Sometimes the wait is longer than others but most often, the wait averages 10 minutes. And I never show up early. 2. Lobby is very clean and there is music and calming TV in each rooms. Happy to have that as listening to the sound of dental instruments is not enjoyable. 3. Technicians. All are very nice and want to hear what you need to make the appt as comfortable as possible. I require extra numbing gel for cleanings as I have very sensitive gums... they make sure I am not feeling pain. 4. Dr. Hartounian. Fun to talk with and always is honest and respectful. I use to go to a dental office in Gardena where Dr Tounian use to work out, fast forward a few years now and I'm back with Dr T. At the end of the day, the loyalty is what brought my son and I back. He's remove my teeth before (he doesn't do that anymore), so I trust the Sparr Heights Dental group with my dental needs.
