I started going here about a year ago after moving to the area. I've been in several times and it's always been a good experience.

Got two fillings done around a year and a half ago, top left and bottom right. A month after I still had sensitivity in the bottom right, so they redo it, still have issues another month after and then it FALLS OUT only a month after . So I have to go back get it fixed for free, at this point I got a new dentist because I've never had this issue. Now fast forward to two days ago, I'm Flossing when my pick gets stuck on my upper left filling, it ends up falling out as well. So you can chose whether you wanna go to them. read more

Be aware that if you start going to this dental practice, a couple things might happen....When we were Patients, our dentist left abruptly with no explanation. It was a very strange occurrence for a dentist, and we also found the prices after this practice, to be quite high. I really liked the practice before that and I wish that we could have kept our dentist. The waiting room was comfortable. Location was perfect, office staff seemed friendly but it was difficult to understand the pricing and paperwork was a mess. read more

Amazed! Called as a new patient and explained I had some upcoming ortho surgeries and wanted to try and get my cleaning before that. BEST FRONT DESK STAFF EVER! I am actually going to reference my experience when coaching my staff and how the receptionist was determine to get me in ASAP and made some calls and got me in NEXT DAY! I really liked this place. Loved my hygienist Chris and the doc - both super friendly and professional. I highly recommend them if your olfactory senses have been dulled.But I can't go there any more because the intense, strong smell of cheap, toxic, plug-in air freshener in a small space gave me a 2-day migraine. Dobson ranch dental has been absolutely amazing. All of the staff are professional and efficient and they really work with your schedule to schedule appointments. Danielle has been my dental hygienist and she made me feel very comfortable , explaining the whole procedure to me before she started. Dr. Chris is the BEST dentist hands down! I had been going to him as early as my high school years (many years ago), moved away after college, came back and seen 2 other dentist for minor cleanings... the experience did not compare! One day, I'm driving down a random street and I see Dr. Christopher Payne and couldn't believe my eyes so of course I made an appt and felt right at home from the moment I hit the door. I had an amazing experience here all because of Dr. Chris Payne and his dental assistant. I do not recall her name but she's amazing too! They made sure I was comfortable and not scared. I literally have anxiety when it comes to dental work ever since I was a little girl. But my experience here made me look forward for more and not scared anymore. I couldn't feel any horrible pain at all during my teeth filling work. Dr. Chris Payne needs more than 5 stars as well as his dental assistant. They're amazing and they do such wonderful job. Professional and deserves more than 5 stars. I totally recommend this place. It's very clean and smells good in the waiting couch area haha! They make sure you're comfortable and they treat you like you're part of their family. Front desk lady is so nice, friendly, and very accommodating. All their staff are all very wonderful people. My husband and his family has been a patient here since he was like 5 years old (even before Chris became their new dentist). I am a patient of Dr. Chris Payne and his staff. I love this place and believe me I hate dentists. He is amazing and so gentle. They are extremely friendly and patient. They treat you with extra care and make sure you are comfortable and pain free. I don't think I can say enough. They are quick to respond to any emergency and dental issue you may have. Service was great here except for the lady who gives estimates and takes payment. She is rude, never listens and speaks over you. I went in twice and spoke with them once over the phone and every time there is a difference price and she doesn't seem to know what she is talking about. I will not be returning to this office because of her! I told her I was going to give her payment and she hung up on me. read more

One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Michelle needs some serious training. Before my encounter with her I didnt realize I could be treated so awful by a stranger. I even heard her talking trash about another patient. The walls are thin and her voice was definitely heard. I will not be back, I prefer a more professional environment. read more

This dental office is awesome! I had a bit of an emergency situation and Katie was so very helpful! I had selected this office with my insurance but hadn't yet gone for my first visit. She went above and beyond to get all of my insurance info in order (since I didn't even have my card) and even helped to secure a fast appointment. I was just going in for a simple cleaning. First time I've had the hygienist look to see that I would wait less time having the dentist check me before my cleaning rather than waiting until afterward. Saved time, so I appreciated that. Before, I can even drive away I have to take the time to say Thank you. I have always feared dentist and the hygienist, I mean I get so scared before I go. But, today I found the nicest, kindest, dentist and the hygienist was sweet and caring and she didn't make me feel bad or like I was poor at brushing and flossing. She took the time to show me the proper way and I mean I am almost in tears, with joy not pain . I can't wait to come back to the dentist and see Marci.
