What really stood out to us was how thoughtful and selective Karla is about the dogs she accepts. Some of the other places we looked at had some dogs that seemed a bit reactive, but she clearly puts a lot of effort into making sure her environment stays calm. She suggested we do doggy daycare a couple of times before boarding so our corgi, Kai, could get comfortable with her, the space, and other dogs in her care. Our dog immediately loved Karla, had a great time with the other dogs, and came home happy and exhausted every time. She also sent us daily videos, and Kai always looked genuinely happy playing with the other dogs. We're so so glad we went with Karla and will absolutely be using her again for daycare and boarding next time we go out of town. She clearly has a real gift with dogs. We can't recommend her enough!

She's less anxious, more calm and even dealing with other dogs better while out on our walks.

I could be wrong, but it looked to me like the Big Dogs were cavorting on artificial grass... sometimes hot in the summer sun, but both sides had an overhang for shade . LOTS of big dogs. I was told they could have a total of 50 dogs at a time. My dog weighs 10 pounds, I was not able to view that play area through the one small window. I can't imagine leaving my dog someplace where I couldn't see where they would be kept during the day to play, nor were there cameras mentioned do as to watch the dog during the day. I was allowed to see the kennel area, which was appeared aged, dark and smelled heavily of well, dog! They must be doing something right based on the number of dogs! And, to be fair, my neighbor just loves this place. Maybe I missed something. For me, depressing, and dank. Your mileage will hopefully vary.

When I came in, she was just as welcoming in person, which immediately made the experience feel comfortable and positive. The groomer was also incredibly friendly. She took the time to meet Milo, get to know him, and ask me questions before taking him back. Milo can be a little anxious (that's just my boy! ), but she kept me informed throughout the process, which I really appreciated. It helped ease my own anxiety too. Most importantly, Milo was treated so well. He came back looking great, happy, and not scared at all. That says everything to me. I'll definitely be coming back for grooming services. I was a little anxious and forgot to get the groomer's name, but I'm really hoping we get her again next time!

The facility is incredibly clean, well-maintained, and surprisingly odor-free. You can immediately tell that the staff takes great pride in keeping the environment comfortable and sanitary for the dogs. What I love most is the large playground area where the dogs can run around, play, and burn off energy throughout the day. They also separate large dogs from small dogs, which made me feel much more comfortable knowing my dog was playing in a safe environment with dogs of similar size. The staff are friendly, attentive, and clearly passionate about what they do. They genuinely care about the dogs and make sure each one receives plenty of attention and care. The facility itself is very well equipped, with more than 100 rooms. They also have separate isolation rooms in case a dog gets sick, which helps prevent illnesses from spreading to other dogs. I thought that was a huge plus. All new dogs are required to provide vaccination records, and they also do about a 20-minute temperament assessment before joining. Based on each dog's personality, they arrange suitable playgroups instead of just mixing all the dogs together. The staff are also very professional and attentive. They keep daily records of each dog's eating habits and bathroom activity, which really gives owners extra peace of mind. Overall, it feels like a very responsible and well-organized place for dogs.

My puppy is a 5 month old Golden Retriever and he comes home happy and exhausted. I especially love that they have a calendar of events! My puppy got to play with the ball pit and enjoyed his puppy push pop. He got excited right away when he saw we were taking him a second time!! I also appreciate they have cameras that you can access from home so you can watch your fur baby and know they're ok! I do wish the space was a tad bigger or even had an outdoor grass area but it's sufficient for those busy work days to make sure my puppy gets the exercise and socializing he needs! Oh and the treats they sell are my dog's new favorites! Apparently Belmont shore location has a lot more variety but I found enough for me to take home and try out.
