Two eggs over medium, hash browns, bacon and raison toast. Very good. A charming local place with fantastic food choices.

A very charming local place for great food. Very friendly staff and wonderful selection of food choices.

We arrived early Sunday morning around 6:30, there were a few customers seated already, server directed us to seat ourselves. She came over right away with menus and to take drink order. I saw there was corned beef hash on the menu so I inquired about it, this establishment makes theirs with brisket I like mine made from canned corned beef so I passed. I decided on the half order of biscuits and gravy with hash browns and scrambled eggs, I also had a side of bacon. Food arrived ( it took a bit to get as all orders are made to order) hot and fresh, I thought the gravy needed more pepper but it was made neutral so as to accommodate everyone I suppose ( you can always add seasoning not remove it!) Eggs and hash browns tasted great but were a little greasier than I am used to. Bacon was crispy. Husband also had the biscuit and gravy breakfast and was happy with it. Portions were plentiful and prices were appropriate. I will be adding Broad Street Diner to the breakfast rotation. Dining room was clean, flatware a little flimsy and ambient music on TV's could be replaced with something a little more upbeat.

We have been twice and have really been wanting to like it but the food is lacking. The first time my kids loved the waffles and they were big with nice looking toppings but my hash browns were very greasy and overall the eggs and sausage were lack luster but fine. We tried a second time today ordering the corn beef hash Benedict and crab Benedict. Both came without hollandaise which we had to ask for and the hash browns were under cooked and even greasier than before. The English muffin was not toasted. The hollandaise did taste good, and I enjoyed the crab, but overall nothing was really good enough to come back. Atmosphere was okay. Basic diner. Server was friendly. I had higher hopes. Maybe we will give it one last try down the line and give them more time to sort it out.

I've eaten at a lot of restaurants in my life, but nothing compares to the experience we had. Yes,…read morethe food was phenomenal. Yes, the ambiance was perfect. But let's be honest: this place runs on one thing and one thing only, Josh. From the moment we sat down, Josh didn't just "serve" our table. He orchestrated it. The man moves like a hospitality ninja. Water glasses never dropped below the halfway mark. Empty plates disappeared as if teleported. He anticipated our needs before we even knew we had them. At one point, I casually considered ordering another drink, and somehow Josh was already walking toward the table with it. Telepathy? Probably. When we asked for recommendations, he didn't just list menu items, he delivered a passionate, Oscar-worthy monologue about flavor profiles, textures, and life-changing sauces. We ordered exactly what he suggested, and I'm convinced my taste buds ascended to a higher plane. If Josh told me to try something I've sworn I'd never eat, I'd trust him without hesitation. The food itself? Incredible. Perfectly cooked, beautifully plated, and clearly crafted with care. But somehow it all tasted better because Josh brought it to the table. I'm not saying he seasoned it personally... but I'm also not ruling it out. He handled a packed dining room with the calm confidence of someone who was born for this. Other servers were great but it was hard to notice anyone else while witnessing Josh in his element. It felt less like dinner and more like watching a masterclass in hospitality. By the end of the night, we weren't just satisfied customers, we were Josh fans. If this restaurant has any sense, they'll put his face on the menu, the sign, maybe even the building. Five stars for the food. Five stars for the atmosphere. Ten stars for Josh. We'll absolutely be back, mostly to see Josh.

The waitress recommended the chicken and waffles as they hand bread the chicken breasts and fry them in strips. We sat on the patio which was clean and relaxing and the food gets 100/10 stars. Can I do that? Who cares... I am. Typically, I'm someone who automatically goes for their famous chicken and waffles, but this time around I wanted to switch things up and try something completely different. I opted for the Meat Lovers Scramble Bowl, and made a quick substitution: I swapped out the standard hollandaise sauce for their sausage gravy. It was the absolute right move! The bowl was packed with so much incredible flavor and was super filling. Since I was dining alone, I grabbed a seat at the bar. The staff here was incredibly nice and attentive--more than one person stopped by throughout my meal just to ensure I was taken care of and didn't need a single thing. If you are looking for a fantastic, hearty, home-cooked meal in Daytona, I would definitely recommend checking this place out. I won't wait so long to return next time!

That is exactly what we were looking - something local owned and preferably family owned. When you walk in, you're made to feel like Family, and that is excellent! The food wow the portions are humongous. I have to start with that. You definitely will not leave here hungry! The corn beef was fresh. I wished it had more onion and some bell pepper, but it was still great. I sampled the chicken salad and that was out of this world and the hamburger looked fantastic. As we were leaving, they had just put out muffins and cinnamon rolls. What a tremendous tease! Here it is Passover so I cannot have it and pistachio muffins are my favorite and they looked phenomenal. I was so tempted to break Passover so early for the looks of that muffin, but I knew it was a test that I had to pass. That was not easy!
