I really like this place the burgers are great. The wings are good, and the hot dogs too! As for the ambiance, this place is at a food court hall-not much to say there. As for the service, the guys was pretty chill. He answered my questions with no problem. The only gripe I have is simply one thing. I wish they used a different bun for the burger, unless they have the option to swap it out. I never really asked. Nevertheless, the May Hawaiian roll has got to go. It's just a big ol mess for me. Don't buy the pastrami breakfast burrito. I was at Glendora Public Market for a group event. I did get the brat/kraut dog which was pretty good. I saw the pastrami breakfast burrito on the menu so I got one to go for breakfast the next day. At $16 I thought this would be a nice treat to share with my wife. When we warmed it up and cut in half I was actually angry at how little pastrami was in it. A thin layer along one side of the burrito. You couldn't even get pastrami in each bite. It's been a while since I've been here, but I came here to get a LIttle Mule with an added patty and bacon and no bread. I ordered it online, and the food was ready by the time I got there. I took out my burger and container leveled, but the pic does look like someone put the burger in the bag angled. It's not a big deal though since it didn't ruin the burger, and it was definitely tasty. I also had iced tea, and the cashier filled the cup full of ice (and later refilled it) which was great. Ambience here is always chill the staff equally so. I've never had attitude or a bad experience, and if you're looking here based on the joke of a business/owner that is Windy C's in Claremont, you'll definitely be treated way better here with better tasting food. I came into Dog Haus today craving one of their amazing burgers. Unfortunately, my method of payment was no good here. Dog Haus is listed on the inKind app as a participating restaurant, and I've successfully used inKind here before. Unfortunately, this time the staff refused to honor it, telling me they "don't accept it." When I mentioned that I had previously used the app at this location several times, I was told that the owner wasn't there, so I couldn't use it. This was very disappointing for several reasons. First, I chose to dine here based on the understanding that inKind is accepted--it's one of the main reasons I came in. Second, it's frustrating to hear that only one person (the owner) is able to process it, leaving customers in the awkward position of being told "no" for something that should be straightforward. If a restaurant is going to list itself on the inKind app and promote that option, it should be honored consistently, not just when a certain person happens to be present. I hope this gets addressed, because it really takes away from the dining experience when guests can't rely on what's advertised. I do not foresee myself coming to this location again unless something changes. Unfortunate because it's the closest Dog Haus to me. read more

(both were delicious) The chili cheese tots were fire! The employees here are so welcoming and friendly. You can tell they all enjoy their job, because You can taste the love in the food. I like that they don't rush and prepare the food with care. Their burgers, dogs, and chicken are tasty, juicy, & all the food is made fresh to order. Everything we tried was yummy! We don't mind waiting, because good food shouldn't be super fast... We even decided to get some more grub. My hubby got the Lit. Mule and some onion rings. I also decided to bring back 4 root beer battered corn dogs and 1 Bad Mutha Clucka to our 5 kids:) They all enjoyed the food as well. The prices are reasonable and the portions aren't skimpy. Delicious food and wonderful customer service! After picking up my Yelp Elite Perk, my brother wanted to get some of his own food too. Makes sense since we devoured everything I got first. This was around the time the dinner rush got really crowded and there was a sizeable line. My bro got the free check in tots for the month and got himself a corn dog . Their corn dogs are great! Root Beer battered, slight crispiness on the outside, moist on the inside. Good stuff. It honestly did take quite some time for his order to be prepared but he got a free Haus Dog coupon for his troubles. The staff didn't have to, but they did! Dog Haus is one of those places that I will randomly have an urge to get for a hotdog... they are few and far between, but I get them. We decided to get Dog Haus delivered on a Friday and was looking forward to my typically well-curated food. I was in the last bite of my Chili Idol Dog and kept knawing through what I thought was a chewy piece of hot dog- as I kept trying to get through it- I realized this was not food. As I pulled it out from my mouth, I realized it was a clear piece of plastic. I am pretty understanding when it comes to food and service but this was a pretty big piece and would expect an employee to have caught this while cooking and subsequently preparing the meal. Thankfully it was my last bite otherwise I would've been left hungry and upset with my meal. Now I'm just full and disappointed. I've had Dog Haus yeaaars ago before a show and I remember it being pretty good. It seems like they've managed to stay consistent throughout the years. I ordered a Hangover burger which certainly lives up to its name. It's a burger with smoked bacon, white american cheese, chili, and mayo. All put together in between Hawaiian buns, so it's mostly (entirely) rich and savory, with a touch of sweetness from the buns. While I wasn't hungover, I can see how this burger could definitely be up to the task to help you feel better. It really does teeter on the edge of being TOO rich though, especially the chili. I managed to finish half before it became a bit overwhelming. The tater tots were great too. Definitely a good way to complete your meal and take a fat nap after. read more

Both the dog and burger are served in sweet, soft hawaiian roll. They look good and taste good. This is a place that cares about presentation! The sooo cali dog has pretty mild flavor and the bun gets crispy because it's not drenched in sauce. The cheeseburger is very juicy and delicious. The tots are on the dry side and eating too much of it made me queasy from the greasyness, and believe it or not eating the fries actually neutralizes the grease.
