling them I have no budget, when I unsealed the ounce it was really poor quality as well as smelling and tasting like mildew. I called and asked about an exhchange 10 minutes after I bought it and was told there's a no return policy...as in no matter what, they will not exchange or return defective products...even mildewy mids sold to you as top shelf. I've spent money here before, quite a bit of it, but that doesn't seem to matter either. Avoid this place as there are tons of better alternatives within about a 10 minute radius. read more

Been going there since they opened. They stop selling good products. If you vape, they have very limited vape. They don't carry any of the good brands anymore, gelato type brands, too many additives for my lungs .I use it for medicinal purposes .I need a cured live resin a good Indica vape and they no longer carry any good brands. it's sad how the Concord Cocoa Farms went down. If you leave anything except a 5 star review, the company will reply and blame you the customer. End of an era. They abruptly ended all the buy 3 get 1 free, buy 6 get 2 free, etc deals. Those deals and the no taxes are what kept me going here instead of the competition. Glad they still do no taxes, but I definitely go here less than I used to. I was going multiple times a week, haven't gone since. It's fine though because prices had been slowly rising anyways. They are no longer the easy choice dispensary, other places are now the same price for better product. They really shouldn't have changed their business model. Don't get me wrong, I will go back but who knows when....once a year when they have deals I guess. Also, on multiple occasions my online order was "lost" after getting the confirmation that it was ready. Only this location ever had this problem, not Antioch. Bought six grams of shatter. Put it in the freezer over night. When I opened up the packaging the next day 3 of the 6 were melted messes. With a knife I was able to scrape off about 1/2 of the first gram I worked on. Decided then that the retailer would probably want to rectify this situation. WRONG. But this Concord location is inefficient due to no designated employee stationed at the online pickup area, or the system being down.
