Gotta love this dentist and their team. I have been using them for a while now and can't speak highly enough. Let's go over the facts: 1. Sometimes the wait is longer than others but most often, the wait averages 10 minutes. And I never show up early. 2. Lobby is very clean and there is music and calming TV in each rooms. Happy to have that as listening to the sound of dental instruments is not enjoyable. 3. Technicians. All are very nice and want to hear what you need to make the appt as comfortable as possible. I require extra numbing gel for cleanings as I have very sensitive gums... they make sure I am not feeling pain. 4. Dr. Hartounian. Fun to talk with and always is honest and respectful. Plus, he is a great dentist. They never try to sell you anything. THIS IS HARD TO FIND! Very lucky to have found these guys! read more

Another excellent experience at CV Dental for my check up. Glad I was able to get in before the year ends. They are super busy but I'm not surprised as Dr. Hart is an excellent dentist! Since seeing Dr. Hart, I've kept up with my cleanings, switched to an electric toothbrush and got myself a waterpik (per his recommendation). Guess what? Haven't had cavities at my last few appts!!! My check up was with another doctor there, Dr. A, she was very knowledgeable, kind, thorough and very gentle. I love the staff/team at this office! Highly, highly recommend Dr. Hart and Dr. A! The worst teeth cleaning I have ever had. Had an apt. for a teeth cleaning. Showed up on time but was not seen for over an hour. Music was blasting in the back, people laughing, having a great time. Meanwhile I am sitting in the lobby. Then they take me to a room and I sat there for another 20 or 30 min. Lady comes in looks at my teeth and does the ultra sonic thing and polishes then. No picking no nothing. Mind you I am a 66 yr old smoker with periodontal disease! She proceeds to tell me my teeth are "pristine" LOL Complain about the wait to the Dr. and he said they had an emergency! HA! You were having a Party not an emergency. I will be moving on. I guess they don't care if your on Medicare because there is no money to be made. Shame, I liked the location and cleanliness of the place. read more

Office staff messed up my appointment I made months ago. Then they were trying to force me to get medicine I don't want. Since I said no he no longer wants me to go to his office. Medicine he did admit he administers to make money from HMO clients. If someone is allergic please do not go see him. He also tried to charge me for a crown when I went to go for a cleaning. His office staff then would bot call me back to get my x rays. I had to use my Google number. Shady!! Honestly also the worst cleaning I have ever gotten. If you don't like us hmo clients then do not accept our insurance. Don't treat us like we don't matter. They are going to make excuses on here as a reply. Which is fine. I've been to 5-6 dentists throughout my life and nearly all of them have left me traumatized, I used to hate going to the dentist until I found Dr.H. Most notably, he's really approachable and caring. During my first visit, he was very friendly and made me feel comfortable like I had known him for years. He's also very gentle and always asks if I'm feeling any pain, but all my procedures have been painless and smooth, which has made me not dread the dentist anymore! Secondly, he's really knowledgeable. He was able to tell me that I have a grinding problem just by looking at my teeth - something no other dentist has ever mentioned to me. He suggested that I use a night guard to protect my teeth and I appreciated that because he cares to inform me about the long term health and preservation of my teeth, which is really important to me. I've put off fixing my teeth for years because I never quite found the right doctor that i trusted, but these last few months Dr.H has transformed my smile. My teeth are healthy and beautiful now. His staff feel like family, they're all so caring and accommodating! I'm very grateful to everyone at CV dental and actually look forward to going to the dentist now. read more

I've been too many dentists many times but at cv i was Treated differently. All the other places i was just a Patient and the Dr was just doing his JOB. Dr. H was different he spent over 30 min explaining everything in Detail, gave me all my options and was very cost effective. After the Treatment his staff followed up to make sure I was OK (amazing staff) and after a week Dr. H called in person to follow up. Hard to find a good Dentist.
