I love this place so much. I've been getting food and supplies for my pets since August 2024, and have consistently had a "pawsitive" experience every time I've visited. I've always received helpful advice any time I needed it. Most recently, I was shopping for a specific brand of kitten food for my "teensie beans". The store didn't have it on the shelf but was able to order it for me and called me the following week when it arrived. When I went to pick it up, I was surprised to see that they offered free nail trims at this location on Thursdays from 10-4, which is such an awesome customer perk. read more

This location is closer to my house and did not disappoint! My girl LOVES the "bag" toys where I can hide treats in them. She's a german shepherd mix so she needs a job and Dog Supplies Outlet has a wide variety of these toys. Duck heads, and a bunch of dried treats to choose from. I walked in... completely in shock with how the store seemed to have grown with an inordinate amount of toys and food selection... turns out- NEW OWNERS... New owners NOT ONLY transferred the points I am sure, whomever is reading this strives to collect... they have actually improved the system so that Customers receive better rewards! And?! There is Taylor... my gosh! In my whole entire life, I have never spoken with someone who was as intelligent as he is, recommending that for the hot season.. I actually switch the food that we have grown to adore (N&D Digestion) bc lamb actually is hot whereas something like Duck will keep MrBeanSprouts cooler in these hellacious months ahead... I LOVE it here and so do my dogs. I buy it all here because the whole team works together to help me out. If one persons doesn't have in answer another will. They are all so sweet and welcoming and I mean they have everything. My dogs have to eat a specific food and we like to jazz it up with extra toppings and they ask all the right questions to get the right ones for our babies. Hate to spoil it but GUESS WHAT! You can wash your dog and have them work out too. Not sure if it's permanent because they change ownership few months ago. And EVEN the owner was super amazing They have a point system program and gives you discounts. I mean go check them out they have everything. And the BEST treats toys products. We visit once a week or every other week for their dog wash station, which is always super clean and well-stocked with everything we need. Jimmy at this location has been extremely helpful with any questions I have. He even handled a problem I had at another location the second I told him I wasn't happy with my experience there.
