My pets absolutely love this doggy daycare! The facility is always so clean, which gives me so much peace of mind. The staff is super friendly and clearly cares about every dog that comes in. My pups get so excited the moment we walk into the lobby--it's their favorite place! They come home happy and completely worn out from a full day of playing with their friends. I couldn't ask for a better place to take them!

Dogdrop is Nessies favorite place to be. Not only is she having fun and burning energy. They have gotten her to be so friendly around other dogs. Couldn't recommend them enough!

The facility is very clean, and it's clear that the staff genuinely care about every dog in their care. The trainers are kind, attentive, and treat each pup like family, which gives us so much peace of mind. Whenever we travel out of state, Dog Den is our first choice for boarding. We love that they provide cameras so we can check in on our fur baby. The staff keeps everything clean, changes the towels regularly, and makes sure she is comfortable and well cared for throughout her stay. On days when she just needs some extra playtime and socialization, daycare is the perfect place for her to have fun with other doggos. We also love the photos update that were given throughout the day. We highly recommend Dog Den to anyone looking for a safe, caring, and trustworthy place for their furry family member! They have both…read moreindoor and outdoor play areas for the dogs, and both spaces are quite large, so it doesn't feel crowded at all. The facility itself is very well equipped, with more than 100 rooms. They also have separate isolation rooms in case a dog gets sick, which helps prevent illnesses from spreading to other dogs. I thought that was a huge plus. All new dogs are required to provide vaccination records, and they also do about a 20-minute temperament assessment before joining. Based on each dog's personality, they arrange suitable playgroups instead of just mixing all the dogs together. The staff are also very professional and attentive. They keep daily records of each dog's eating habits and bathroom activity, which really gives owners extra peace of mind. Overall, it feels like a very responsible and well-organized place for dogs.

It is easy to book your stays through the app and everything has ran smoothly for my experience so far. They require all records prior to your first stay to make sure the dogs are up to date on vaccinations, etc. There are also a number of enrichments offered at an extra cost to entertain your pup, and on certain days of the week they have specialty enrichments. On my pup's last stay we ordered a pup cup and I did not expect to receive pictures in email of her enjoying it. That made my day. There are always cameras available to check in on your doggy to make you feel at ease. My pup is always excited and always playing during her stays and she is excited to go in when we arrive, she isn't even worried about me heading off and she's still happy when we come back for her. Then there is the additional perk of your pup being wiped out for a nice portion of the day when you return. Thank you Camp Bow Wow and especially for having staff around at all times, and for making it possible to take trips with ease knowing our pup will be taken care of.

Shortly after her last stay in March 2026, she was diagnosed with an aggressive form of nasal carcinoma. She recently went to doggie heaven. Thinking that CBW would care to know, I informed them via e-mail. It has been two weeks and no acknowledgement. No "sorry to hear about Scout." No "sorry for your loss." Nothing but silence. Scout loved going to CBW and could not greet the counselors quickly enough. I thought they considered Scout a part of the family. A couple of counselors, Azelynn and Justin, knew Scout her entire life. I guess I was expecting too much. At the end, Scout was just a dollar sign.

We don't send our baby many places without us, but we felt like she needed some dog play time and a little adventure. They picked her up right from our house, and the bus was so clean and honestly the cutest thing ever. They even sent photos of her sitting on the bus, which immediately made us feel better. Anytime I texted with questions, they responded quickly and were very kind. They also kept us updated about when she would be dropped off and gave us a little overview of how her day went. Later that night, they sent an entire album with hundreds of pictures from their adventures. Every single dog looked like they were having the best time! Thank you so much for taking such great care of our baby. We will definitely be coming back, and I would recommend Comfy Home Dog Boarding to anyone -- especially crazy, overprotective dog parents like us!

I actually hadn't realized that Disneyland discontinued their kennel service during Covid. Our fur babies are quite spoiled, and not used to being left anywhere. I was rather nervous trying to figure out last-minute accommodations, when I came across this option on yelp. I am so glad we did. They were incredibly responsive, and managed to accommodate our constantly changing schedule. Super friendly, and sent check-in on the pups throughout the day. Our babies were clearly made to feel safe and comfortable, and given lots of love and attention. Everything I could possibly hope for and more. I highly, highly recommend them for anyone looking for pet care needs in the area!

My 54 lb Jindo does not do well with strangers, she is all bark but no bite. I was very anxious bringing her to any dog care but Wendy was willing to do an assessment prior to their stay. This was my very first time doing any sort of dog care so I was really worried about leaving them. They did really well and my other dog had so much fun (he's a social butterfly). The main reason I chose this place vs all the other dog boarding is because they offer a "home" living experience rather than a facility/warehouse. My dogs always freely roams the house and lays on our bed, couch, wherever they please so I wanted something similar and Wendy's house provided that. I couldn't bare the thought of them being kept in a narrow sleeping quarter locked throughout the day. Thank you for taking great care of my babies! This place will definitely be my go-to for any future dog boarding.

August 11th The Day We Lost Louie…read more Our six-year-old French Bulldog, Louie, died from heatstroke just two and a half hours into what we were told would be a four-hour trial day at this daycare. We were told the purpose of the trial was simply to see whether Louie could get along with other dogs. We were never told that he would be taken to a dog park or participate in strenuous outdoor activity. We chose this daycare because the owner told us she owns a French Bulldog herself, and because the daycare had very good reviews. We trusted that our French Bulldog would be understood and properly cared for. What happened that day is something we will never forget. 9:00 AM -- We dropped Louie off for his four-hour trial. 9:30 AM -- Just 30 minutes later, Louie was taken to a dog park for outdoor activity without our knowledge. We had never been told that he would be taken off the daycare premises or to a dog park. The temperature that day ranged from approximately 77°F to 85°F. 10:18 AM -- According to the daycare, Louie vomited after the activity. We were not informed when it happened. 11:30 AM -- More than an hour after he vomited, we received a photo of his vomit. At the same time, we were communicating about payment and completing a reservation for his future stay. We were given no indication that Louie was experiencing a potentially life-threatening emergency. 11:45 AM -- We received a phone call telling us that Louie was not breathing. 12:00 PM -- Louie was pronounced dead from heatstroke. Our dog went into the daycare alive and healthy at 9:00 AM. By noon, he was dead. What is especially devastating is what we learned afterward. We were told that they had never seen Louie breathing so heavily before. We were also told that they had tried giving him water, but he was vomiting. For a French Bulldog, excessive panting, vomiting, and difficulty breathing in hot conditions can be serious warning signs of overheating and heatstroke. French Bulldogs are particularly vulnerable to heat because of their shortened airways and difficulty cooling themselves efficiently through panting. Yet during the critical period when Louie was apparently struggling, we received no immediate warning and no update about his condition. The owner was also not present at the daycare at the time. We later learned that she had a doctor's appointment, which contributed to a delay in communication. While the adults were dealing with schedules, appointments, and communication, Louie was suffering--and we knew nothing. This was supposed to be a simple four-hour trial to see whether Louie could socialize with other dogs. We never agreed to have him taken to a dog park in temperatures reaching 85°F. We never imagined that he would be subjected to strenuous outdoor activity in hot weather. We are devastated that Louie was placed in this situation while in someone else's care. We trusted this daycare because we believed they understood French Bulldogs. That trust was shattered in the worst possible way. Louie was in their care. We trusted them to keep him safe. We expected him to come home. He never did. Louie was not just a dog. He was part of our family, and we will never get him back.

We brought him in at 13 weeks to the EveryPup Program, where he is in a clean and disinfected facility with other safe and healthy pups and he gets training every day by Dave. Almost from day 1 we started noticing huge changes, and he matured so rapidly it's like we have a different dog! He is very calm, polite and attentive, and has been able to self-regulate so well. Dave is always available for our questions and follow ups, and he sends over progress notes and photos every day from training sessions. We also would ask him about problem behavior such as counter surfing or jumping up on people to greet, and Dave would target those specific behaviors as well. We also appreciated how fast and quickly they acted on our puppy swallowing something he shouldn't have, and immediately gave him some hydrogen peroxide to get him to throw it up, which saved us from extremely expensive and likely traumatic vet visits and possible surgery. Very grateful! Every day we pick up our puppy he is so happy from a day of playing and getting love from all the staff, and is tired and ready for some cuddles and naps when he gets home. The staff here are so caring and really love each dog, I trust them to take care of our puppy. Highly recommend!

Had to be put in time out multiple times. I was constantly watching on the cameras and he was playing with other dogs but something about it bothered the staff. Nothing out of the ordinary from when he is with his friends at the dog parks or at his other daycares. I chalked up t up to the staff being inexperienced and new. But, also not the right fit for us. I know people who have had a similar experience there as well. Now today this happened and why I am posting so late after I went there. I would definitely be nervous taking my dog there. Just wanted people to know if you had a dog staying at Smart Parke in Brea today 8/16/26 a dog got out and was running in the middle of the street on Birch . Luckily the cars all seen it and stopped. The dog got all the way to the apartments close to State College where a woman walking her dog was able to hold it. The Smart Parke employee then was able leash the dog safely. If it was my dog I would want to know. Hopefully they told the owners. It was a medium sized short hair brown dog.
