I…read morestopped by one afternoon to get an estimate on re-painting one door of my car that had been previously worked on by a mobile dent removal/paint guy, and the roof because the clear coat was wearing out due to sun damage. It wasn't looking good and I plan to keep the car for another five years or so, so I figured I should look into this. Marcos took a look at the areas that needed work, then brought me into his office. He typed up some information in the computer and got me a quote within 10 or 15 minutes, no problem. The cost was about what I expected and I didn't even bother getting a second opinion. Based on the number of great reviews on Moises, I figured I had found the right place. I scheduled a time to drop the car off on a Monday morning hoping I would only have to rent a car until Friday. They literally got to work right away, sending me photos of the car being worked on by noon. It turned out that the mobile dent guy had done some pretty shoddy work underneath his paint job, and that I would need a new door skin as well if I wanted the car to really look its best. Marcos was honest and said I didn't have to go this route, and could keep it the way it was, but it wouldn't look as good. It would be ok, and better than it currently looked, but if I wanted it pristine, I should consider the new door skin. I figured I'm going this far, so we might as well do it right. The car was ready by Friday afternoon as promised, even though they had to order a new door skin which was not in the plan. When I picked the car up Friday, it looked perfect. In fact, the whole car looked fantastic. The paint was blended perfectly. I feel so much better about this car now. One added bonus to all of this is that Marcos noticed my magnet on the back of the car that says "I [heart] my dachshund," and Marcos mentioned he also has two dachshunds. I always know I can trust a dachshund lover. The only problem is that Marcos is an LAFC fan, and as I am a huge LA Galaxy fan, it was difficult to accept this!

Now I'm not one to request a service or talk bad about someone without providing the receipts but here are attached my contact that got no response till this day, my email that didn't get a reply, my Instagram messages that never got a reply and a promise of having them ready and the Facebook messages with some replies but ultimately ending in the same result, no response and flaking. I also called multiple times and left voicemails and no response. I also had a friend who previously ordered some and he ignored it. The service requested was a pair of headlights and provided the color and itching and here I am getting no responses. I was not requested a deposit or anything .This kind of service does not provide any kind of value in the market , where a customer orders something and there is no response. He also deliberately asked me to take down my post because of his poor reputation and I did but with no result. Too many chances with no proper service. Go somewhere else with your money. 0/10. I waited since December and nothing. You can see him messaging me from his personal account, and still no reply. There is no accountability. Cant hide the messages and receipts. There is still no attempt to fix the request to purchase new lights.

Hello potential consumers…read more I would like to give an update on how the interaction has been since my last review. It's now been approximately 3 weeks since my last review regarding my service with Kevin and believe it or not I'm still here waiting for him to install my lights that are supposedly finished. The last time he said he would do a mobile service out to me to install the lights in my car but that has not yet happened and today I receive a text message basically stating that since I gave him a low rating he will not be doing a mobile service anymore and now I have to be inconvenienced by having to drive to his shop in Northridge to get them installed during the week when most of us have to work. So the lack of customer service still continues and then he goes on to say that he won't do a mobile service because there is no guarantee that I won't erase my review and give him 5 stars!!!! What business owner tells a customer that and then he won't refund my money because he says he doesn't refund on custom work well then as an unsatisfied customer he needs to make good on his word and come out to me and make it right, maybe then I'll change my review but until such time I will keep informing the potential customers of what type of service you may run into with this guy. Until he comes out to me and fulfills his commitment to his customer I will continue to give him a 1 star rating. I'm sure after this message he'll be texting me again. Hopefully it's to make it right!!!

He was able to take my car in the same day. When I arrived he asked if I knew how dark I wanted them (which I didn't). My car has factory tint in the rear and I wanted it to match or closely match with the front. Alonso explained the difference in the colors and showed me how dark it would look on my car. Additionally he took his time to explain the difference in films. I felt the price was reasonable and to be honest probably the best quote I had gotten. Alonso suggested tinting my windshield also for the heat rejection but I was not sure because I have never done that before so I decided on not doing it. I would say that's my only regret now because I definitely feel the difference when the sun is in front of me. I did plenty of research prior because in the past I had not had the best experience with other businesses so when I got my car I knew I wanted to be sure the business would do a great job. When doing my research evolution was the only one that had nothing but great reviews so I trusted my gut and sure enough they did a fantastic job. Additionally, I waited for my car in the lobby and got updates on the progress of my car throughout the entire service. Will definitely be recommending people here and returning to get my front windshield tinted.

I do not recommend working with this company or leaving your car here…read more I had a very bad experience with them. First of all, just two days after the PPF installation, the film started peeling off, especially around the edges and corners. Philip told me this was "normal" and that everything would be fixed during the follow-up correction appointment. I came back for the correction, and they repaired the areas that were lifting. However, I also noticed that my front bumper had been wrapped using four separate pieces of film, with the pieces overlapping each other. I was told this was normal. I wasn't happy with that at all, but I decided to let it go. After the correction, the exact same problem came back. The film started peeling again from the corners, around the door handles, and in multiple other places. I also noticed that the film had changed color and became more yellow than it was originally. I'll attach photos showing the difference. Overall, I would not recommend leaving your car here. They will keep making promises, avoid taking responsibility, and refuse to properly redo poor-quality work. I don't know how genuine the other reviews are, but my experience with this company was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

This is a father-and-son-owned shop, and you can tell they take pride in doing things the right way. The photos I've posted show the old exhaust parts that were cut and removed, the replacement components, and the finished install underneath the vehicle. Everything was fitted cleanly and solidly--no shortcuts, no sloppy work. They replaced my muffler and repaired the damaged section from the theft in just a little over an hour, which honestly exceeded my expectations. The car sounds right, drives smoothly, and feels properly repaired--not patched together. What I appreciated most was their honesty and efficiency. They explained what needed to be done, got straight to work, and delivered exactly what they promised. In a time when catalytic converter theft is unfortunately common, it's a relief to find a shop you can trust. If you're dealing with exhaust damage or catalytic theft, I highly recommend Izzy Mufflers and Brakes. Solid workmanship, fair pricing, and genuinely good people.

Their process seemed a little too good to be true. After getting various quotes from a range of others, the price was all over the place from too cheap to extraordinarily expensive. Dr. Wheel is on the lower side of the equation. The other thing, they come to your house. Say what? Got me wondering how solid of a repair we were looking at. Well, once I dug into the process, saw that the work is warranted for a year, I figured I'd give them a shot. First, we had them do two aftermarket wheels which relatively minor damage. The result was pretty incredible. The wheels looked good as new and honestly, I couldn't remember where the blemishes were . Months later the wheels looked great. Today, we got four wheels on my wife's car done, all with curb rash to a varying degree and the result was great. The challenge today wasn't the damage, it actually wasn't super complex or extensive. It was the color. From the factory, the color is pretty unique, but the Dr. Wheel team got it pretty much exactly. A special shout out to Jonathan, who came out to our house twice and did a great job. Friendly, professional, thorough, and just an all around solid dude. Not that I hope to get more curb rash on any of our wheels (nor do I wish that for you!), but if we do, we will definitely go back to them. We've already referred them to a few neighbors.

In connection with a planned 2000 mile trip, I took the SUV to my long-time mechanic, Ise Automotive, in Los Feliz. When I picked up the car, I was told that there was something "odd" about the Michelin tires on the vehicle and that I should have them checked out by a tire expert. He recommended American Tire Centers, with whom he'd done business for decades. I was skeptical, as I'd put very few miles on the tires, but nevertheless called American to determine when I might have them inspected. Vahe ("Vic") said I could bring in the vehicle the same afternoon. When I arrived, the lot was filled with cars under some stage of repair or replacement. Nevertheless, Vic turned immediately to examining my Michelin tires. To my untutored eye, they looked pristine. However, after completing his inspection, Vic said that due to their age, the rubber was separating from the material beneath. This, he told me, is why tire warranties are valid for a maximum number of Miles (usually 50,000) OR time period (in this case, five years). It was clear I was going to have to replace the tires. The question, then, was "With what?" At the age of 80, I am a "careful" consumer. When I'm teeing up to buy a product or to commission a service, I do my homework. In this case, however, it had largely been done for me. Paired with a string of online recommendations attesting to the honesty of the shop, I also had absolute confidence in my mechanic of several decades, who had sent me to Vic with his endorsement. I purchased a set of four new Michelins. Vic said he'd do an alignment only if it were necessary. The next morning (less than 24 hours after I'd been advised by my mechanic to have an expert inspect the tires), the car was ready for pickup. Vic told me to bring it back for inspection when I returned from my trip. Conclusion: I could not have been happier or more impressed with the treatment accorded me by Vic and his colleagues. They were professional, prompt and, I believe, honest in their pricing. Based upon my experience, I've no hesitancy in recommending them without reservation.

I have taken my vehicle to several places to be repaired and the problems could never be diagnosed correctly. I continued to have problems until I found Kris who owns this shop and is the only certified technician I could find to work on my H1 Hummer. I drive from Santa Clarita because there is no better shop in the years I've searched. He not only corrected the tire problems I was having but found the short that kept killing my engine. He found it in a half hour and while could have charged me anything or said it took a long time, was honest and charged a half hour service time which was less than any other place that charged me just to look for the problem. He will be my go to guy for everything related to my Hummer or GMC Tahoe because he takes time to fix the problem right but more importantly because "he's good", the charges are much less than any shop I've been to! He informed me of what was leaking and told me to bring the car back the next day as he was quite busy that morning already. It was a valve cover gasket that needed to be replaced. I also asked to have the transmission fluid drained and replaced. Costs to repair these items were a little over 1K but do come with warranty (see paper receipt for info) He quoted that it would be ready by the end of the day around 2-3pm. Once I arrived at the shop, my car was ready as quoted. He has a really good team working well together to get customers' cars out in a timely manner. So far, my car is running well, and I will continue to monitor for any oil leaks (crossing my fingers that we nipped the issue) and I had a great experience overall.
