I could not figure out why nothing was working. A colleagusuggested that I try a dog trainer named Bob Solomini that he had used in the past. His passion and confidence in Bob convinced me and even though I was very skeptical and worn out I decided to give it one last try. I am excited to tell you about my invaluable experience and what I learned from it: -my dog was only a small part of the problem, but the majority of the behavioral problems stemmed from me. Dogs aren't born knowing how to behave the way humans would like them to, so we as responsible dog owners need to teach them. -we don't automatically realize what we are doing wrong and unless a true professional who really cares can teach us the correct way we can't be sure that we will ultimately have a happy relationship with our pet. -after four years of pulling my hair out and stressful walks with my dog I wound up moving to a new neighborhood, and my dog was totally out of control when I walked him. When he saw people with dogs, he went crazy and I could not stop him from barking and pulling. In fact, he pulled me down a couple of times where I sprained my ankle and another time where I hurt my knee. In fact, most of my neighbors walked the other way when they saw us and complained about my dog's bad behavior. After the first lesson, I immediately knew that I had found something different. Humane, focused,, professional, and results driven. I am so lucky that I found all American K-9 and especially Bob Solomini. I love walking my dog now, and all of my neighbors have praised the incredible transformation that they see. This was literally a life-changing experience for my dog and for me. I am so thankful that I found somebody that really knows what they're doing and really cares -not only is Bob a great person, but also the Best dog trainer that I have ever met. I highly recommend this trainer and business to anyone who is serious about having a great dog!

We have been working through some serious challenges with our dogs fighting, and our main goal was…read moresimply to help them safely cohabitate in the same home. We had previously completed seven sessions with another trainer at Rob's Dogs and while that experience was fine for basic obedience, it felt like 'training' rather than the deep level behavioral correction we actually needed. Thankfully, because of the Rob's Dogs lifetime guarantee, we were connected with Joel. From the first hour, the difference was night and day. Joel immediately identified the core issues and provided professional, actionable insight on how to actually shift the dogs' behavior, rather than just running through commands. We already feel significantly more confident moving forward and have total trust in the tools and guidance Joel has given us. If you are struggling with behavioral issues that go beyond the basics, I highly recommend working with Joel. We are incredibly optimistic about the progress we'll make in our upcoming sessions.

From their first meeting at the intake, to the 2-week "boot camp", they provided reassurance and updates. The narrated video updates were reassuring and helped bring peace of mind that this was the right decision. So helpful was the 2-hour training period on Graduation Day! It gives me, as her daughter, peace of mind knowing that my mom can now safely bike ride with him, not seeing him jump up on her, and it is much more fun to visit without finding something of mine chewed! If you are contemplating investing in Rob's Dogs for training, do it!! Nathan, thank you for being fantastic with Coal and my mom!

Some call me a "Crazy Cat Mom." Others just use the "Crazy Cat Lady" title. Long story short,…read morewhen I go out of town I need someone who I trust 100% with my little ones. I also love my home and my privacy so when looking for a person to care for my fur babies my standards skyrocket very quickly because it also means I need to trust this person/company with my home. Yes, it is to a point where I should probably dial it back or seek professional help but I don't care. My cats rock and I love them and I have faith that there are good people/companies out there who can get the job done right. This is where Carrie Pawpins comes in. I met Carrie because we both come from a profession in the animal world. I immediately connected with her and could tell this was a girl who didn't mess around. I worked with her on a professional level for a while and she was one of the people I went to when looking for a cat sitter. I had no idea that she provided this service I simply was asking because I valued her professional opinion. I was SO EXCITED when I found out it would be her taking point in caring for my furries! I have since used Carrie Pawpins on multiple occasions. I can share that she along with her fabulous staff are AWESOME!! I can leave for vacation without a single worry. I also get wonderful pictures and updates on how my little ones are doing while I am away. I would HIGHLY recommend Carrie Pawpins and her entire staff to care for any pet out there!

The…read moretrainer said every dog is different and with issues like this they would have to come evaluate him first for $250. I get that, but I just asked what the range would be so I could know what I would be facing in the future and not waste time if I couldn't afford it. I was told it was going to cost anywhere from $3000-$16000. I understood it was going to be expensive but that is way out of the price range I am able to budget. I then said I could only spend up to $2000 on it , being 24 and just recently getting a new job. The trainer told me I was going to "flush the $2000 down the drain" and that Champ would most likely not get better. He then was going to refer me to someone else and then said "you might need to REHOME" the dog. I was like "WHAT?!". I couldn't believe he told me to basically get rid of my dog because I wasn't planning on using his services. I said that the conversation was over and that was that. It was truly unprofessional and feel like I was treated horribly. In scheduling my phone call the man that was taking my name and number down was also very abrasive in the way he was speaking to me. I also looked on their website- they now have something called "Hall of Shame" that plans to humiliate dissatisfied customers who went on websites and told about their experience. To me, this is low for any business to do. I am big on constructive criticism and instead of bashing people, wouldn't it be easier to work things out with them?! This was my experience and I am taking my business elsewhere.

And his reply: "Thank you. I understand everyone has a different level of love and commitment to their pets." (really??? seriously???...alrighty then!) .
