The owner/operator said: "I'm going to be dead honest with you, I don't like booking new clients further out than one week because I don't want to book your two "larger" dogs just so you can be a no-show". I assured her that wouldn't be a problem because I'm interested in finding a new groomer closer to where we live and that we want to make regularly scheduled appointments. That's when she refused to work with me saying she: "personally didn't like my attitude and didn't want to work with me" Then hung up the phone before I could even make a first-time appointment!! BOOK WITH THIS MOODY/UNRELIABLE PERSON AT YOUR OWN RISK. DON'T GO TO GOLDEN BUBBLES UNLESS YOU WANT UNNECESSARY CONFLICT & SUDDEN CANCELLATIONS. Our two girls were loving and playful with each, and then after an early spay and infection our 8mth old Rottweiler acted out towards our 6yr old pocket Pitmix. We had to completely separate them. It was very stressful and chaotic in our home. We knew we needed the right trainer for our situation and it was very important to find someone that was familiar with large breeds, high energy dominance, for both a puppy and older dog sibling rivalry. We spoke with 8 different places and then we were recommended to Core K9. There was no comparison after talking with Amber. Her and the staff at Core K9 are top notch and just on a whole different level! It was such an important issue to our family that we drove 4hrs twice a week for training and it was 100% worth it! Amber at Core K9 did a phenomenal job!! She really paid attention to what each dog needed, their personality and tailored a training plan for our situation!! We love her, but more importantly both of the dogs love her too and get excited when we mention her name! After just a few days we received a picture and video of our Rottweiler happily playing with other dogs and we were shocked!! And after only a few walks, our Pitmix was transformed where my hand used to hurt so bad from her pulling the lease, to now walking calmly beside me barely needing to even hold the leash at all! They've gone from being totally separated, problems with aggression, resource guarding, fear, and anxiety to completely different dogs and back together playing!! Have been going there with my dog for almost 2 years. Pay in full at every appointment. It has…read morebecome increasingly difficult to get an appt, even though I am an established client. Could not get Dibby in 2 weeks ago, for eye ulcer, even though eye issues should be taken care of immediately because it CAN become very serious very quickly. I was forced to go to another vet in nearby town. Dibs is not better, so did get in to Dr Long yesterday, (only because there was a cancellation). I told office when I made appt that I also needed Dr to also 1. listen to his heart, as it seems to be beating harder all the time and Dibs has a Murmur and is old. VERY IMPORTANT! and 2. just check a tiny cyst that doc had seen before...He did one eye procedure, and told me Dibs needed another procedure on Tues. Did NOT listen to Dibs's heart, said he would come back into exam room, if I was willing to wait. I said ok. Did not check his tiny cyst. 10 minutes later, staff tells me to leave, that Dr is already behind on appts. I said that's not my problem. They said heart could be listened to on Tuesday (!), and still charged me for full exam even though exam was not completed. Also did not fill his eye pain meds. I came back today to pick up meds, and they would not give to me, because I wanted to put its' fee on the Tuesday charge. I waited over 10 minutes and the office mgr said she "could not let me out the door with meds without Dr's approval", even though they never finished yesterday's exam but were happy to charge me full exam fees. I finally walked out and will find another Vet. Disrespectful and rude. Office needs to stop accepting new clients when they can't or won't take care of their old clients. Dr needs an associate vet, and better organized office. Office Mgr needs to realize she has a job because of the clients.
