Every weekend to give him a little change in his routine I bring him in for his bike rides and if I have any errands or just because I will leave him for the day. I highly recommend Shireen and her staff for your pets needs. It is obvious that Shireen truly cares about your dog's well being. She takes the time to listen and develop a game plan that will suit your individual needs. We tried various instructors including ones that utilize shock collars but unless you are looking for a circus dog that is not needed here. The training is great. She asks, answers and addresses all your concerns. She will not try to sell you an overly expensive package that you don't need which shows how she is in the business for the love of the animals. The best money we ever spent on anything, seriously! We brought our 6 month old puppy to Shereen hoping he would learn some manners. He was a wild pup who would not listen. We had originally planned to take our dog every week for four weeks but once Shereen saw how much training she needed, she said it would take 8 sessions but she recommended he board and train for a week with her. We were nervous to leave our dog, but we are so glad we did. Our dog came back knowing basic manners and was a totally changed pup! He could even run on a leash bedside a bike! All of this in one week. Shereen went above and beyond by bringing our pup back to our home when a schedule change didn't allow us to pick him up at the scheduled time. I have an 11th month boxer named Lola. We originally got her for my daughter, but due to her behavior we couldn't even have Lola around her. She would launch herself at everyone leaving bruises and destroy everything she could find. I was even scared to go outside and feed her since she is so strong and almost dropped me to the floor a few times. We boarded our pups here last week at the recommendation of our trainer. My wife and I found the facility to be nice and clean. The yard for exercise and play was open and shaded. We met Jake when we dropped our dogs off and he was nice and very helpful. A couple days into the stay , my dogs got into a fight bad enough for them to require medical attention. This is where Shyreen and this facility went beyond the talk, the reviews, the contracts. I cannot say enough of the time, the compassion, the care or the love that she put in for our dogs. She took each of them to Covina Animal Hospital in turn and made sure they got the attention they needed. She made sure each of them was comforted after returning to the Dog On Fun facility and truly treated them as if they were her own. She kept my wife and I updated daily, sending us pictures and status. There are not enough words to express our gratitude for the care and love you extended them both. Shyreen not only says she loves animals, she really shows it in her actions. For that, we will always be thankful. There aren't enough stars to reflect our review of this facility but I think you get my point. If you are ever looking for a place to board your dogs, this is the place to do it. I met Shireen 2 years after my 15 year old Yorkie passed away. My rabbit hole led me to Dog On Fun and a video about a boxer mix named Layla. Her video was DARLING and my volunteer efforts were sidetracked. I had to meet this little lady! From the very first visit, Shireen and her team were great as I got to know Layla, week after week, coming to visit her. She answered all my nervous texts during Layla's first weekend stay with me. She's given me advice and helped me train Layla through a little dog aggression (she's making amazing strides). And mostly she's trained me to not stress out so much over my little Layla. My husband and I are raising our first dog. He is a Boston Terrier and his name is Brody!! We both have very demanding careers and we live in West Hollywood, CA. We drive about 80 miles a day to take Brody to DogOn Fun!! He loves it! This was the first and last time coming here! The one thing that didn't sit right with me is the fact that I took my dog to get groomed and the only thing that looked different from her was her hair cut. I asked about medication for fleas and ticks because I know my dog has many fleas and ticks and they said they didn't have any but that regardless she didn't have any and I knew right away they were lying to me. She got in my car, and shook herself and saw dirt fly everywhere. She spends majority of her time in the backyard, so when I saw the dirt I knew they didn't bathe her either. I went to petsmart to buy some medication for her and shampoo. Went back home to bathe her myself and behold I find many fleas and ticks on her, which I wasn't surprised because I knew she had them. They lady told me they had checked for fleas and ticks but obviously not because you can right away tell when I bathed her, which is why I knew they didn't bathe her. I will say that the staff is really friendly and nice but overall a bad experience. read more

I have boarded my three dogs here multiple times over long periods of time. the staff is all so caring and genuine dog lovers. a few weeks ago, my 14 year old lab was boarded when she started showing bad signs. Shireen called and asked if she could take my dog to the vet to get a closer look (this helped as i just had surgery and was unable to drive) she was in constant communication with me through it all and unfortunately we had to put her down. She took care of everything and made me the most at ease that she could. not once did i feel pressured or a burden during this situation. my dogs are always so happy when we pick them up and give the caretakers kisses which shows a lot about their treatment.
