Things like a fenced in parking lot so in the event a leash slips you are worried about your pet running into the road. We've had to purchase different collars in the past to take them to daycare, at All Tails they already have you covered. Check in and pick up are a breeze. SCAM - DO NOT BRING YOUR PET HERE…read more If you care at all about your pet DO NOT bring them here. What we all want for our pets is good, quality care with a trustworthy vet. But this isn't that type of place. I have a Bernese Mountain Dog - large breed- and my regular vet doesn't provide spay and stomach tacking services for such a large breed. So I started digging and found Lancaster Animal Clinic. IT WAS ALL DOWNHILL FROM HERE. My FIRST consult was with a female vet that gave my dog an exam, but told me she couldn't perform the surgery. If I wanted my dog's spay and stomach tacked, I'd have to have another consult with ON THE SPOT, which is a separate provider that uses their location. At the end of this visit, I was charged for a consult fee and for ear infection treatment. This was completely paid for, in full, no disputes. But a little frustrating when this could have been avoided by the staff when scheduling my appointment because seeing another vet would mean another consult fee... but still I wanted my dog to see the correct vet. So I made a SECOND consult appointment, in July, and came back to see the ON THE SPOT vet, Dr. Reynolds. During this visit, Dr. Reynolds examined my dog, talked to me about the spay and stomach tacking procedure, and I was very clearly uneasy about this and said I wanted to think about it and the associated cost which he quoted as $2,500. The vet also noticed during this visit, a skin irritation on my dog, and offered a special shampoo and pills. I DECLINED and said I would take my dog to our regular vet, but Dr. Reynolds said he would take care of it at no additional charge. I thought this was extremely considerate given I had been at the clinic multiple times and charged for multiple things without ever receiving the services I was there in consult for.... Can you guess what happened next?... I receive a bill, IN NOVEMBER, almost 5 months after the consult, saying that I owe the consult fee and the medication. When describing the situation to the staff, I'm treated as if I'm lying and neither the clinic staff, ON THE SPOT staff, or Dr. Reynolds can acknowledge a miscommunication on their part. I'm asked questions by their billing staff quoted from email "If you were going to get them through your regular vet., why did you take them? If you had any concerns about the fee for the medication why not ask before you left." I had absolutely no reason to confirm something that I thought was perfectly clear to me at that time. This clinic along with ON THE SPOT only want your money. They don't care if you've been a good client, they don't care about your pet...and they don't care about you... I was taken advantage of during my interactions with the clinic's staff and with Dr.Reynolds. I was completely misled which is highly dishonest and unprofessional. PLEASE DO NOT BRING YOUR DOGS HERE! Update 12/9/2022: In response to the comment left by the clinic on Google to clarify a few MORE "miscommunications." Harley was well within the healthy weight for a Bernese Mountain Dog and NO where in her records shows obesity. In her examinations it was suggested to switch her from puppy to adult food to PREVENT obesity. During the exam with Dr. Reynolds - he in fact DID NOT recommend postponing the surgery. He said the skin irritation was not serious enough to cause him concern if we moved forward. AND I didn't just leave...I walked out with a vet tech and even asked what I needed to do before I left. Just PLEASE if anyone is considering coming here - DON'T! I'm really trying to keep pet owners from going through this with their furry loved ones.

When I came back in the spring the owners were very adamant that I come up immediately to take the just whelped pup off their hands. When I arrived the dog had none of the desired characteristics of ball drive and coloring that I had described in detail from Afghanistan. We elected to wait for a new litter. Three months later when I contacted Estate dogs for an update I was told that litter "did not take" and there were no dogs available. I asked for a refund minus a service fee and the owners have refused to answer my calls or email me. I would caution anyone from working with this business. They have a very unique approach to doggie daycare. No cages! I was concerned at first until I saw how Christie and her staff gradually introduced other dogs to Arnold and were very aware of behaviors. I watched from a tv monitor in the lobby area. Next thing I know there are 5-7 dogs with Arnold and he was loving it. They let the dogs spend hours together the first day and today he was there a full day. I'll be boarding him overnight Friday and Saturday. The staff is very attentive to all the dogs and know how to redirect if playing gets a little escalated. Today I was working and was able to check on Arnold from my phone, watching the cams in all of the rooms. I love that he can play all day instead of being caged for 2/3 of his stay. I highly recommend CRAM to anyone who has a socialized dog, to treat them to a real play day or two. I look forward to using them more in the future!

Working with Alyssa and her family great. I reached out and and she replied over night about their recently born litter of Cane Corso puppies. She sent pictures and allowed me to pick the puppy I preferred. Making arrangements was easy and given that we were coming from Wisconsin and their business is in OH, it was still easy to make adjustments due to weather and other delays. Upon arrival my husband noticed that they had several beautiful Cane's onsite. The paperwork was signed Zelle sent and we were on our way. Now on our new baby... Layla... She is perfect. She is healthy, spunky, intelligent, and definitely a beautiful representation of her breed. We registered her with the AKC and discovered a champion in her bloodline and pure Italian roots and it shows. Our next steps include some sort of training but I am strongly considering whether or not we should do agility or some other sport because our baby is all about the exercise and rolling around. Post sale - I have sent Alyssa pics and asked questions about our girl and she continues to be responsive and really helpful as we transition our home to this new breed. Overall, I couldn't be happier with our decision and new family Member, they really are an excellent breeder.
