We had already sat in a classroom for hours. There were two kids in the class who required more attention and the instructor did his best but there were just too many people. A lot of us left before we got to actually try shooting. I heard there used to be a lower staff to student ratio but the corporation got greedy. I'll have find another place to learn. All that time and money (I had to buy the class, rent a weapon, and buy ammo that I now have zero use for) and I've still never shot a gun. So disappointed.

It was my first time bringing my rifle the lady at the counter and asked me what type of caliber I was shooting and what kind of ammo I said 5.56 green tip she notified me that the green tips were not allowed on the range so I purchased non-green tip 556 round from them and I proceeded to go to the pistol range after I was done at the pistol range I went to the counter and the lady requested I give her my green tip rounds as I was pulling my ammo out of the bag to give to her the manager, Gary Allen was very rude and was harassing me as I was giving it to her so I requested my money back on the ammo. This place is not friendly at all. I do not recommend spending your money here. I would take it to somewhere else like Center Mass in Livonia where they're friendly and they treat you like family. I don't know what's wrong with that guy that day, but that was very disrespectful and I will be taking my money elsewhere again stay away from this place. They are very unprofessional.
