Ouch! A 3!? This place is a gem! I think their food is great. Plus, the staff is always happy to answer any questions I might have. My only suggestion is that you don't eat here if you have somewhere important to go to right after. Let me explain, you will have an explosion of flavors hit your taste buds. That will be so overwhelming that you will be overcome by strong emotions. You won't be swinging off a swing, but you'll be crying. A friend recommended this spot for the breakfast burrito, so I stopped in to give it a try. It's a cool neighborhood burger joint, very casual and not fancy, with indoor and outdoor seating plus a drive-thru. They serve breakfast all day along with the usual burger stand staples. Service was friendly and quick. The vibe is super laid back. Families with kids fresh from soccer games, groups of friends hanging out. It's that kind of spot. I ordered the Everything Breakfast Burrito without ham. It came packed with bacon, sausage, eggs, cheese, and hashbrowns. The tortilla was fresh and tasty, but overall the burrito ate a little dry. For me, the hashbrowns dominated too much, and the eggs, sausage, and cheese didn't get a chance to shine. No sauce inside either, so ketchup or some salsa on the side is a must. Ok so this is how it went down. I was looking for a place to eat. I spotted Kosmos ordered the asada burrito in the drive thru not expecting much, but.... it was delicious! Went back the next day and ordered the chicken salad with Greek dressing, that was delicious too. They have a few other things on the menu so I'll be heading over next week. read more

I've been here many years ago before and I thought the food was really good especially their bacon avocado cheeseburger so I decided to give it another shot. My son and I ordered a colossal which is a pastrami and cheeseburger pretty much all in one with french fries and I got myself a double chili cheeseburger which is absolutely amazing. Clean dining area and restrooms. Food is served hot and in large portions. They offer a discount if you pay in cash. They offer a good selection of foods. The malts are thick and satisfying. Breakfast is served all day. Staff is friendly and efficient. The drive-up window service is often busy, but it moves along nicely. It's worth a try. My husband and I keep going back. A staff member came out to clean as I was typing and cleaned them and the counter area. Even though their prices have gone up (like everywhere else), it's still cheaper than a regular restaurant. This is even though the person taking the order acknowledges that she made the error. We get burgers from here not because they're good but because they're kinda close. This place has mediocre food, they randomly close for no reason, and now I have to deal with bad policy from the owners ... The place may not be the prettiest, but I'm glad I made the stop! The service was very inviting and friendly, felt like a real kind local place. The food was also very good, definitely get a milkshake with your food! I will say, it was more expensive than I was expecting. I spent around $14 for a burger combo that came with burger, fries, and a shake (up charge). Not a terrible price now a days, but definitely more than I thought this place would cost. Kosmo's is always understaffed and has apparently lowered their standards on new hires, including management. I went through Kosmo's drive through today and Deena, the cashier, did not return my debit card. I realized it as i was driving away and went back, and she said she didn't have it and for me to check my car. I double and triple checked and do not have it. About an hour later i called to ask if they found it. Daisy, the manager said the cashier returned it to me. I asked if i can see the video footage showing the card being returned to me and she asked "why do you need to see it?"and HUNG UP ON ME. Unbelievably rude and unprofessional. Pass on that. Greek burger is good. Would be so much better with some feta cheese or a yogurt sauce. The meat is tasty. I would devour order it again. The Kosmo Burger is okay. I use to come here often, never understood why they don't post their prices on the Menu Board?? Visited last night and they had a paper menu taped to the intercom. I ordered 1 hamburger, 1 carna asada burrito and zucchini fries. The paper menu said $3.49 for zucchini fries. As soon as I reached the window to pay I asked the lady if the prices on the menu were current/correct? She replied yes. I was charged a ridiculous $5.99 for zucchini fries, not to mention the quantity, quality and taste has diminished tremendously. The burgers are not as great as they use to be, and the $11 carne asada burrito is full of more beans than meat, and not worth the price for its quality or size. I wasted $23 on dinner. I should have followed my first mind and went to In-N-Out burger for better taste and quality. This is my last visit to Kosmos Burgers. Do yourself a favor. Go elsewhere. Employees are kurt and almost rude. The food is not good or worth your cash. If you sit outside, you will notice a strong sewer smell to make the food worse if thats possible. Why the sewer smell on a dining patio? Update (July 3, 2024): On top of Kosmos being greedy and gougey with the prices ($10+ for the Zucchini fries, which are now "logs" instead of crispy "fries", and you get about 10 of them, which means they are $1 log), they charge a credit card fee of .45 or .50 cents for each credit card transaction. There are only 10 states in the US where this is illegal -- and CA is one of them. When an establishment does this, it angers the credit card companies because imposing such a fee compels the consumer to use alternate means for payment, which means those credit card companies DO NOT get their fees from the consumer's credit card transaction. I have reported this to both Mastercard and Visa and they will take the appropriate action. You are a business establishment that has opted in for making the use of credit card transactions available to the consumer, so you are obviously trying to offset your merchant fees (that you opted in for) by charging a fee per transaction to the consumer. Absolutely shameful. Unfortunately, as a result of my reporting this, Kosmos will most likely raise the cost of their menu items AGAIN in order to take even more money out of our wallets. I an sickened of restaurants taking advantage of these inflationary times and making the consumer pay the price. I will no longer be coming to Kosmos after decades of regular dining. read more
