Thanks to the great reviews on Yelp, we decided to stop by C's Waffles on our way to Melbourne. So glad we did!! The food and service were fantastic! Our waitress Colleen was so friendly, helpful and kind. The diner is clean and has that warm feeling. C's is next door to a hotel. So if you are needing a good restaurant near a hotel, this is a perfect spot. We ordered the Golden Waffle O and the Golden Cake Combo. The hash browns and bacon were crispy. The pancakes were so good and fluffy. The waffles were crispy on the outside and fluffy in the middle. No complaints at all. Their prices are reasonable and you get plenty of food. Highly recommend C's!!!

Stopped by for late breakfast. Got a Western Omelet with cheese. Came with home fries and rye toast. Was delicious! Liked the well fried onions, peppers, and mushrooms on top. Will be back!

Excellent food and service. We are from out of town and stopped here after our cruise. This food is better than what we got on our cruise!

If you've never been on an airboat, you have the opportunity to go for a tour of the river and surrounding ecosystem via Twister Airboat Rides. (See info below) Meanwhile, on a hot July day, I opted for the cool indoors and found an open seat at the bar. I ordered the "Gator Basket", which is bite size pieces of gator tail, fried and seasoned in their special seasoning, and served with fries ($15.99). I chose Amberbock for my drink and just a note, they do not sell drafts, only bottles ($4.50). My gator was very good and tasty. The Amberbock was cold and refreshing. Everything was pointing towards a glowing review. Unfortunately my server wasn't very enthusiastic about being there - no greeting, never smiled, seldom checked on me. She may just have been having a bad day, I don't know, but when you're in the service industry business, you need to find a way to make the customer enjoy their experience and want to come back. I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt that this was an anomaly and therefore 4 Stars for an otherwise enjoyable and satisfying experience. I'll be back and suggest you give them a try. I ordered the Americana club sandwich (pictured) and switched out the fries for sweet potato ones - I loved it! It was very delicious and filling. Other people in my party ordered the Americana burger amongst other things not pictured. They all said they enjoyed it. My only note about this place was that when we arrived it was basically empty and even with it being empty, the food took a while to come out - much longer than you'd expect for the restaurant being slow. Other than that the overall experience was good and I do recommend going if you want a tasty sandwich/burger.

From the jump, it became one of my "if we dont know where we want to eat, go here" kind of places. Easy, consistent and delicious every single time. We started with the ahi tuna appetizer. I was apprehensive, a tuna app at a pub? Fresh fruit, ginger, tuna was seasoned well, I couldnt be happier. It was trying a well balanced poke bowl right from the start. The wings. Award winning. I am so picky about wings, so to have a place make them properly brings me to my happy place. The wings cooked well, and the buffalo sauce has a kick like its supposed to. Its been a MUST every visit. I dont even know if they have other flavors. We tried the SPECIALE PIZZETTA, and that now gets ordered every time. This place could legit be a pizza place. In an area where good pizza is hard to find, this is a perfect solution. Now Ive tried a few burgers, every burger has been seasoned perfectly and still juicy despite asking for medium well, its only a matter of what you'd like for a topping. The Village Blues burger may be my favorite so far, its the only one ive had twice. The staff is great with us, they always have new beers to try, and its a why not situation! My only ask at all would be steak frites on the menu, I think that would be made so fire in a spot like this. That said, I came to write this review thinking about them because I might just get dinner there today!

IHOP has been a familiar sight throughout the country and has become a long-standing restaurant. It opened its first location, back when it was called the International House of Pancakes, back in 1958 in a suburb of Los Angeles, California (Toluca Lake, California to be exact). It has since grown to well over a thousand locations, closer to two thousand locations. They have locations in all fifty states of our great nation, two United States territories, and in thirteen countries. This is quite an accomplishment for any business. While there menu is more straightforward and they focus more on consistency than out of this world taste, this location does a good job with bringing the IHOP menu and the taste you are familiar with. The ambiance here is what you would expect from an IHOP. Nothing fancy, but comfortable enough. I think IHOP does breakfast best and what I usually go for. All in all, a good location.

It's been so long since I've been to Jabbers, and even longer still since I reviewed them so an update is certainly warranted. The place is located where it's off our normal beaten path but a close friend reminded us of the place, so off we were to try them again, as if it were the first time. The place hasn't changed much since the last time I was there. Maybe new furniture, maybe new furnishing, but pretty much intact from what I recall. The menus did change as it is very targeted on choices to eat - which I find a good thing. For dinner, around the table, we had two "build your own burgers" and a shrimp and spinach salad. For an appetizer we had their onion petals (which I like better than those massive onions you get at the bigger places. Anyway, all the food was delicious - burgers cooked on point and the salad carried nice large shrimp - all good. We discovered they offer desserts from the local cupcake truck - cakes of all sorts (peanut butter, chocolate, strawberry, raspberry, etc.) that were supremely delicious. If there is a reason to come back it's for their foods and these cakes - phenomenal. Now, the issue with this place is definitely the service. Not to say the servers were lacking - because they were not - they were friendly and courteous. The problem is that they seem to need more of them. I kinda felt bad for the two that were working the room as they had to tag-team and help each other, not to mention how ragged they were running trying to keep up with everything and everyone - which they really couldn't. Again another person on the wait-staff would definitely help. We plan on coming back again, we will do so knowing we will be in for the long haul. If you're not in any terrible hurry, this place is worth the time.
