I got the bacon cheeseburger with lettuce, tomato, jalapeños, grilled onions, pickles, bell pepper and Cajun fries. The but was good, it tasted seasoned but was too greasy and way too much cheese. Came in and ordered 2 bacon cheeseburgers and a large Cajun fry. We ordered ahead on their app and food can out relatively fast. Not sure how I feel about the aluminum foil. Burger was a little greasy but still good. Cajun fries are the reason I'd be back they are good and give a decent portion. Large is easily shareable for 2-3 ppl. My wife had a bunch of toppings and the veggies on her burger weren't necessarily soft or cooked well they were more on the crunchy side and her cheese didn't melt really. You have to know their menu to order. A regular cheeseburger has TWO hamburger patties and the little cheeseburger has only one patty. "All the way" means everything on your burger, which also includes grilled onioms and mushrooms The Cajun seasoned fries are the way to go. They make them with fresh potatoes. I didn't expect to come here today, but my wife went there while I was at Panera. I was like I'm gonna come join you instead of eating at Panera. I really didn't feel like having a burger, so I got the veggie burger with cheese. The sandwich was ok. I would've preferred it stacked with the more veggies but ok. Been wanting to try a burger from 5 Guys for a while. The place is very clean and the service was great. They have a pretty good sized menu with burgers, hot dogs, fries, and shakes. I opted for a traditional burger with bacon and "All the way" toppings with small Cajon fries and a drink. The burger was pretty tasty and tall despite being a little smaller on the roundness as I was expecting. The fries were good and generous in portion but had way too much of the seasoning which some might prefer. Although my meal was pretty good, I had a hard time justifying paying $15 for a burger, fries, and a drink. Glad I at least gave it a shot. The last time I tried Five Guys was over four years ago while in NYC. But that was in a small dirty uncomfortable Five Guys near the hotel. It was not a great experience so I decided to try again in San Dimas. I ordered their little cheeseburger, fries and shake. The restaurant is clean and the workers were welcoming and friendly. As far as the food it was good but not $23 worth. I will continue to go to In & Out Burger for the value and quality food. Actually even if it was competitively priced I would prefer the Double Double and Fries at In&Out for taste. read more

I really like their thick, rich milkshakes. Their kosher hot dogs are also delish, which I prefer over their soggy hamburgers. I don't understand why they keep wrapping the hamburgers in foil, it causes the hamburger bun to get soggy and isn't appetizing, well for me at least. read more

Tastes like a good quality burger with fresh ingredients tho. - a lot of options to add on the burger - idk if we got lucky or they do this all the time but the large fries had almost another portion of the fries inside the bag itself! Came here for lunch yesterday. I ordered the little bacon cheeseburger, just as a reminder of the little is the singer patty. What are the regular is a double patty. And you choose your own toppings on what you want on it. Because I am fresh to order along with fresh cut fries. I have a soda machine that have all the options. Peanuts will you wait for your food. My husband and I entered the restaurant ready to eat, I asked for a hamburger combo, and surprise surprise, they don't serve combos... okay???? She gave me a little burger instead, after both my husband and I finished ordering our total came out to $32. Two burgers, one fry, and one drink. They asked if we wanted dressing, and were met with another surprise. They had no ranch .... No thousand island .... Ummm what a joke!!! As for the food itself, it was bland!!! I wasn't sure if I was eating solid air, or a cheap processed burger with no quality. It tasted like nothing!!! My burger patty was falling apart from how thin it was (so portion control must be excessive to make a profit). Both burgers were tiny, my husbands had double patty which is their excuse to charge $11.59. The customer service was ok, staff was friendly, the restaurant was also fairly clean. I'm surprised they didn't charge us to eat there. The only thing that had flavor was the soda and fries. Everything else taste like nothing. That's ridiculous. Burger was decent enough, but the large cajun fries that I was most excited to try came in a small drink cup that was barely filled. Food was delicious. They have a combo right now for $12& change. You get a little hamburger or cheeseburger (nothing little about it!), fries and a drink. You get to pick your condiments and they offer quite a lot of them! They even offer mushrooms with the burger. Fries are great! You actually get the whole French fry and not little pieces of crunchy fries like some other places. They have free peanuts. We are in the middle of a global pandemic and this burger joint does not have restrooms available for customers to even wash their hands before they eat. When I realized they did not have restrooms for customers I regretted not going next door to Cafe Rio instead I'll tell you one thing, if I had gone to In and Out the burger would have been half the price and tasted better! For how sky high the prices have become at this restaurant you would think they would have restrooms for their customers. I had to drive home an hour with my burger so I could wash my hands and by then it was cold. Waste of money. read more

My girlfriend and I went here for the first time yesterday. The parking lot is very big, mixed with other business parking spots. So there is no need to be concerned about finding parking. Panera Bread is next door to the left, and Poke to the right. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger. However, I think on the menu it said bacon cheeseburger, so beware it's a double cheeseburger. I was shocked when I got home and it was a double. The bread was mushy which I think is because they wrap it in foil. The bbq sauce tastes generic but good. Upon ordering, you have to order everything you want on it; such as lettuce, mayo, mustard, pickles, etc. I ordered all of that plus bbq sauce and grilled onions. Next time I will hold off on the grilled onions. In addition, they do not charge anything extra for all of that. My girlfriend got a bacon cheeseburger with mayo, lettuce, ketchup, and grilled Jalapeno peppers. And a regular fry. The fries were actually good. When I ate the burger, I could not help but think of Fat burger. I think their burgers taste similar. However, I like Five Guys fries way better. I think Five Guys and Fat Burger both have that backyard grill hamburger taste. The total for two hamburgers, and one regular fries was $28.37, plus tax was 31.07. In my opinion, that's pricey for just two burgers. All in all, I can see myself going back, just make sure to request for a single because all of their burgers are a double from my understanding. read more
