    Beyond incredible! From the moment we pulled up, to the moment we left everyone was fantastic! They were accommodating, knowledgeable, and professional. I Will forever recommend Dolan Toyota to everyone that I know after having such a great experience. The finance manager Michael, took such great care of us. He really went above and beyond to help get us the best deal, and made the entire process so easy and comfortable. Upon arrival we were immediately greeted outside by one of the managers. He invited us inside and offered us a couple of water bottles. It was so nice because it was already pretty warm out. We were told that we could help ourselves to anything that we wanted including the unlimited coffee station. They have two separate Keurig machines and about fourteen kinds of coffee to choose from. There's also decaf coffee and then a few types of hot tea and hot chocolate. For those who are purchasing a vehicle you may also help yourself to the food and drink counter. They have a few pre-made sandwiches to choose from, chips and sodas/ energy drinks/ iced tea. Hats are also included. We needed to have our windshield looked at by the service team for a small bubble crack. We were given a complimentary car rental for the time that our car would be serviced and that was amazing. The whole rental experience couldn't have gone better, Rena is exceptional! When we came to return the rental and pick up our car, the service team went above and beyond as well to ensure everything was perfect for us before leaving the dealership. They ended up replacing our windshield completely, free of charge. We couldn't be more grateful for everyone we encountered. Most definitely 10 out of 10! Thank you so much Dolan fam!     We are already loyal Lexus and Toyota owners. Quality/Quantity - Car shopping for my wife. Two years ago, we were shopping for our daughter. Models we looked at today: Rav4 Hybrid. Camry. Atmosphere - Huge dealership. Open 6 days a week from 8:30am to 8pm, closed Sundays. Yelp hours differ slightly. See website for specific department hours. Plenty of customer parking. Service - Consistent and good. Price - Instock models that we looked at ranged from $35k to $45k. Owner Suggestion - Congrats on your 4th generation family and 40+ years of success since 1982! And congrats on your other dealerships: Dolan Lexus, Dolan Mazda, Dolan Kia, Lee Brothers Leasing, Dolan Dodge RAM Fiat, and Dolan Fernley Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM.

    The parking break malfunction that won't leave my dash display screen no matter how many times it's cleared.

    Our family has leased two Tacomas from this dealership, and we've only had them for about 4-5 months. Both trucks are already showing a parking brake malfunction warning that says to visit the dealer. When I called to get this diagnosed, there was absolutely no urgency. The soonest appointment they offered was December 8th -- and both of us rely heavily on our vehicles for work. We were told that if we bring the trucks in, we would be responsible for paying for a rental car on top of our monthly payments. One truck is $800 a month and the other is $1,000. They also mentioned they might need the vehicle for up to a week, which means we would have to pay around $550 for a rental while they handle an issue that is clearly on their end. They're great at getting customers into a vehicle, but not so great with support afterward. For a multi-billion-dollar company, you'd expect more compassion and accountability -- especially for what appears to be a recall-level issue. Customers shouldn't have to spend an extra $550 on a rental while already paying $1,800 total each month for the vehicles we're leasing. Do better, Toyota

    Is there a reason the cost of nothing but an oil change is $81 on my 2006 Toyota when of the 5 other dealerships I've taken my car to over the years has never cost more than $45?

    Since you have an older model, did they put synthetic oil in instead of regular oil? Synthetic oil changes cost more than regular oil changes.

    There's only one word to describe this shop and the people who work there:…read more AWESOME !! Josh was the first employee I dealt with. He was VERY friendly and helpful, and it seemed that he was still in training. But no worries, because Eddie came to assist him and completed my MANY questions about the covers I was interested in. I finally settled on a leather-looking seat covers with tan imitation ostrich panels (side bolsters). Eddie was very thorough about my special order, and he made absolutely sure that the covers would fit BY CALLING the supplier/maker, mainly because these covers were VERY pricey. He told me that they would arrive in a couple of weeks. The covers came about 10 days or so later. Josh set up the appointment and I was on time with my limited production 2025 Toyota GR86 Hakone Edition, 1 of 860 produced in the United States. My car had tan stitching all over her black interior, and I wanted to make sure it would match. Owner Daryl and Eddie quickly and methodically installed the covers while I browsed next door at Sportsman's Warehouse. After about 45 minutes, I decided to go back to Motor Sheep and wait it out. Another 10 minutes go by, and Eddie returns from the back and informs me that my car was done. I go out and take a look at their work. My jaw dropped to the asphalt because (1) I COULD NOT believe how GREAT the covers looked, and (2) the tan panels PERFECTLY matched the tan stitching of the interior. Really, it was as though the car came stock from the factory looking like that !! I know these guys probably struggled to get them on, because the covers were on TIGHTLY, with no visible sags, looseness or flaws. From the time I initially walked in their shop doors, to me driving away sitting on my new covers, I was treated with respect, patience and professionalism. So if you want to protect your investment, and are looking to install some great-looking seat covers, I highly, HIGHLY, suggest you give Motor Sheep a try. (Note: When we bought our minivan 7 years ago, we got seat covers from them as well. They were located near the Meadowood Mall back then, and were treated with the same professionalism. It's refreshingly nice to see that they STILL uphold that standard). THANK YOU MOTOR SHEEP !!!!

    My one regret with my last vehicle was not getting seat covers…read more.. So when we bought my new car the first thing we did was head to Motor Sheep and talk to them about seat covers. The employee was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions, we ordered the covers, they took about 4 weeks to make (which was how long they estimated). Installation took about 2 hours and they did a fantastic job. The employee went above and beyond helping me with the kids car seats, taking them out and putting them back in nice and snug after the seat covers were installed. They even cleaned my seats before installing the seat covers like I'd asked them. Thank you!! Very happy with the fit. They are nice and tight! Worth every Penny and would recommend to anyone wanting seat covers. Thanks Motor Sheep

Summit took my word and sent me a replacement. They also gave me a discount on the gasket as my old one was wrecked in the corse of dealing with the defective valve cover.

It started with a door greeter--clearly physically limited, yet insistent on escorting me to the product instead of just pointing. While I appreciate the effort, that move eliminates any chance I might browse for additional items. I grabbed what I came for and realized I needed one more inexpensive part--about $7. I asked an employee where to find it, and instead of helping, she just pointed to a line of 10 people. So I waited. When I got to the register, the guy behind it was slouched in a chair, resting his head on the counter like he was about to nap. He scanned my product and said it was all set. I asked where to pick it up, and he pointed me to another line--this one about 15 people deep. I waited again. Finally, I got to the front, the guy rang up my items, handed me a bag... and my $7 item wasn't in it. When I asked, he pointed to another line to stand in to get it. So back in line I went--for the third time. Fifteen more minutes pass. One poor guy is pulling orders while three others stand at the register chatting and doing absolutely nothing. When the orders come out, mine is clearly one of them--just a small part. The customer in front of me wants to open his boxes, check fitment, color, function, maybe even alignment with the stars. I politely ask if I can just grab my tiny part and go. The staff says, "No. You must wait." So I did--seven more minutes--because policies apparently matter more than people. This entire system is broken. Unnecessarily complicated, painfully slow, and staffed by people who don't seem to care if you ever come back. Spoiler: I won't. Summit Racing, you've lost a customer. And I honestly have no idea how you're still in business with a setup like this.

I didn't want any special treatment from this business because of my previous Yelp review. So, I waited awhile, then we went back, picked out items, presented them for payment, showed my Veteran's ID, and this time received their advertised Military / Veterans Discount. The measure of good customer service is rectifying issues to the customers satisfaction. Businesses that develop and maintain a customer service mindset are able to learn from mistakes. Off Road Warehouse management acknowledged and accepted their previous mistake and avoided blaming me the customer. It analyzed honestly and objectively what went wrong. It implemented corrective actions. It actively sought to make and keep me and my family members as customers. Staff answered all our questions and provided adequate and alacritous service Selection was adequate for the type of store it is Organized Clean Disabled-friendly Family-friendly No one here offered to commit fraud to reward us, pay us or compensate us for posting 5 star reviews of this business. Blessed are those who provide good customer service. Good customer service, which we got here, is all about bringing customers back. And about sending them away happy - happy enough to pass positive feedback about your business along to others, who may then try the product or service you offer for themselves and in their turn become customers and then repeat customers. I rate 'em 3 stars. According to Yelp ratings' definitions, that's "Ok". That to me is an acceptable rating of something that does day in and day out what it is there to do. It's NOT a negative review because doing day in and day out what it is there to do is NOT an easy thing to accomplish. I added a fourth review star for their finally complying with their boast of having a Military / Veterans Discount. I added the fifth review star because their management provided good customer service when they publicly addressed and corrected the previous issue that led to my first not-so-glowing review. The essence of good customer service is forming a relationship with customers - a relationship that a customer feels that she or he would like to continue. I'll be back. For my Customer Rule is: Always patronize again a business that has treated you okay AND supports Veterans and Active Duty with a publicly disclosed daily Military and Veterans Discount. P.S.     This has become a go-to location for me for certain automotive items, as it is close by to my drive…read moreand I have always experienced delightful service at this location. I have found it to be well-staffed with knowledgeable and polite people, bright, very clean, and with plenty of parts in stock. I have mainly used to buy automotive accessory items, like hand cleaner, which I use to remove the sticky adhesive left by hook grip tape on my thumbs from weightlifting, or a magnetic extension back scratcher. For some reason, I get back itches in difficult-to-reach places, and I keep these squirreled away everywhere, like in my bathroom, gym bag, near my bed, near my computer, etc. I have bought these backscratchers here a lot, so much so that I now see they have like six in stock, when most O'Reilly's have just one or two, lol. That's the thing, you not only can find automotive parts and tools here as expected, but also eclectic accessory items, like the aforementioned back scratchers, USB chargers, keychains, carabiners, even refrigerated drinks. It's fun to shop here. A good thing about this, any O'Reilly Auto Parts is that they offer free electrical testing, like to see the state of your battery and alternator. They also do starters, but those must be off the vehicle for them to test. I have used them in the past to diagnose whether I have a weak battery or my alternator is actually the problem. And they can jump start you, for free, if need be. They can be a little difficult to access if you are traveling south on Longley Lane, as you first need to turn left onto Patriot Way (due to a cement barrier on Longley preventing left turns), then right onto a private plaza roadway. The O'Reilly can be hard to find, as there isn't a large sign on this back road, and it is easy to turn into the businesses beforehand from which you can't access O'Reilly. But this is a small price to pay for going to this wonderful location. I love coming here!
