They even got a little prize at the end, which totally made their day! I also want to give a very special thank you to dental assistant, Meline for the incredible care and kindness she showed my daughter during her visit. My daughter was feeling extremely nervous and anxious (from a past bad experience), but Meline took the time, made her feel safe and comfortable. She spoke to her so gently, explained each step in a fun and calming way, and even held her hand when she got a little scared. By the end of the appointment, my daughter was smiling and actually said she liked the dentist -- something I never thought I'd hear! First thing my daughter did as soon as she got up was give Meline a hug and thanked her. Sometimes the wait is longer than others but most often, the wait averages 10 minutes. And I never show up early. 2. Lobby is very clean and there is music and calming TV in each rooms. Happy to have that as listening to the sound of dental instruments is not enjoyable. 3. Technicians. All are very nice and want to hear what you need to make the appt as comfortable as possible. I require extra numbing gel for cleanings as I have very sensitive gums... they make sure I am not feeling pain. 4. Dr. Hartounian. Fun to talk with and always is honest and respectful. Plus, he is a great dentist. They never try to sell you anything. THIS IS HARD TO FIND! Very lucky to have found these guys!

He's remove my teeth before (he doesn't do that anymore), so I trust the Sparr Heights Dental group with my dental needs.
