I was honestly shocked the first time I walked in,they had the exact same premium treats I'd been ordering online, except I could grab them right then and there. Really love this store. Was at HomeGoods and was shocked to find a new, closer location as we usually go to Valle Verde. It is called dog supplies but they do have a pretty decent cat selection. Got picky pants some Stella & Chewys (they take their coupons!) and some N & D, plus they carry his raw goats milk, plus a host of other frozen options, some I'd seen, heard of and tried, some I hadn't. Isela was SUPER helpful and showed me around and broke down the products in the freezer. Man's had to get back on pumpkin and they had some great weruva pouches he ran through real quick. Went back for more and was helped by a super nice lady who recommended a fruitables can and explained the generous return policy if he didn't like it. So far we're ok lol. Price wise it's hit and miss. Some things are deals, some are high. I'd bought him some dr martys at a provisions shoppe I frequent. $16, it was $22 here. But they had the N&D on sale and it was better than the other place. Like anything else you do have to know your prices. They take pics of pets that come in and put them on the wall! I'm bringing man's in one day! He deserves fame outside IG lol. All in all the staff's knowledgeable and kind. Great selection and freezer items. So glad they're close by and expanding! I Love both the Anthem store and the St Rose and Eastern stores! They have a great selection, wonderful staff and free dog washing stations. They even have free nail trimmings on Saturdays. They have fantastic sales and each purchase earns you points for money off a future purchase. Plus, if you buy qualifying bags of treats or food, after you purchase so many bags, you can get a free one. The staff are really knowledgeable and friendly. You can obviously bring your friendly dogs in and I just saw that you can make a shopping appointment, so you can bring your not so friendly dogs in with you. Your pup can get a free treat at the register too. This store is my dog's favorite place to go. FAVORITE DOG SUPPLY STORE!!! I love, love, looooveeee this store! I first came to this store a day before I brought my rescue dog, Da Vinci, home a few months ago. I am now a regular, and never even step foot into chain pet stores. Pros: -REWARDS PROGRAM 1 point for every dollar you spend, and a free bag of dog food after you buy a certain amount (of the same brand). Every time I come in, I save at least a few bucks. -SUPER FRIENDLY they often give my dog, Da Vinci, a free treat when I checkout, as he is in the early stages of training, and is difficult to control at times. They also always offer to help me out with bringing my items to my car (haven't needed, but it's nice that they offer), and always welcome guests into the store. They're all very friendly, and most (if not all) have dogs themselves, so they're knowledgeable on dog care. They even have a cute board by the registers w/pics of their dogs. Seriously the friendliest dog store I have ever been to. -GREAT PRICES (DONT PRICE GOUGE): Most of their toys & treats are at slightly discounted prices from other stores/manufacturer prices. They also have discount bins down the middle of the store. Their dog food is the same price as the brands' manufacturers, so they don't price hike, and it ends up being cheaper thanks to their rewards program. Keep in mind that they don't sell any of the cheap, unhealthy dog foods you see at other stores. The healthier brands aren't as cheap, but they're worth it for your dog's health.
