I did extensive research before choosing Pawsh Palace because I am extremely cautious about who I trust with my dogs, and all these years later, I have yet to take them anywhere else. Their comfort, care, and safety will always be my number one priority, and I genuinely feel like Pawsh is worth every penny. I now have a senior dog as well, and daycare has been wonderful for keeping her active, social, and young at heart. The staff is also incredibly good about following any notes I leave for her. Since she gets tired more easily, I'll ask that she play for a few hours and then spend some time relaxing in her room, and they've always been great about accommodating that. Whether my dogs are there for daycare or overnight boarding, they always come home happy and well cared for. I've even left them at Pawsh for an entire week, and they had an absolute blast. I LOVE the report cards and think they are such a sweet touch. Getting to see pictures of them having fun, both in their report cards and on Pawsh's social media, makes this protective dog mom very happy. Living in Vegas also makes having a place like Pawsh incredibly valuable. When it's 110 degrees outside, there are only so many walks and outdoor activities you can safely do with your dogs. Having a beautiful indoor place where they can socialize, burn off energy, stay active, have fun, and make puppy friends is such a lifesaver. I used to take my dogs to their location near the Strip, and I could not be happier that there is now a Pawsh Palace closer to my home. It's so convenient, just as beautiful, and filled with the same kind of caring staff members I've trusted for years. All they had to do was send THE coupon to Champion PET foods and they would receive the reimbursement. They refuse to take the coupon because they say I didn't purchase the original bag from them for "exchange". I'm confused. It's a coupon. I think it's ridiculous that they won't take a coupon. It is a valid coupon for a free bag of food and they will get fully reimbursed for it.

Sean was flexible with my work schedule, which I greatly appreciated. We met in a comfortable front room where he clearly explained both the facility's expectations and what owners could expect in return. It quickly became clear that BratPak operates differently than a typical daycare or boarding facility. They don't simply take your dog and send you on your way--they take the time to understand each dog and determine whether the environment is truly a good fit. Throughout our conversation, Sean carefully observed my dog and explained what he was seeing. His observations aligned with my own experiences and gave me confidence that he genuinely understands canine behavior. I felt that my dog was safe and in capable hands. During the assessment, I watched from the front room while Sean introduced my dog to the daycare environment and several calm, well-socialized dogs.
