I've been coming to Chavez Ravine for almost 5 decades since I was a young boy. Dodger Stadium is one of the most beautiful stadiums in all of Major League baseball. The amenities are great, I love the new food options and recent innovations especially the center field plaza. We love the Dodgers and Dodger Stadium, it's our blue heaven on earth. read more

Dodgers Stadium has become one of Los Angeles' iconic landmarks. It has been through different owners throughout the years, but they still represent! It's located on top of the hill in an area called Chavez Ravine, which is on the northeast side of Downtown Los Angeles. To make a long story short, I have been to Dodgers Stadium numerous times through the years. It has always been fin times, given a fact that I only fell asleep one afternoon watching them... yeah, a no-hitter game. Lol. There are no blind spots around the stadiums, and the seats are semi-comfortable. It's a bit hard for my buns of steel after sitting for a few hours. I dare to say the outfield seats are worse. Anyhow, Dodgers Stadium has gone through a few renovations already, changing out some of the seats and implementing the ideas of making the fan the stadium more accommodating to the fans. They also have multiple places to buy food and beer. And with the addition of more established eateries. That's awesome! The not so good parts of the stadium are paying for parking. It's $30 for general parking. And it's been increasing the last few years. The food and beverages in the stadium are also quite expensive. I'm not encouraging you to be frugal, but I always try to eat before going... yes, I still buy beer. Haha. Also, the traffic leaving the stadium after the game is pure turmoil. Everyone is fighting to get out quickly, and the traffic seems to get worse every year. Something should be done to encourage more accessible public to and from the stadium. Overall, it's Los Angeles, and I still love LA! Go Dodgers!! read more

Fun experience as long as you are surrounded by fun people. Good for groups of all sizes. It can still be enjoyable even if you do not know much about baseball. The entire game will take at least a few hours. Ticket prices are based on your seats. I had field level seating, where I was able to get a good view of the entire field. Baseballs were thrown at the audience and people around me caught them. Stadium food is definitely overpriced for what you get, but the food is part of the experience. There are a lot of dining choices, with dodger dogs being probably one of the most popular. They also have some decent options for alocholic beverages. Parking went a lot smoother than I expected. I purchased a parking ticket online ahead of time and got in right away. There were people in the parking lot that showed me which spot to park at. Bag check was quick and easy. It is a very big and crowded stadium. You can wear anything you want, but most pople do wear some kind of Dodgers gear. There is a huge store where you can purchase merchandise and souveniors. read more

A great historic ballpark where fun is to be had . The place has plenty of places to eat and shop for souvenirs, the ticket prices are sort of pricey but nevertheless you'll enjoy a night or day out at the ballpark . Just posting this because I wanted to brag.... I went to Game #1 of the World Series! SO HYPED THEY WON THE WORLD SERIES! This Takoyaki was amazing!!! They have various different versions you can order: Cheese & Salsa, Cheese & Guacamole, and the Orignal Shoyu & Fish Flake. This is at Field Level 45 - Tsukiji Gindaco. I always struggle with finding these yummy places when the dodger crowd is crazy and when you don't want to miss the game so please use this post to help make it simpler! They also have Sake, Japanese beer,& other Japanese inspired dishes on themed nights. Being Japanese myself, I love all the culture & things this stand highlights! Couldn't resist a postseason game! We parked using SpotHero in Chinatown for $10. The walk was about 1 mile. It was ok but would not recommend unless you are walking with a group of people. I felt safe but it was a day/night game. We don't like parking in the stadium because it takes so long to get out of the traffic. We entered using one of the obscure gate entrances. First pitch was at 5pm and the gates opened at 2:30pm. They do have a gluten free food list online. I need try a few of the food options. The fans were actually really nice. Super nice! The food workers and ticket scanners were nice as well. We did get yelled out for talking pictures by security but he clearly was letting others take them. It was during batting practice . We asked another security guy and he said it was perfectly fine! So I'm not sure what the rules are. Didn't appreciate being yelled at especially since our tickets were so expensive ! Not a way to treat fans. read more

Great game, definitely utilize public transportation (free Dodger shuttle from Union Station) over parking at the stadium. Traffic can build up before and especially after the game. Lots of staff and info booths to help guide you to food and seats. A lot of meal options throughout various floors, a lot of the popular hyped foods are at the Field and Loge level. You'll find the typical baseball foods on every floor. Seats can get tight for those taller and larger but people are generally nice enough to stand up and let you walk past to your seat. read more

My experience at this location was far from satisfactory and failed to meet my expectations. The seating was not only uncomfortable but also disorganized. Instead of clear signage, they had sections written in chalk on the ground, which led to chaos as people wandered around aimlessly. The level of rudeness and disrespect exhibited by others was unacceptable. Numerous intoxicated individuals were falling nearby and persistently harassing us for directions to their seats. The smell where we were seated was unbearable, reminiscent of vomit. Overall, the stadium was simply underwhelming, with faded paint and a noticeable lack of staff to assist us. Additionally, the people behind me kept bumping into me as they moved past, which was incredibly disruptive. The music was lost amidst the noise of the crowd, making it challenging to enjoy the event. Despite wearing our hearing plugs, we could still hear the screams of the crowd more clearly than the music.Parking is poised to become an absolute nightmare, especially with ride sharing becoming more integrated in the coming months. It's crucial that proper separation of these services is addressed soon to avoid chaos. The food inside was overpriced and was god awful. Anyone who believes that coming to Dodger Stadium is fun in any way is greatly mistaken. read more

First time at their stadium! Stadium is pretty big and the staff are well organized to assist visitors! They have all sorts of different yummy ball park food. I had the opportunity to try their dodger dog though I was not impressed. I had high expectations for it and simply it didn't do it and their garlic fries which you can never go wrong with in my opinion. Their asada nachos were good. I like their creativity with their containers.. I'm not a Dodger fan but this would of been a cute souvenir! Their beverages could be a bit colder in my opinion. Specially the beer. Their cocktails are over priced. But I understand why they do it. Anyhow, it's always a good time at the ball park! read more

The Dodger Stadium Clubhouse Tour was such a cool experience. We got access to the dugout, locker room, press room total VIP vibes. Gus was our guide super knowledgeable, but the tour did feel a bit rushed. Only downside? There was a private event happening, so we couldn't walk on the field which was a major letdown. Also, me, my bf and honestly most of the group were starving. They really need to offer snacks or drinks before/after the tour is way too long to go without a bite! I was looking forward to order the iconic dodger dog!! Still, it's a must-do for Dodger fans or anyone who loves a behind-the-scenes moment. read more

Aside from the obvious baseball games, this is one of my favorite venues for concerts because there's no bad views. Saw P!nk for her current tour. The last time I saw her was at Staples so the comparison to this venue was nice. I preferred the show here. Great food and drinks options. Can't really go wrong with them dodgers fries. This is my favorite placed to watch a baseball game. The atmosphere, food, and views are amazing. Blue heaven on Earth. You can never go wrong with the Carne Asada nachos, Dodger Dog or Doyer Dog or the "Special Dog" for the series. There are two locations you can pick this up, in the Loge and behind Left Field Pavilion. The Golden Glove Bar is a cool spot to have a few drinks before the game starts. That is under the Left Field Pavilion. Any seat is great. If you are a visiting team fan, try to avoid the Pavilions. You can walk all over the stadium and they now have 3 elevators. Two an each end and one behind home plate. It makes it easier to get around. There are also escalators on each side of the stadium. The only negatives is the traffic, if you get there early you might avoid all the traffic. The open the gates 1 1/2 before the game starts. read more

Well, this was my second time here since the latest remodel was done. I originally was supposed to come with my neighbor friend for my birthday. He called me last minute and told me I could have both tickets so I can find someone else and still go. I was able to get my friend Jason to go! We arrived a little later than I wanted to since I had to find someone else. But we had a great time!!! Getting into the parking lot was a bit rough because we were late, as explained above. I finally figured out a great spot to park to get out quicker and easier at the end of games. Jason and I walked around most of the game and stopped in different areas to view the game. I gave him a tour of how you can go through pretty much all areas of the stadium now and now just your own level. Kudos to the building engineer and planners for making this change so people are not "stuck" in one area. It wasn't too hot of a day, but a 1:10 pm start yesterday along with sun in the face had us walking and stopping in all the shaded areas. We didn't even touch our seats! But we were ok with this as we were able to see all areas of the stadium! With the pitch clock, the game definitely went faster. It was a great low scoring game! But still enough excitement to be there hearing the big roar of the crowd and enjoying the sound system of music walk up songs and announcements. The sound was much better than the last time I was there about one year ago! The food is always well overpriced, as expected. Whether hungry or not, still gotta eat or drink something! I loved the smell of the garlic fries throughout the stadium! We ended up getting food from King's Hawaiian. We both ordered the set of two pulled pork sliders. They were super yummy with the pickles and peppers! We split a Dodger Dog. I can tell it is a different company that makes them now... Farmer John's was way better! Please bring the old company back for the Dodger Dogs! Since we were at the Dodgers baseball game, my friend got a plastic souvenir Viva Los Doyers glass of Dodger blonde beer and since I am the driver, I got a Souvenir Dodger Large cup of Lemonade. You can't go wrong after you have to "finance your snacks". LOL Overall, Dodger Stadium is always an awesome experience. We really enjoyed ourselves. Also, the Dodgers beat the Atlanta Braves 3 to 1, which was a great birthday present win for me! Definitely will go back when the weather is cooler and to a night game! Oh, we were standing at Field level until the last out towards the end of game. As soon as we won, we walked out the stadium gate, got to the parking lot and were out of there in a flash! Anyone who has never been to a game here before or in a long time, you have to stop by the iconic Chavez Ravine, Dodger Stadium to experience it all yourself!!! GO DODGERS!!! read more

Dodgers won. Had a Dodger dog and portobello burger. Had my wife, daughter and son in law with me as we drove to Union Station and took the Dodger Express (a free bus) over to the stadium. Been doing this for years as it avoids the wait in line traffic going into the stadium. Saw my first game at the Coliseum in 1959 at age 5 1/2 and here I am now still pulling for the Boys in blue. Life is good. read more

I love my Dodgers, but the stadium experience is becoming worse and worse. Three innings to stand in line to get a soft serve ice cream and the lines too long for the ladies room to even use the bathroom is wrong. Food options are really pretty pathetic compared to every other stadium in the country and they no longer have people walking up down the aisle selling things like frozen lemonade or frosty malts, which would help us not have to stand in long lines. By not having people selling in the stands, the lines are exceptionally long and it's it's not right that fans have to miss a third of the game trying to buy a cup of ice cream. Dodgers Stadium charges an arm and a leg for everything. They can put some money into hiring people to sell food in the stands and making the lines move faster at the concessions. We've long come to expect the prices are going to be the highest in the country, and they are, but they're definitely not worth it. We are bringing our own sandwiches from a deli, bottles of water and our own peanuts so that we can actually watch the game rather than standing concession lines and pay ridiculous prices. Shame on the Owners. oh and by the way when you charge more money for a game that has a giveaway you should have one giveaway for every single person in the scam. when I see children crying because they didn't get a giveaway. it's offensive!. come on Dodgers live up to your reputation as being a high class organization and teach your fans with a little more respect. One last complaint from a 65-year Dodger fan, put in some scoreboards that somebody can actually read. These are some of the smallest scoreboards in the country. they're cluttered and impossible to read when you're trying to find out information you need. binoculars too. spend some money that you got from uniqlo and put in some really great bright, easy to read. scoreboards read more

I know, I know, they just won the World Series (again), but this review is for the game my son and I attended this past summer with his Cub Scout troop. First, because this was an organized group activity, the troop leader bought the tickets. However, when he tried to send us an email with our own specific QR code, he couldn't do it. He tried to troubleshoot, and called Dodger Stadium's customer service, who told him that each person has to download the MLB app on their phone. EACH PERSON. Not only did I find this unnecessarily cumbersome and a waste of my time, but it's also a huge breach of privacy. I don't want MLB or any sports franchise having my phone number or access to my information or metadata. Given all of the identity thefts, it's also a huge security risk. That was the first problem. But wait, there's more. Second, Dodger Stadium encourages fans to take public transportation into Union Station where you can catch the MLB-sponsored bus to Dodger Stadium. It's billed as "environmentally-friendly" and "cost-effective" because you don't have to pay for parking. You know what else it is? A huge time-suck. They make it sound so appealing, but they don't give you any type of bus or train schedules, and once the game is over and the bus takes you back to Union Station, you're on your own. Good luck figuring that one out. No one at Union Station seems to understand their own train schedules, and we found it next to impossible to locate a representative who could direct us or give us helpful information. We finally connected with a police officer who was able to take us to the correct platform for us to get home. Third, because the train times are not synced to the game schedules, we had to wait over 45 minutes for the train to arrive. This is a safety concern, as my son and I are in an unfamiliar place with little to no information and no assistance from any of the employees at Union Station. Maybe this is appealing to die-hard Dodger fans, but we were not amused. Fourth, when we arrived at Dodger Stadium, I had to pay $10 for a locker because I didn't have a see-through bag. They didn't have security checking the bags or metal detectors; instead, they had a brusque woman ordering people to the locker to check their bags if they weren't see-through. Thus, after waiting for the train to take us to Union Station, boarding the bus to get to Dodger Stadium, and arriving hot, thirsty and tired, we now had to go to check the bag at the locker AND pay for it. When I asked the woman how I was supposed to pay for anything, as my purse had my wallet in it, she curtly replied, "I guess you'll have to figure that out." Charming...and so friendly! Also, you'd think with the millions the Dodgers are making, they could spring to hire some security guards and/or install metal detectors. Fifth, Dodger Stadium has zero options. We were presented with - hot dogs, soft drinks, beer, tacos...and more hot dogs. The variety was a joke and the pricing was outrageous. I think it was $10 for a Dodger Dog. $10 for a hot dog when I can buy an 8-pack at the store for $6. I cannot imagine why anyone would want to spend an afternoon this way and have to pay for it. The entire experience left a bad taste in my mouth. For us, it's one and done. read more

Dodger Stadium is by far the most beautiful stadium in America. She might be older but she's still HOT! The view overlooking the downtown landscape is breathtaking. She's had work done but it's been done well so no deformities like some aging stars that now look like lions or lips that got stung by a swarm of hornets. It's been quite a while since I last visited and I was quite impressed. You can now actually get around the entire stadium pretty easily. They have a nice variety of concession stands. Dodger dogs are no longer Farmer John which is a bummer but Hoffy's done a pretty good job of keeping the flavor in the right ballpark. ADA access is pretty good but it's hard to navigate the crowds. The fans at Angel Stadium seem to be more considerate in letting you get by. I guess the rude ones are in a hurry to start a fight in the stands or parking lot! (Don't even tell me this doesn't happen often. I grew up in LA). Parking has always been and always will be a disaster. Overpriced to begin with. The lot is spread out with different levels so unless you're there when the gates open or have priority parking, prepare for the Battle Royal. If you're wearing an opposing team's gear, "bless your heart", I will pray for your safety. To avoid the traffic and hopefully the combat as well, catch the Dodger Express Metro bus set up to take ticket holders to the stadium for free. They start at the Harbor Gateway Transit Station or Union Station with a few stops in between. I believe they run 2 hours before game time and start return trips around the end of the 7th inning till 45 minutes after the final out or 20 minutes after a post game event like fireworks. If you're offended by people drinking or engaging in loud activities, this might not be the option for you. Parties have been known to break out onboard. I attended the Dodgers vs. White Sox baseball game at Dodger Stadium for Black Heritage Night. It was AMAZING!! Love seeing the black culture and I has great seats. My only dismay is the prices of a drink that you don't get a refill on. It's like seriously. Granted I brought my own water but I wanted a soda and I'm not paying $9 for a soda. I can't justify that. Chicken strips and fries were good and a reasonable price. I even caught the ball. Okay my nephew caught it and I was happy he was able to. Woooo hoooooo There's street parking if you go early enough and honestly is a better option than dealing with the annoyance of having to exit with the rest of the world. Love to go see the Dodgers play. It is slightly annoying trying to leave the parking lot. It does take longer than other stadiums to exit. We came a few hours early and ended up walking all the way around the stadium. We stopped at the level that has the tables to snap a few photos and we got yelled at for crossing over the yellow line, even tho there was nobody sitting there and it was two hours early. The people working here are the best. Meaning the staff who serve food, direct crowds, care for the field, but importantly the fan base from The Mexican community is so loving and fun. They make the experience what it is. Even tho the dodgers stole the land from over 1500 families who many are still alive today. But my biggest grievances is the people who run the organization are silent when the very community they took the land from and the spine of dodger fan base, only care about profit over people. Nostalgia. I'm so fortunate to live so close to the home of the greatest team in baseball. There's not a bad seat in the house, and I've sat from the top of the nosebleeds to behind home plate. A few tips especially if you're on a budget. Clear sporting bags are your bestie. Consider packing sealed 16fl oz water bottles and or soft drinks, jackets for night games, and snacks. No outside alcoholic beverages. You can bring any type of food you want into the stadium, including but not limited to In N Out, Dough Boy Pizza, to your mom's spaghetti and meatballs. As long as you pack your food in clear containers such as gallon bag ziplocks, no glass or aluminum. Plastic silverware is acceptable and you can always pick some up at the stadium. Hot dogs are $7.99, nacho helmet $24.99, asada plate $19.99, spiked watermelon lemonade baseball with a tajin rim $29.99. I don't recall how much the michelada, lemonade, churro, dipping dots ice cream, mango cart, buzz ball, and cup of fries were. However, I can tell you that it all added up quick haha! No regrets ever because it's always a good time! But for those who are looking to save, the stadium does accept outside food as long as it's in a clear bag and sealed bottled drinks don't exceed 1 liter. read more

I just want to thank the entire crew at Angel Stadium for their kindness and helpfulness each year I've purchased partial season tickets ( a full season is just too many games for me). Everyone from the parking staff to the vendors and ushers. You've been incredible to both my wife and myself (plus my guests when my better half was too busy to go with me). I'm not sure if I'll renew next season since ownership is changing and I don't know how drastically ticket and parking prices will change once the team officially changes hands. Considering how poorly the team has been playing, I hope they don't try to milk us for a price increase when/until the team performs better. I didn't bail out on the Angels after Shohei left even though "Moron-O" didn't try very hard to keep him or trade him and get some value out of losing the best player in baseball right now because I have other players I have grown fond of and wanted to keep supporting the team. I hope new ownership will respect those of us who have kept supporting the ANGELS and not turn this into a cash grab. I'd hate to call it quits because new owners want to recoup their investment even though they haven't done anything yet. That would be a dead killer for me. Anyway, to all the staff who I have grown to feel like friends in the last 6 years, thank you and I hope to continue seeing you as the team enters a new phase with ownership that wants to win, unlike Arte Moreno who made some of the worst blunders in baseball after signing Shohei Ohtani and dropping the ball when the future should have been so bright. Instead we got saddled with Anthony Rendon and other useless players while trading away many others who actually made it worth the drive to Anaheim. Ugh. It was a blessing not having to wait behind an insane number of Disney fans only here for the bobblehead. Saw a gold one being sold on Ebay for $250 even 1 hour before the game started l. One lady in a scooter tried to bring 6 people with her in the disabled line trying to get the bobbleheads early but she was told she could only bring in a helper, not her entourage! They had to wait in line. People at Disneyland tried to pull that stunt too until they finally shut that down there.

Our seats were up high in Prom 5, W2, but with the Bowl's acoustics and big screens, we missed absolutely nothing. Surrounded by the lyrics, sound, and the vibe of One Republic's collective, amazing talent, augmented with LA Phil's strings, plus the season's spectacular fireworks finale, I was swept away on a glorious wave of summertime joy that makes the Bowl under the stars the dream venue it is. I've had catered meals, ordered at the window, and brought my own food and beverages in before. It's the only place I can think of that is generous with its policies in this way. This also makes the Bowl exceptional. Tonight we opted for snacks as we'd already had dinner prior. We were glad for that, as it's pricey. We took a shuttle in from Schabarum Park in Rowland Heights. Reservations for this were made through the Hollywood Bowl's website. This makes traveling to and from exponentially smoother. Locations are available throughout LA county, and I would encourage anyone attending a concert here to go this route. I'll be back again next weekend. I can't wait.

Recently our party came here for the 2026 Summer Season and attended Joe Hisaishi's Film Music Concert (July 2026), Celebrating Gustavo at the Bowl: Foo Fighters with the LA Phil and YOLA (August 2026), and Fireworks Finale: OneRepublic (September 2026). [Onsite parking]: Lot B General - HB (2205 N Highland Ave & 9 min walk & 0.36 mi) = $60.50 & Lot D General - HB (6605 Odin St & 8 min walk & 0.35 mi) = $49.50. Since onsite parking is fairly expensive and can be sold out in advance, the venue offers other alternative transportation options. [Park & Ride]: For LA Phil Presented Events, visitors can purchase an advance online ticket (must be purchased by 10 AM the day before each concert) = $10 round-trip (including $1 per ticket fee) or day-of at the lot (cash only with exact change) = $15. For Lease Events, an advance online ticket = $12.45 or day-of at the lot (cash only with exact change) = $15. These Park & Ride locations are located all across LA County from Pasadena, Torrance, Chatsworth, etc. Upon leaving the venue, just follow the correct color code to get to the correct designated pickup spot for Park & Ride shuttles. With that being said, the venue actually allows audience members to bring outside food and drinks to some events. American Express cardholders get a separate entry and lounge access. In addition, any visitor can rent a seat cushion for $1 each (or free for American Express cardholders) as seats at the Bowl are pretty firm. Once the concert is over, just leave the seat cushion behind and the cleanup crew will return the cushion for you. Is the sound too loud? I was able to get free earplugs by asking one of the staff members at the seating sections. [Viewing]: Seating sections L to P had decent views as I was able to see what was happening on stage through one of the multiple monitors on the side of the seating sections L to P. While seating sections Q to U were inexpensive, it was quite difficult to see the actual stage and there are no monitors at sections Q to U. [Conclusion]: This is a beautiful venue with a great crowd atmosphere. The transportation situation is a bit annoying, but once you figure out the ins and outs then getting to the venue is fairly straightforward. Personally, this is one of the better performance venues in Los Angeles with above-average food / drink options and multiple transportation options. P.S. - Since this is an outdoor venue, I highly recommend bringing an extra jacket as the temperature can drop quickly after sunset and it can get quite chilly.

As one would expect, there were long lines which moved relatively fast, but still required us to miss the first couple of minutes of the 2nd half (yeah, we were that annoying group that messed up other people's sightlines during play, though we certainly were not the only ones). Note: Pacifico is owned Grupo Modelo, which also owns Modelo (now the most popular beer in the U.S.) and Corona (top ten). Grupo Modelo is a part of Anheuser-Busch InBev, the world's largest brewing company. However in the U.S., it is owned by Constellation Brands (the beers are still brewed in Mexico by InBev, but marketed and sold by Constellation in the U.S.)

The pre-concert email warned that you needed to be there by 4:30 for a concert with a 6:30 start time if you didn't want to risk missing some of the show. If you're actually telling people it takes as much time to enter your venue as it does to go through the airport for a domestic flight, something is very, very, wrong. Within the venue a lot of the security was nice but they were completely indifferent to all the weed and other smoking. I watched a guard literally walk right past someone openly smoking a cigarette. Not everyone wants to be around that shit and it's supposed to be banned in the Rose Bowl. Between the smoking and the shuttle being absolute hell, it was not a fun experience, despite my love of the band that played.

Did not find anyone. Went home. Got a T shirt for $5. Tip: the shirt has date on it. It is unsoldable after the day of the concert. They can still make money at $5, simply not much, but that is better than nothing. Now the parking...the cheapest parking is at Hollywood Park Casino at about $35. All the other parking is about $50.00 and up. I pay $62 for a parking space on Century Blvd. To my surprise it was a strip mall parking lot. A company rented one of the unit and then started to charge for parking for events at Intuit Dome. They do not own the property. There was not even an attendant. I guess they did not sold enough passes to justify hiring an attendant. At the site there is a QR code, which charges $50.00 for six hours of parking. The only worry is if they tow our car, so it is better to pay the $50.00. Towing and getting the car back can cost $300.00 and up. I had my rental car towed in Boston. It ended costing me $300.00. It SUCKS. Conclusion: everything was ok except the parking which costed me a lot of stress. Other than that the concert was enjoyable. The night average out to be a three stars experience. Ray out.

I paid for overpriced chicken tenders, fries, and a drink, and we were forced to use their pay-by-camera system. The system incorrectly charged me for two extra boxes of chicken tenders. I didn't realize it until I checked the app and noticed I had been overcharged. I spent 30 minutes at customer service, only to be told they would review the camera footage. I didn't receive a refund until two weeks later. I don't recommend this place. You're better off watching comfortably from home and ordering takeout. Happy watching.

Getting to the event was super easy since I took the metro system in from El Monte, so I didn't have to hassle driving in traffic or parking. The event was only $17.76 per ticket and included a pre block party with complimentary food, beverages and many giveaways by sponsors. The concert was hosted by Queen Latifah. There were marching bands, choirs, and the concert included Chaka Khan, the Smashing Pumpkins and Chris Stapleton. I was impressed with the sound system here at the Coliseum and the views of the city were spectacular from my seats. After the concert there was an incredible drone show and fireworks celebration for America's birthday. I would definitely return here again for another concert or venue in the future.

When I moved here, I became a Dodger fan pretty quickly, as LA was the first city I've lived in that had a MLB baseball team. So I feel pretty special about Dodger Stadium. If you grew up going to Smokies Park in Knoxville, you'd be amazed by Dodger Stadium too. The place is huge, historic and was maybe even a little intimidating at first. I've had some time to get used to it, and now I love the place. There's just so much excitement watching a game surrounded by so many fans: 40,000 people create a lot more energy than 5,000 watching a AA game. Cheers are louder. Boos can be louder too, as they were at the last game I went to where McCarthy got himself into serious trouble. (The guys behind me kept yelling "get off the mound!" lol.) You might also be surprised at first how many people care enough about the team to go wearing team gear. (If you plan to buy team gear, I recommend you buy it online. The selection is better than at the stadium, and there's a chance you might get better prices.) I usually get seats in the reserve, and sometimes (if I can get a good deal on tickets online) the loge. Both are good. I tried the left field pavilion once, too -- but it really was too far from the game for me. I may even like the reserve better: Having a roof over my head at a ballgame doesn't seem right to me, but I grew up going to a one-level stadium. Besides, part of the fun of a baseball game is enjoying a nice summer day (or evening) outside. (Be sure to bring your Dodgers cap, sunglasses and plenty of sunscreen if you're going to an afternoon game.) The reserve is high up, but it's not going to give you vertigo, and you get a good view of the whole game. I like to keep score, and you don't miss anything when you get a full view of the field. Dodger Dogs aren't really the bomb (you can also get them at any AM/PM Market), but they're okay for a ballpark hot dog. A little mustard and a lot of relish make them taste better. Of course your fries are going to be a little soggy by the time you get to your seat. And beer? If you want, you can go in search of some good craft beers, but you can also take what they have on draft everywhere and save a little money. It's good enough to wash down a couple hot dogs and fries and then sit in a cupholder and get warm lol. Bring plenty of cash. Beer and hot dogs are going to set you back, and it's easier to pay cash than fumble with a credit card. I once got an ice cream from one of the guys who walk through the stands selling them. It was frozen so solid that I needed a hammer and chisel to get a bite out of it lol. Beware of that. You don't get the problem with the frozen lemonade, which is awesome on a hot night. I wasn't too impressed when I tried the churro vendor. Even if you're not into baseball, you should come and experience a game at Dodger Stadium. I bet we'll make a fan out of you before the 7th inning stretch. read more

I once loved the Dodgers and the Stadium and still get chills up and down my spine watching Kirk Gibson's heroic game winning homerun off Dennis Eckersley in game one of the1988 World Series. I was also at game 6 that same year when they beat the defending WS Champ Mets in the NLCS Series and also there for game 2 of the WS when Hershiser shut down the mighty Oakland A's. Great times and great memories, but it doesn't change the fact that Dodger Stadium is archaic and antiquated. Beautiful venue, yet with far too many undersized bathrooms on every level costing almost an inning of play if you have to piss. For poor women the ante goes up to 3 innings of missed baseball. Not to mention the constant parking nightmare of getting in and even worse out of the Stadium after the damn games. What a cluster fuck! And finally when corporate America came in with the Pizza Huts and Carl Jr's etc.. even getting a good old fashioned grilled Dodger Dog became a 3 inning adventure. WTF was with that? Not good! The stadium is a dinosaur. Getting food or beer is a fool's game. And unless sitting on the field level you might as well be in "the Hood". Not a very conducive family atmosphere anymore IMO And yes, I've been in the luxery boxes where beer and Wolfgang Pucks sandwiches were abundant and unlimited Dodger Dogs were piled in chafing dishes. Even met Owen Wilson there and shared a piss with Tom Hanks in the urinal next to me, albeit our conversation was obviously brief. However I've also sat with the regular fans and it's certainly an overcrowded hassle. The bottom line is the Stadium was built in the early sixties, I'll guess in an era when folks held their piss and when fans didn't care about actually seeing any ball game, or missing several innings getting food or going to the bathroom. Recent renovations only compiled that by adding more area for those in certain field level seating, but not above. And regardless now-a-days it's a parking hell and freeway nightmare. Not to mention that if you elect to sit in the left or right field bleachers, there's no beer offerred and you can't access the other parts of the Stadium. And the biggest travesty of all is that unlike places like Angel Stadium, tailgating in the parking lot before the game is strictly forbidden. Despite what some have posted here, tailgating, BBQing or drinking alcohol in the parking lot before the game is not allowed and they will arrest you if intoxicated as many fans tend to be before games here. read more

To all dodger fans like me here is some helpful information to avoid traffic and get quicker to your sit and enjoy some peanuts and cracker jacks before you here "Play ball"!!!!.... This useful information is for those that hate traffic and getting lost in and out the large parking lots surrounding the famous Dodger Stadium!!! The stadium is surrounded by four entrances one coming from sunset gate, the golden state gate, Academy Road gate and finally downtown gate. Here's the catch it's a rule to leave the same way you came in. So do not plan to move around because security is tight and rules have to be followed. The parking lots are open two hours before each game. It depends where you want to park the rate goes from general parking at twelve dollars up to twenty dollars preferred parking. Handicap parking is offered too. Eduardo Barron a parking lot attendant says "is better to carpool or get dropped off because the parking lots get full very quickly." From my experience my friends and I carpool and were there and hour before the game parked outside the stadium close by Academy Road it was a walk I'm not going to lie but it was free and then again more money for beer and can not forget a delicious and famous hotdog!... The parking lots are divided into sections the general parking is numbered from 1 to 14 and the preferred parking is in alphabetical letters from "A to P". From the sunset entrance parking lots 1 and 2 are there. From the golden state gate; 3rd and 4th are there. In Academy Road sections 5, 6 and 7 are there. And finally the downtown gate has the 8th, 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th sections. The preferred parking is closer to the stadium and is raped around with sections a through p. And the best part of it all is that there is a freeway in every exit. The stadium has a set of rules of conduct which included no drinking in the parking lots I learned that the hard way! They also do not accept tailgating for safety reasons. They made pathways for pedestrians between cars which are prefer for everyone. And to make things even sweeter they have a new cool feature where you can text dodger parking to 65246 and you can get a text giving you the parking information so you won't get lost. The parking lots are very monitor with securities walking around making sure there are not suspicious activities going on. And the lights wow they are bright you won't feel lost and if you are don't worry they'll help you find your car! read more

Don't get me wrong, I love Dodger Stadium. It's one of the oldest, historical & most recognizable stadiums in all of baseball. However, what I do not like about the stadium is the fact that it has literally been the #1, and always near the top of the list, most dangerous stadiums in America. We all probably have heard by now of what happened to Brian Stow. If you haven't heard, he was almost beaten to death on the opening weekend of this season back in April. He is just now coming out of his coma and barely able to talk, and they don't know if he'll ever be normal again due to the brain damage he sustained. The fact that this type of violence takes place at my favorite teams home stadium makes me sick. I'm all for rivalry and sh*t talking to other fans, but having to worry about it escalating to this type of violence is flat out ridiculous. Even before this horrible event happened, our stadium has always been known for it's violence. One of my favorite parts about attending sporting events is tailgating before and after the game. I've been to a few opening days at other stadiums where we didn't even go into the game because we just wanted to stay outside the stadium, drink some beers, grill some food, play some tailgating games and hang out with our friends. For quite some time now, any type of tailgating is prohibited at Dodger Stadium. You literally can't have 1 beer outside of the stadium or else you'll receive a ticket from one of the hundreds of cops that ride their bikes or in golf carts through out the parking lot. As if that were enough, once you do get inside the stadium and order an $8 beer, it is extremely watered down. You might as well be paying $8 for a cup of water with a slash of beer. Honestly though I completely understand why they do this, to try and keep the violence down during and after the game by making it cost a fortune for some of our violent fans to get drunk. I'm just sad that the immaturity and basically evilness of some of our team's fans has to ruin the entire experience for the rest of us. In an effort to end on a positive not, our stadium is extremely beautiful and the view of downtown LA from the parking lot is absolutely amazing. People travel from all around the US to see this historical park; I just wish they didn't feel nervous in the back of their mind about some type of violence taking place around them, or against them. read more

First I write this review with a heavy heavy hand and heart. We got married here in March and it was Phenominal. It wa honestly the best experience of my life, so why the two stars?? Because the HELL we had to go through to get there. The wonderful stuff was NOT due to the Dodgers or Levy or really anyone associated with them. They misquoted us 3 times in several different emails by over $7,000 before we even had a guestlist. So we had to forgo our honeymoon to keep with our plans, and they acted like it was no big deal. 7K is nothing to sneeze at, but they offered no apology and no recourse. Just pay it or move on. We decided to proceed and over and over and over again we would be told something only to have it change weeks even the DAY before the wedding. There are too many DEPARTMENTS and no one accepts responsibility or offers even an apology, just oh well this is how it is deal with it. Well we wrote a hefty check and the day after it cleared (3 days before our event) they sprung so many changes on us a a BRIDE I freaked out. We got it handled with no help from them. The day of my wedding we paid $1000 to have suites to get ready in and there was so much construction going on and tours and the elevator broke and no one offered any assistance until we complained and tried to remedy it ourselves. I realize all weddings have snafus but we were and hr behind schedule and had to rework our photo plans and missed lots of photo opportunities because of it. Our wedding managed to start on time by a miracle and loss of photo time, and I have never heard from them since. It was an experience of a lifetime and worth every headache and penny but I wish just ONE person at either the Dodgers or Levy even cared that we spent our hard earned money and support the Dodgers year round not just on that day. Our money wasn't good enough to be treated well, and we "dealt" with a lot of crap and still not one word of remorse. I do not recommend brides with thin skins or without coordinators deal with these people no matter how awesome of a place it is to get married! read more

I recently attended the Dodgers-Cardinals NLDS game 2 at Dodger Stadium with my friend who is a Cardinals Fan and I am not but posed as one. As a visiting fan this might be the worst place you could be. I am surprised that the most financially lucrative baseball clubs in America have the lowest class fans I have ever met. My friend and I made the mistake of going the inexpensive route and sat in the outfield bleachers, which is no-mans land if you're a visiting fan. If you're not aware of what this place is like it is rowdy, classless, and unfriendly. Also, if your aware of the LA culture, it is the most gang-oriented city in the country, so I was not surprised how that Dodger Stadium was gang-central. I counted, just on my way to my seat, three people with face tattoos. During the game we were booed on our way to and leaving our seats just for repping our team. One man stood up in the aisle blocking us from getting to our seats and another individual, constantly, for three straight innings, heckled us, yelling f**k you! and even went as far as calling us out to meet him in the parking lot and follow us home. (We didn't even make eye contact with the guy) Long story short, we did not feel comfortable. At least one guy had the decency to apologize for his peers antics. You think the Dodger front office would learn a lesson after the Brian Stowe incident, which led to an $18 million dollar lawsuit. But obviously they didn't learn anything. There were a lot of cops there, but it was a playoff game. In conclusion, I am a practicing Christian. I pray every day, that horrible things happen to the Dodger organization. I am a strong believer in karma and that with the class, sportsmanship, and hospitality that this organization and culture lacks, I am confident that it will be a very long time until the Dodgers see success in their organization. THE GAME WAS AMAZING! Final score: 15-6, Dodgers win! And the crowd was bringing all the right vibes, per usual. It was also Mexican Heritage Night, so you already know I had to get the event cup hehehe. I have absolutely no self-control when it comes to themed Dodgers merch. I was sitting in Section 13, Row H, Seat 3, which is right around my favorite area in the stadium. I love the bird's-eye view from up there. You can see everything happening on the field without feeling like you need binoculars or a neck brace. An underrated bonus? The restroom lines are practically nonexistent up there, and the lines for food and drinks are usually way shorter than in other sections. Less time standing around and more time enjoying the game. Overall, another great night at the stadium. Good baseball, good vibes, and a Dodgers win. What more could a fan ask for? (Besides maybe cheaper food and drinks, but we all know that's not happening anytime soon ). Also idk how it removed my review for April 26 but here it is. I love coming to this stadium, especially on weekend event nights. I recently went for Japanese Heritage Night and got the cutest jersey -- definitely one of my favorite game day souvenirs. Over the past few years, I've sat in a bunch of different sections, and I have to say my favorite is Section 11 all the way at the top. I love the bird's-eye view -- you can see everything, and honestly, it feels less crowded than the lower sections. The lines for drinks and food also seem way shorter, which is always a win. Now let's talk prices... the food and drinks are definitely overpriced (I paid $45 for my little drink jug ), but I mean... it's Dodger Stadium. At this point, it's expected. Anything Dodgers-related is going to cost you lol. That being said, the vibes are always great, especially during themed nights. It's just a fun experience every time. If LA could be described as a stadium, it would definitely be Dodger Stadium. ---------------------- Top 3's: - Super packed and lively - Clean inside - Fun fans Low 3's: - Free or cheaper parking is about a mile or so away - The outside architecture looks a little run-down - Hilly walk to get inside ---------------------- Overall: 4.0 Ambiance: 4.3 | Service: 3.4 | Value: 4.2 ---------------------- I came here to watch the Dodgers play the Houston Astros. This place is busy on Sundays--or really any day, to be honest. If you're looking to save on parking, just know you'll have a bit of a hike. It's a decent walk uphill and usually under the sun, so you might break a sweat before even getting inside. We got lucky and caught the Monster truck handing out free drinks near the entrance, which was a nice bonus. The front entrance feels grand, kind of like Angel Stadium, but once you're in, it's like life moves at 5x speed. We ordered the signature nachos and some drinks for the group--classic overpriced stadium food, nothing crazy taste-wise, but it gets the job done. While waiting in line, they started singing the national anthem and all the staff stopped to pay their respects, which was pretty cool to see. Once you're seated, vendors are constantly walking up and down the aisles--selling everything from snacks to entering you in raffles. We sat in the 200s, right behind the batter, and had at least five chances to catch a foul ball. Plus, we were in the shade, which was the cherry on top. The crowd here is awesome--lots of energy, beach balls flying, people doing the wave, and of course, the 7th inning chant. Overall, it's a fun stadium. Yeah, it's packed and the walk from free parking is kinda annoying, but it's a great spot to bring the family, especially if you want a break from Angels games. My recent visit to Dodger Stadium left me deeply frustrated due to the shockingly disorganized line system in place. Upon arriving at the stadium, I anticipated the usual lines associated with entry and concessions. However, what I encountered was a complete lack of clear direction and management. Instead of having staff members strategically positioned to direct fans and manage lines, I observed them struggling to provide consistent information and directions. What should have been an efficient and streamlined entry into the stadium turned into a frustrating ordeal of waiting, uncertainty, and unnecessary stress. As someone who values their time and appreciates organized event management, I was deeply disappointed by the lack of foresight and attention to detail when it came to the line system. Dodger Stadium should be a place where fans can focus on enjoying the game, not battling through disarrayed lines. I sincerely hope that the management takes this feedback seriously and implements measures to improve the line management system. I've been coming to Dodger Stadium for years, and the overall experience feels noticeably improved lately. The first thing that stood out this time was how clean everything was--from the concourses to the seating areas and even the restrooms. It doesn't feel worn down or chaotic the way big stadiums sometimes can. There's clearly been an effort to keep things maintained, and it shows. Getting into the park was also smoother than expected. There are multiple entry points, and it didn't feel bottlenecked as long as you picked a gate and committed. One thing that really stood out to me was the crowd. Dodgers fans have a reputation, but the vibe now feels way more welcoming than it used to be. I saw plenty of visiting fans walking around comfortably without getting heckled, and the overall energy felt more like people just enjoying the game together rather than trying to prove something. It made the experience feel a lot more family-friendly and relaxed. The only real downside is getting out after the game. Leaving the stadium and getting to the freeway can still be a bit of a grind, especially if you're parked deeper in the lots. It's not a dealbreaker, but it's something to plan for--either hang back a bit after the game or be ready for some stop-and-go traffic. I visited Dodger Stadium for Mexican Heritage Night, and the atmosphere was electric from the moment we arrived. The stadium was packed with energy, music, and entertainment, making it feel more like a celebration than just a baseball game. Before the game, we stopped by one of the bars inside the stadium, which was extremely crowded but lively. I decided to try the waffle fries, but unfortunately, they were one of the biggest disappointments of the night. They arrived cold, bland, and somehow both overcooked and underdone at the same time. On the bright side, the atmosphere inside the bar was fantastic, with plenty of screens and nonstop excitement all around us. We also sampled the nachos later in the evening, but sadly those missed the mark too. It's hard not to notice how expensive the food and drinks have become at Dodger Stadium. We paid over $311 for two Left Field Lodge tickets, and while we expected premium pricing, the overall cost of attending a game these days can feel overwhelming. Between parking, tickets, food, and drinks, it adds up quickly. Bringing your own sealed snacks and water is the smartest move if you want to avoid spending a fortune at the concessions. That said, there was one thing that truly stood out and deserves recognition: the staff. I attended with someone who needed oxygen assistance and wheelchair support, and the employees throughout the stadium were incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating. Every staff member we encountered treated us with patience and genuine care, which made a stressful situation much easier to manage. Their professionalism and compassion were honestly the highlight of the night. For Saturday's game against The Angels, I'm glad my friends brought a pastrami sandwich. I called it the extra inning sandwich; fuel for when I go searching for my car in the dark. I arrived an hour early to get hot matzo ball soup (for the night game) but Canter's (center, at the field level) stopped selling it! At least they still serve Belgian-style Blue Moon. I get the best buzz from that one out of all the other beers in the park. If you want to access field level for more food and a better restroom experience, just ask and go to a customer service desk for a pass. It'll give you a chance to see the field during warm up. Plus the photo ops are endless! We sat at loge level (that's the one that hangs over field level) by first plate and I noticed after the end of the third inning, large lines started to form up at the concession. I've heard about beer taps running out by the fourth inning! I saw a total of four fly balls drop near the center rows of our section. That was the most out of all the other areas of the stadium that night! (I think those were sections 134 through 138 of our loge box.) The view from the center row and on is gorgeous. The lights, the crowd and the massive view is a great way to entertain your senses. But the tickets we got were for the back row. The only benefit of the last rows during a night game is warm, comfortable air. It was eerie listening to employees standing behind us wishing that the game would end soon so they could go home. At the end of the day, take care to walk out of the stadium through the gates and walkways you came in through. There were no useful signs once I got to my lot. And at night, searching for the car against hundreds of oncoming headlights almost ruined my experience. read more

Being English, baseball is somewhat of an alien sport to me. However, as a devoted sports fan, I jumped at the opportunity to watch a game at Dodger Stadium. Daryl Strawberry was the star player when I went, so that should give you some idea as to when I was there. It was quite a while ago, but the overall experience was something I remember as though it was yesterday. The stadium itself is imperious as you drive up and park. Once inside it is very much focussed on the game you are there to see, rather than busy providing alternative distractions, like arcade games and such, as other stadiums I have since visited tend to do. I also remember the conscientious security within the stadium (and this is before all the craziness today). I was actually approached by a security guard to show him my hands as I had them concealed under the jacket I had taken off and was carrying. Far from being intrusive, it was actually rather reassuring and was done in an extremely discreet, professional and polite way by the guard. I remember the game itself was against the Philadelphia Phillies and ended as a 1-0 win for the Dodgers after an extra innings. I suppose that would have made it an extremely interesting and tense game for a baseball aficionado, but not really for me. What I remember most is the vendors throwing ice creams and peanuts into the crowd and then walking up the stairs to collect the money (goodness knows how they remember who they threw all that stuff to?) and the 7th inning stretch with the video cameras displaying unsuspecting members of the crowd on the big screen as they do something embarrassing, like picking their nose. All great fun! A fantastic experience in an amazing sports facility. read more

Ahhh I'd love to give this historic stadium a 4 or 5 star review but unfortunately there's just no way I can do that. First, the notch down from 5 stars is due to the age of the stadium. I know that it was built in the 50's and is an amazing stadium today in that regards and that there has been tons of history in this stadium but with all of the new stadiums in the MLB I must reserve a 5 star review for the likes of a New York Yankees stadium, Citifield, Target Field, etc. So I was sitting at a 4 star review before I lowered it to a 3, probably more like a 3.5. I just can't give a stadium that you literally cannot wear opposing teams' gear to a 4 star review. The Brian Stow incident sickens me and that is just one of the hundreds of awful fights that have gone on at Dodger Stadium. If you never knew about this side of Dodgers Stadium then just look at the facts that you can't tailgate in the parking lot with alcohol and the fact that all beer in the stadium is watered-down to say the least. Too many obnoxious and violent Dodgers fans attend the stadium to let people consume alcohol in the parking lot or regulations beers in the stadium. For these reasons I lower Dodger Stadium to a 3.5. Having said all that, if you wear Dodgers gear and stick to yourself you will have a wonderful time at the stadium. The view of downtown LA, the stadium itself and the atmosphere will guarantee you a great time at the ball park! Oh and the addition of a new HD scoreboard would help tremendously! They have an amazing stadium in Kansas City! Come on now are we really going to let a Kansas City team out due us!?! read more

Review of Dodger Stadium - Otani Bobblehead Giveaway Experience As a partial season ticket holder, I want to share my experience at the Otani bobblehead giveaway. Parking: We were told that members would have access to early parking. However, when we arrived at the stadium, all gates were open to the general public, negating any benefit of early entry for members. Once parked, we headed to the member-only line for early entrance. The line was incredibly long, stretching from the centerfield member entrance to the entrance of parking lot "A." Believing this line would be the fastest, we waited, only to find that all gates eventually opened, and our member line merged with the general public line. Reservations: We had made reservations for the Speak Easy Bar prior to the game, but when we arrived, our names were not on the list. We had to verify our reservation through the MLB app. This was frustrating, and it only got worse. Service: We eventually found seats at the bar and placed our drink orders. Unfortunately, my brother's drink was made incorrectly, and my beer was forgotten. I had to remind the waiter about my missing drink. Regarding my brother's drink, the bartender informed us that my brother had "ordered it wrong," with a smug and standoffish attitude. While he did offer to make another drink, there was a noticeable lack of urgency among the staff, and it felt like we were inconveniencing them just by ordering. Overall Experience: While we did eventually get our bobbleheads, the experience--from parking to reservations to service--was frustrating from beginning to end. read more

i LOVE the Dodgers, grown up in LA my whole life and been a fan since I was a little kid. But, if it needs a REVIEW, then here it is.... Dodger stadium has a bullshit ban on tailgating, leading to people partying in the local neighborhoods. So this makes just getting into the stadium a nightmare. Plus you have to deal with a bunch of tough guy assholes who show up to games to pick fights. After the ATROCIOUS beat down of that poor Giants fan (IN FRONT OF HIS KIDS) I have lost all respect for this place and to be honest most of the fans. Security can't do shit to stop any of these kinds of things. Also, if you have seen the sketches of the two, terrible "humans" that did the cheap-shot beat down then you will also know 87% of the crowd there: Testosterone filled "Gangsters" , there bitches pregnant heavily make-uped girlfriends/wives and then sprinkled in you have some families and people who actually CARE about baseball and the team. This is the cheapest place to enjoy a sporting event in LA and these douche-bag, ignorant, chip on their shoulder gang members have ruined it for everyone. Thanks a lot you worthless pieces of garbage, Dodger stadium used to be so much fun, but now you and all your stereotypical gang member "friends" have made this gang territory. IF you can make it to a game, with friends and/or family its TOTALLY worth every penny to catch a game, but chances are you will run into some shaved head idiot who wants to pick a fight with you cause youre in front of him in the beer line. read more

I'm highly disappointed in the Dodger's Stadium and the amount of security or should I say lack of security for the patrons... There have been senseless violence and abuse at these games and the intensity of ignorance seems to be growing like mold in a nasty ass shower....My coworker is the latest victim of this grandiose display of ignorance by Dodger fans nonetheless. We buy tickets from our job in hopes of enjoying the game and a Dodger dog, well all we got was harassment from your undesirable and rowdy Dodger fans....We bring family members, children, visitors from out of state and there was an immediate threat made and the lack of police presence and security only fuels these idiots to show out. I'm highly embarrassed by the behavior exhibited by you so-called proud Angelenos who show team and city pride by threatening anyone who differs from your narrow-minded views. We only wanted to see MANNY RAMIREZ.....instead the jerks who kept trying to pick a fight kept coming back even while we were trying to pay the parking fee and we decided it would be best to leave, out of our fear for our safety. For Christ sakes there were children around and its a shameful thing..... I've been to a number of MLB parks. This was the most difficult to get into. First, no matter where you're coming from, you're going to hit a lot of traffic in downtown near the park. It took us nearly 30 minutes to go two miles. Then, when you get into the lanes to enter the park, that's about another 10 to 15 minutes. Of course nothing is marked near the entrance, so cars jockey to get the the correct prepaid or pay lanes as they make their way in. NOT efficient. We finally got a parking space about 3 blocks away from the entrance...that's an UPHILL climb to the gate. Then waited in line to get through security (yes, metal detector delay). Asked a couple employees to help us find our seats...the first guy referred us to another employee! The second guy wasn't really sure. Really? They pay these people NOT to know? Frustrating. I will say that once we got our seats, hot dogs and soda were decently priced for a ball park. However, peanuts were $6 a bag! Expect to mortgage your home if you want more than one beer. Ball game is a good experience and they do their best to have entertaining bits during innings. All in all, if you prepare and how long it will take to get into the park, you'll have a decent time when you get there. (Bathrooms were also some of the cleanest I've seen at at MLB game.) Tip: Prepay for your parking online. It will save you at least 1/2 the price of parking fee. read more

There were also fireworks after the game the night I went so I didn't have to move at all to get a great view and even saw Kershaw and his family head onto the field to watch the fireworks. The time I got to experience this, it was a surprise so my Dodger fan mind - from a humble socio-economic background - was blown. A buddy of mine who works in sports entertainment had tickets for us. Typically we would go up to the the suite that his company had rights to. On this particular night, his boss wasn't using his tickets...so he walked us down...and down...until we got to three rows behind home plate! Included was our trip down to the food and snacks. I don't work for a large company, profitable law firm (so no company tix)...nor do I have so much money that I can make splurges like this, especially with ticket prices these days, so it is unlikely I will be able to experience this again, but oh man, this was one of the best pro sports experiences I ever had anywhere.

Fun fact there's 6,134 individual pipes, ranging from the size of a pencil to 32 feet tall. Incredible. To not only be at this incredible venue but listen to Anna Lapwood the famous organist play was an otherworldly experience. The venue's magnificence hits even before you step inside. The steel structure designed by Frank Gehry is known for the architectural beauty. Another fun fact is that it has over 11,000 individual structural steel pieces! Theres parking underground which makes it convenient post show. It's located right next to the Broad so I've personally enjoyed having an appreciate of arts day when I have a show. Starting off by perusing the art at the Broad then concluding with an inspiring and moving concert! The staff here are all lovely and quite friendly! The acoustics inside is unreal and there really is not a bad seat as it all offers a different sound experience. Beautiful & lovely venue can't wait to be back!

I bought some enamel pins for my NBA collection, I'm trying to hit up as many basketball teams as possible in the league.

Sit in the outdoor seats if you want to focus on the game, as it's easy to get distracted inside. The suite is between home plate and 1st base so the view is great. There was plentiful food and drinks to be had, including dodger dogs, sandwiches, veggies and dips, popcorn, desserts, etc. While not gourmet, it was much better than the offerings in the stadium. There was 1 dedicated bartender for the beer and wine. It really feels like a special, exclusive experience. It will be hard to go back to the regular seats, but gotta keep supporting the Dodgers!
