The convenient Wheaton location of the facility is great for daycare and they also allow for half-day daycare too. Very flexible scheduling. When I pick my dog up, I can tell that she's received personalized attention from the staff and that she has been well cared for. Often she's been able to work one-on-one with a staff member for nearly all of her half-day session. We also attend the group classes which are incredibly unique and let my dog build up practice interacting with other dogs in a way that reinforce new, good behaviors. My neighbors are thrilled with the progress almost as much as I am - my dog no longer automatically barks at everyone outside now and is able to make new friends. The in home training we did originally was incredibly valuable to get us started on the right foot. We need to do that again very soon! Is it the least expensive daycare and/or training in the area? No. But it is ABSOLUTELY worth it. When I leave my dog in the care of The Canine's Voice I know that she's going to be safe, loved, and will learn a few things while she's there. Happy to know that she now works for Tracy's and booked an appointment right away with ease. No waiting for weeks. My husband said that Koda was so happy to see Angela!! My dog passed the initial introduction phase of her interview and I left her for the day. I loved watching her interact with the camp bow wow team & other dogs in the playgroup on their cameras. When I came to pick her up, she came out so happy and was loving up on the staff, her whole butt was wiggling around. They brought me out a gift bag and a super cute picture of her on her first day. They offer two great "first timer" special packages. Needless to say, she has gone back for 2 days of daycare since and absolutely loves it!
