On the day of our reservation I received a call from a very friendly staff member Jace (forgive my spelling if it's incorrect) who confirmed our reservation and also asked if we had kids in our party because of the age restriction for the outside seating. I thought that was very considerate of him to do so as he was being proactive and courteous at the same time! When I checked in, I immediately was greeted by Jace who was beyond welcoming in person as he was on the phone. He guided us to our table and made us all feel welcome. We then were presented with our hardworking and endearing Server Kat who was so patient with all of us, was proactive in setting up plates for our Birthday cake (we had brought with us - as we were granted with permission by the restaurant). Throughout our experience, Kat took care of our needs, fulfilled our delicious food orders with accuracy, and the other hardworking Server Ethan also ensured our drinks were filled. Seriously, the Employees are what made our celebratory Birthday even more special!! And also, our the wonderful Manager Brandon made sure we were all taken care of and even personally said goodbye as he walked with us out the door!
