Worst service ever…read more My doctor sent a prescription to this pharmacy, and the pharmacist first told me that my doctor needed to call him directly. After my doctor finally did, I called back to ask when I could pick up my prescription. Then he told me that the prescription did not meet the legal requirements. When I politely asked what information was missing so I could let my doctor know and have it corrected, he responded in a very rude tone: "I don't have to tell you something that your doctor should know." To make matters worse, he hung up on me while I was still speaking. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacy. Save yourself the time and frustration--do not send your prescriptions here if you expect professional and respectful service. UPDATE: The owner's response is disappointing because it misrepresents what actually happened. The owner claims that my prescriber never called the pharmacy. That statement is false. My doctor called the pharmacy yesterday and again today. After those calls, she personally contacted me to explain what had occurred. She was told that there was no patient by my name, and the call was abruptly ended. She also expressed concern about how rude and unprofessional the interaction was. At this point, this is no longer just my account of events. My doctor experienced the same behavior when attempting to resolve the issue. Prescription problems can happen and are usually easy to fix when everyone communicates professionally. The reason for this review was never the prescription itself. It was the repeated lack of courtesy, the dismissive attitude, being hung up on, and now a public response that inaccurately claims my doctor never contacted the pharmacy. I stand by my review. Patients and healthcare providers deserve respectful communication, honesty, and professionalism.

This place is the bomb! $15 per day gets you a 18" transport wheelchair (250 lb. weight capacity) - SO easy to fold up, has handles to carry it - fits into your Honda Civic tiny ass trunk. I talked to a woman named Bernie by phone - nice as hell - who says "we have plenty - no need to worry." They open at 8 am - I am there at 8:05 am - assisted by yet another wonderfully nice employee named Jim. He shows me how to fold it, adjust it, etc. This is too easy -pinch me, I am dreaming. I race home to our apt, Metropolis coffee in hand, and say, "Duretta Jean, get in the car - we are Chubby Girl walking at the lake!" It started with my mother needing a walker on short notice. Her LaGrange Park doctor recommended two brands to us mid-March, and I worried we'd be challenged to find someone who was open and stocked them. Even amid lockdown, Shelly was more than willing to meet us, fit my mother, and get her on her way rather quickly and efficiently. I was so pleased to find someone in the area. As the weeks went on, my mother's health declined, and I called upon Shelly many times for various medical supplies, and she always came through, even delivering them to my door; that's no small thing when one is sole caretaker for someone with great need. I wound up managing home hospice for my mother, and was so grateful to have NTS in my corner across multiple needs. Shelly either produced a solution herself or recommended a resource for anything I needed, and I will ever be grateful for her service and dedication!
