It's the @light_skin_dragon coming to you from 2 months ago from a Christian event called life surge! I took someone special that I thought would bring us closer to god and rekindle a love but it didn't. I brought my CAREMAL kisses with me. She picked me up and we made it on time. I bought us VIP tickets so we did not have to wait in the line. I enjoyed my overall time there and to catch up with her. I did my best to bring that friendship back. The ticket I bought included a box lunch which was a sandwich. I wasn't eating for the month of January because I was fasting. But she told me she enjoyed the food which brought me joy! The ambience was very light hearted and it was my first time at the venue. Which was nice. I would totally go back The overall event was great. It inspired me to walk closer to god while learning and applying my knowledge to do his work! They had key motivational Christian speakers come out and speak on different topics! I wished I would have wrote about this sooner because I'm thinking about it and it's causing me mixed feelings. Of what I wanted but why god wanted was something totally different! But I trust his process. There was street parking if you walked a distance or you paid for parking which we did and it was 20 for the whole day! I would do this day all over again and I appreciate my time with CAREMAL kisses an I pray she gained knowledge and apply what god puts on her heart. She's the mother of my daughter and all I ever want for her is to succeed and I pray for the best for her. Even if that means for things to not go my way as I planned as a human. I love her and want her to be happy which I know god will make her happy and he will because he is the way. It's the light skin dragon looking for another place to find to bring anyone closer to god. This is a nice venue and the concert was great, but they refuse to print your tickets for you or send them via email and demand that you download an app. Given that tickets are often quite expensive at this venue, it seems ridiculous that the employees are not allowed to print a piece of paper for their patrons. (Since this is the case, why do they even have a box office?) Additionally, the QR code provided does not link directly to the app. Many audience members may be elderly or might not have access to a smart phone. Their insistence on the app is both ageist and classist, and I'm not sure why a venue this nice is engaging in this exclusionary practice. read more

Such a fun venue! Be careful when placing your drinks in the cup holders because they get knocked over really easily. Buying a drink is kinda confusing at first because it's closed off. Steps: 1. Visited this theater to view Jay Park, P1Harmony, LNGSHOT, and KukkiwonTaekwondo Demonstration. I had a great time. Great performances and clean seating area. People need to sit in their assigned seats. Staff had to come and tell people to get out of other peoples paid seats in the middle of the show. The staff would not let us use the escalators exiting the venue. All attendees had to walk several flights of stairs to exit. They sell popcorn, drinks, nachos etc. restrooms are location on each floor. They check your bags before you enter the venue. read more

I went to see Laura Pausini. She was great but the people who started throwing beer under your seat. They need to have more staff checking on people drinking and not serving them any alcohol when they out of character. Horrible experience. I was there to have a great time and enjoy the music and fabulous time. I had to leave right away. The staff needs to make rounds around the seat and make sure no one is getting out of character. I been to other venues but this one was horrible. Staff needs to check around. I didn't feel safe at all. read more

A great time was had at the peacock theatre. Had I been better information to purchasing my parking pass it would've cut some of the hassle. Nevertheless I found a closer spot but still walked about .5 miles to venue. It was effortless to go through checkpoints and let me tell you the people came dressed down to the T. Beautiful crowd, pricey drinks but expected and no details on the food because we a dined before the show. Overall nice event space. read more

I came for the Horoyuki Sawano concert on Nov 14 2025. Parking was super easy and expensive at $40. But we parked right next to the theater which was great. For parking locations, go to the Peacock website and look for their parking. You can choose which structure to park in, add your address and it'll map it out for you. There's parking attendants that'll direct where to park once inside the structure. We got there at 7:30 thinking the concert started at 8 pm...and were greeted by a line that snaked around the building. We stayed in that line for an hour just to get into the theater. The line didnt move till 8 pm. By the time we walked in there was no time to use the bathroom or buy food - the concert started at 8:30 and we missed a couple of songs. Seats are plush and comfortable. There are plenty of bathrooms so lines move relatively fast (after the concert was over). If they could just get people through security faster and earlier getting inside would have been a better experience. read more

Second time here, this time catching the Rock & Roll Hall of fame Induction concert. Tonight was a great show with some big names & big surprises. A tribute to Sly Stone opened the show with Stevie Wonder on keyboards & Maxwell on vocals opening up. Questlove on the drums with Thank you for lettin' me be myself. Some great performances by 21 pilots as they performed Seven Nation Army for the White Stripes Induction. Jack White was there, but he didn't perform as Meg White was not present. Feist & Oliva Rodrigo perfected We're Gonba Be Friends and it was beautiful sang each playing acoustic guitar. EnVogue showed up to perform Whaattta Man with Salt N Pepa. Spinderella was there & it was a great set with cool graphic art in the background. Donald Glover inducted OutKast and they brought their horns for SpottieOttieDooaliscious Damn, Damn, Damn. Big Boi came out on stage to perform I like the way you move. Doja Cat was there to sing Miss Jackson & Janelle Monae sang Hey Y'all. It got the crowd moving. Raye made an appearance with Cyndi Lauper and Elton John came on to sing (I'm drawing a blank right now). David Letterman inducted his good friend Warren Levon. Carol Kaye finally got her recognition as the first female bass player. She's played on so many hits for so many bands. Quincy Jones, Beach Boys, Sonny & Cher, Glen Campbell, The Association, Marvin Gaye, Stevie Wonder. The theme from Sharft. I suggest you watch the documentary "The Wrecking Crew." To understand how this woman provided the baseline for so many songs and great hits. Tedeschi Trucks closed out the show honoring Joe Cocker. Teddy Swims came on stage and his voice was perfect. Chris Robinson, Bryan Adams & Cyndi Lauper also provided vocals. Speaking of Cyndi Lauper, she had the best all female band. Gina Shock from the GoGo's was her drummer. Wendy & Lisa's Lisa Coleman was her guitar player. Wow I'm leaving so much out. Show started promptly at 5pm and ended at 9:45 pm. Drinks were 16.00 to $22.00. Shinzō wo sasageyo! This theater hosted Hiroyuki Sawano's concert in Nov '25. I got to hear the thrilling OSTs of my favorite animé and witness the enchanting, heart-pounding performances of awesome singers including Mpi. + Majestic stage setup for musical performers and audience layout for thousands of fans. + Organized online seat reservation and ticket purchasing. - Huge, very slow line out the door within minutes of event start, yet the building/staff provide nothing to shield the fans from the rain. - Event was supposed to start at 8pm. I arrived 7:30pm, but didn't arrive at my seat until about 8:15pm. . Thankfully they delayed the first song until 8:30pm. + Many restrooms. + Polite, helpful staff. - $40 parking for only a 3hr event?? This was my first time at the Peacock Theatre. Purchasing the tickets online was easy and the seats were marked clearly. For parking, I chose to park a block away since it was $20 vs $40 at the venue. The show was Hiroyuki Sawano, first time in the US and we were so excited. The event details indicated 7pm doors and 8pm show. We got there around 7:20pm. I've been to many shows before and this was the worst line management, I have experienced especially given the weather condition which was pouring rain without shelter. It wasnt the line that surprised me but it was how long the line was and how long it took us to get into the building for a ticketed event that only accounted for 1hr between doors opening and show starting. Because it took us over 1 hour to even get into the building and by the time it was 8pm, there was still so many people outside still. Thankfully they didn't start the show right at 8pm but myself and many others missed a couple performances due to this. I got in closer to 8:30pm. The show itself was wonderful, the staff inside was helpful, but security team that managed it didn't do a good job facilitating it and communicating with us what was happening. They snaked our line several times from having us face the building to not facing the building and it was confusing where it ended. Once we got to security point, they moved so slow it was frustrating given the situation already happening. It became a less safe setting that since the show was going on, people were running to get to their seats after they got in. Due to all this, I did not get a chance to get food or drinks, no intermission which I'm assuming due to the late start with the crowd outside. read more

Fabulous show in this theater. Very clean, great sight lines. I sat in the Pit and it was great even when people were standing. My only gripe is that the concessions closed pretty early. Maybe they didn't want to serve people too late, or they needed to not pay folks anymore - but I'd have loved to have a heads up, cuz it's dehydrating when you're dancing and they aren't selling water anymore! And I didn't see fountains anymore. Great otherwise. read more

MY NEW FAV L.A. LIVE VENUE? The esteemed Peacock Theater known for hosting Hollywood award shows like the Emmys is an amazing location for concerts and screenings. I attended Peacock during Anime Expo and enjoyed anime shows like a Kimetsu No Yaiba live concert, cosplay competitions, and world premieres. The experiences were INCREDIBLE! The indoor lighting of the theater is in-sync with the large screens on-stage which creates a vivid atmosphere. Peacock's seats blow Crypto Arena away. I had tons of leg room (I'm 6'0) and arm space, I never felt packed in, even in the balcony! The cushions of the seats were all intact and well-kept, I was super comfortable. I can't complain about the views here. I sat in a variety of different seats during my visits and there's not a bad seat in the house (except maybe the far back orchestra level?). The balcony which is usually cheaper is super cool and I had a clear view of the stage. I have to give a major shoutout to the security/entry team at Peacock Theater. I had a discrepancy with my QR code for entry to an event and they were super helpful. I explained the situation to them and they helped me work it out. I even had a casual conversation with them, great customer service! I didn't try the food but I spotted popcorn and drinks in the main lobby as you enter the building. The Peacock Theater is one of the largest indoor stages in the United States and is a part of LA Live in Downtown LA. This theater used to be called Nokia Theatre and Microsoft Theater and has a maximum capacity of 7,100 seats. [Parking]: Expensive onsite parking so I did the same old trick - parking at the FIGat7th parking structure for $7 flat rate (with validation - usually I just go to Target) after 4 PM on weekdays and all day Saturday and Sunday. Please note that the FIGat7th parking structure is located approximately 4 blocks away from the theater. [Food vendors]: Worse food options than Crypto Arena. [Venue]: Our party came here for Belly Laughs Comedy and Food Festival and was seated in section LOGE row B. I couldn't see the stage super-well, but the two giant screens certainly helped a lot. Sound quality was alright not too bad. [Conclusion]: I can see okay and I can hear okay with okay food options. This theater did its job alright, but don't expect a special aura or wow factor on the theater itself. read more

I thought it was a wonderful venue for a concert. The funnel to get in seemed smooth and getting out of the theatre was a breeze. It was a little old and dingy but the concert more than made up for it. King & Country absolutely crushed it and we had a fabulous time. I would definitely come back to this venue again. PS def get the street LA Dogs once you hit the Main Street on your way out. Sunday night at 11 PM there were ladies out there serving hotdogs on the cold street corner. We came here for the Charlie Wilson concert have had a great time parking was very convenient and within walking distance. The staff made entering the venue easy but we felt comfortable and safe with all their security process. Getting a drink took a while but the line moved fast staff was very friendly, our drinks were well crafted and very tasty. The actual theatre was great and sound system was high quality and top notch. The only negative thing I wound day was that the rows were very close, it didn't allow anyone to pass unless we stood up. Had a great time at the Peacock Theater for the 2025 NHL draft. It is a modern theater and has a great open and spacious layout, and quite comfortable seating. I went with my daughter to Peacock Theatre to attend Il Volo Concert. It was previously known as Nokia then Microsoft Theater. The theatre was clean. The event was organized. Make sure to check their purse policy on their website. They don't allow outside beverages or food. They have Kiosk inside the theatre where you can buy food and drinks. There are multiple restaurants around the theater and most of them were opened after the concert. The venue is spacious. Our seats were comfortable and very close to the stage which were perfect. I attended my first Il Volo Concert at Microsoft in 2020. My daughter and I are a huge fan of Il Volo . Il Volo are the Italian Operatic Pop Trio stars. The charming tenors are; Gianluca Ginoble, Piero Barone, and Ignazio Boschetto. They described their music genre as popera. They have been performing together for sixteen years so far. It was a magical performance as always. Thanks to the staff who worked in harmony to make this concert successful. read more

This was my second time at this venue for a concert -- first was Metallica, and tonight was Amanda Miguel. I didn't grow up listening to her music, but wow... her lyrics are beautiful. So much love, pain, and strength behind them. And that voice -- she sings with such power and emotion, you really feel it. Honestly, with the strength in her voice, I don't think she even needed the speakers! It's a smaller venue, and while I'm no expert on sound systems, I do think they could improve it. We were a few rows from the stage and the sound system sounded rattled and distorted. Maybe I'm just getting old, but it felt a little too loud at times. Still, I really enjoyed the concert. The energy in the crowd was amazing -- people were so excited. The woman next to my friend and me was especially thrilled. She was so proud to say her husband was the guitar player, and he totally rocked a few solos! read more

Not just the outside people..even the staff member I spoke to inside was sooooo rude!! I would NEVER EVER GO BACK THERE!! PEACOCK Thearter...you need a new staff that knows how to treat their guests who paid a lot of money to go to that venue. NEVER AGAIN!! People beware! Security is really extensive but fast. They screened people really quickly and had many screening points. The inside was very clean and modern. Huge line for concessions, so we didn't purchase any. They did have a separate beer/cocktail section. The theater itself was huge. The seats could have been arranged better (i.e. making them more curved towards the stage) so the seats on the far parts of either side had better views. The audio was great, no lag at all. There were 2 large screens to the left and right of the stage, both of which also had very little lag. Exiting took a bit because there were only a few exits halls, cresting chokepoints. I recommend exiting a minute or two before you think your event will end to beat the rush. read more

Been going here forever! And finally able to do a do a review after they have started doing concert here again. Came here for the Keyshia Cole concert and they had decent concession stand too, my mom and sister ordered hotdogs and popcorn that was pretty good! The drinks were not that great just majority sweet and can taste the juice only no alcohol. The venue is spacious and modern! Good seating options and view. However, the restrooms were very filthy and could be more kept up. The service was ok but we wanted ADA accommodations but they did mot help us very much but it is ok, because he concert was a good time. It is located right next to the Crypto arena and smash burger! Parking is all around in lots and under structure that is the most convenient to the Venue. It's 40$ so be prepared to pay! Or Dutch if you go with someone! Not horrible, but not great either. This is a small theater that seats up to 7,100. It's pretty cramped and difficult to maneuver BUT the staff is friendly and helpful when you have a chance to flag them down. Once exiting after the event I attended, you weren't allowed to leave. Rather, the staff blocked off all exits and made the guest wait 10 minutes until we could leave the building. That was the weirdest experience I've ever had at a venue so far. read more

Came to support the sweet & savage Jennie of Black Pink. Getting that sneak peak to Coachella. So this venue it's midsize. Meaning a little bigger than intimate or maybe an intimate room that's spacious. Any seat has a good view of the stage. The lighting and graphic visuals were good but how was the sound. Whoever was running the board. Excellent job. Jennie delivered and her choreo probably going to be trending on ticky tocky in the am. When she spoke candidly her mic was at a good level no feedback. Jennie is adored world wide so I was looking forward to this crowd. Blinks, Lillies, Rubies or Number ones. We're here to support and uplift Jennie. This crowd was awesome. Well behaved and celebrating a night of the sounds, visuals and choreo of Jennie. Perfect venue to showcase and test out her solo endeavor before the music fest & come back concert. We had a great time! Seats are comfortable, sound is solid, bathrooms are clean, ans security is on top of it. Saw Felipe Esparza on his Big Foo tour. The parking is rough, so you gotta arrive early and plan for traffic. We felt our car was safe the whole time and there were a lot of food options within walking distance so overall the location is a decent place to see a show. Drink lines are very long, so get drunk and get fed before you arrive. Pro tip: walk just 5-10 min away from LA Live and you'll have better restaurants with almost no crowds. read more

A few days ago, I came to Peacock Theater to get my KPOP fix! It's located in DTLA at LA Live. This theater was once known as Microsoft and also Nokia. I don't know much about the parking situation as I got a ride to the venue. I'm familiar with the Crypto center across the street, which I still call the Staple Center. However, this was my first time visiting this venue... Standing in line to enter the theater, I noticed that all the staff were fairly nice and friendly. The lines weren't very long and pretty efficient. As I walked in, I noticed how great the air conditioning was. I also noticed how clean it seemed. As I purchased seats at the lower mezzanine row A, I went up two floors by escalator. I specifically chose the first row of the balcony because I knew I would not be able to see. During concerts, most people stand and as I am vertically challenged, my view would be obstructed. At the door, they checked my ticket and a staff member tried to help me to my seats. However, she sent me down the wrong way. Later, in the middle of the concert, my toes got stepped on by a staff member as she flashed a light in my face, asking what my seat number was. I knew it was an accident, but there was no apology. Shortly after, the screens were having issues and went blank for almost half the show. I was not able to see much as the balcony was pretty far back. read more

Very nice theater DTLA, we enjoyed our time. Recently came here to see Corteo the latest cirque production show. The venue was very nice and clean and everything was orderly. We were shown to our seats by the nice usher working at the venue. The sounds quality was good, although the theater is a bit big for folks on the 2nd level to be able to see the stage clearly. The show was very nice and well produced. Bathrooms are clean but ladies lines are very long. Parking is pricey so try to find a private lot. read more

Finding my seat was easy as there were ushers to help guide you to the correct section. The seats here though are small and cramped. But they do provide drink holders in front of you so that was pretty sweet. The theater itself was beautiful and had a great stage. Would highly recommend catching a show here. read more

They ran out of popcorn, which more or less is all they were serving at a kids show. And all concessions closed well before show end. A little more than half way through. The place is not terribly well thought out and lines everywhere. Including lines of parents trying to get concessions but staff being ordered to close up and just ditch the business. I went here for the first time for a Cirque De Soleil show. We parked in a public area for $20 flat rate and it was a short 5 min walk to the theatre. Upon entrance it felt so clean and modern! The staff were EXTREMELY friendly and that really added to the experience. The concession snacks were moderately priced and the women's restrooms were very modern and clean. The theatre had comfortable seats and from any seat I think the view would be great! 10/10 recommend visiting for they shows and events. read more
