I showed up today, I was a bit confused as to where it was at first, but immediately found it on Lap #2. Lol Along with my oil change they did a multipoint inspection and recommended a few other services that I will have done at a later time. The waiting room was CLEAN 10 out of 10, their restroom was SUPER CLEAN, and they even had coffee, tea, hot chocolate and choices along with cookies and snacks to choose from. But last week I took in my two year old Rivian with 40k miles. I simply wanted a ceramic coating because I've started doing a little light off roading and I want more paint protection. My car looks brand new. Literally, people online think the picture is a brand new Rivian, not one that's two years old. Aside from the paint looking brand new. They cleaned and dressed all of the plastic trim. They cleaned all the door jams as well. My car literally had dirt and grime in every nook and cranny. I think I'm going to have to visit Diamond Auto Salon sooner rather than later for my next new car. As a side note, when I dropped off. They were finishing a beautiful Rolls Royce. I appreciated that as I have no experience in repainting any of my past cars, so this was a first. Long story short, I had a front license plate mounted in the front bumper, had it wrapped, the company that wrapped my car covered the holes and sanded it down prior to wrapping, a year later had my car unwrapped and the result was a sanded down front bumper. i dont recommend doing business with this company first they…read moretook forever to respond and second the quality of the work was really bad. i really dont like how they wrapped the corners. by the second day the film was already lifting in different places. they told me they would fix everything during the correction but after that the same thing happened again i dont want to keep coming back every week because something needs to be fixed again. i just wanted a good quality wrap on my car so i could drive it and enjoy it. instead i keep coming back to fix something and wasting a lot of my time i didnt get what i expected from this company. i dont recommend them. read the reviews and think twice before leaving your car here
