I contacted Jonathan, the electrician, and during our initial phone call he seemed interested in the project and even provided some information. I offered to email him the home inspection report so he could review the electrical work needed. He provided me his email, and I sent it right away. I didn't hear anything back. I followed up with a text to ask if he received the email and even sent a screenshot of the issues, just in case. Still no reply. That evening, I sent another text message asking if he was interested in taking on the project. Nothing. He sent me a text and said he'd call me at 6:30 p.m.--that time came and went without a word. All Jonathan had to do was say, "No thanks." That's it. A simple response would've been respectful. Instead, I was completely ignored. If you're reading all the positive reviews, I'm now wondering if they're fake. Let this be a reality check. Based on my experience, Jonathan is not professional, not courteous, and definitely not someone I would trust with my time or home. I'm not looking for an apology or excuse. Just honesty which he clearly doesn't have.

Instead of working my problem, they focused on upsell opportunities unrelated to my problem. 90% of their time was spent looking for and quoting upsell opportunities presented in multiple proposals that I never asked for, and never wanted. Worst of all. They didn't fix the problem. The electrician replaced a GFCI but the very next day, the new GFCI stopped working and I was back to where I started. Despite informing them of this, they have been non-responsive as of this posting. In the end, my problem had nothing to do with the GFCI itself. It didn't need to be replaced. The problem was an 88 cent electrical outlet. If the electrician spent as much time diagnosing this 3 outlet circuit as he did generating unwanted proposals, this review would be much different.

He even said if neither of the two he took from his stock didn't fit, he would go to the local hardware store and buy one that did fit. Fortunately one did fit and he was able to have it all replaced and cleaned up in less than an hour. Before he left we checked to see if the new circuit breaker was heating up and it wasn't.
