We dropped her off for just a couple of days while we went on a trip. We explained to them that she had just had surgery a week ago and they promised us they would take special care of her. When we got back to pick her up, it was Horrible. She was soaked in her own Urine and smelled horrible. We had to wear our masks in the car to get her home. The vet had told us to keep her stitches dry and that she could not have a bath for at least another week. We had no choice. We had to bathe her twice so she could come back into the house. She was so pitiful. She did not deserve this treatment. I've never been so upset at a kennel in all my life and we will never take her back there again!!!

The location was clean, easy to get to, and they don't take too many pets at a time. I went in the summer when my schedule is more flexible. I didn't ask about drop off, like for a work day, so I'm not sure about that. But the owner was wonderful and did a great job!! I'll definitely be taking Chewey back.
