I was NEVER informed that I needed to pay upfront, because my insurance provider had already informed me that I was approved for the services that I was going to get. Coast dental associates never answer the phone. One's calls are always routed to an answering service. Every single day except for Mondays because they re closed, I have tried to reach out to the answer machine just states that they are experiencing a high volume of calls. Bullcrap!!!! They never answer. You can't leave a message for them. After answering service leaves them a message, they were called back from a number that does not come up coast.Therefore, customers and clients don't answer phones due to the spam calls that we are receiving these days. Whoever calls you back does not leave a message where o you can respond to them. My insurance company told me that I should only have paid $153.00 for services. Me and my insurance company have filed a grievance against this company.For overcharging , patients and not applying the proper insurance that is being paid through our insurance companies. Coast down told me my insurance only $249 and I was left to pay the balance. That is definitely untrue. So be very careful before you have done a work.Done at this place because 9 times out of 10, they are going to overcharge you for services. Surely everyone on google who have left reviews about the financial procedures are not lying. Shame on Coast Dental.
