Arlington in Reno yesterday. After explaining what I was trying to do, she was able to sit down with me, gather the information needed to apply for the loan and I was quickly approved. She was super friendly, very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I was able to reduce my monthly payment and lower the interest rate. SPCU was able to accomplish what I wanted to achieve easily. This was a positive experience for me and I highly recommend SPCU and am considering doing additional business with them in the future.

Well he walks up behind me and says, they have a soft top brand-new Jeep Wrangler sport if you want it. Now my other girl was an automatic hard top. This one was everything I was wanting in my older girl. We decided to look into it. Our salesman was Kenny Rose and he was awesome!! We were able to get a brand new one with the same exact oil special on her. So September we will be taking a trip to Reno for her 1st oil change. The Service advisor we have had for almost 2 years, we will keep for our oil changes. His name is Jared Phearson. I have a speech disability, and he has never had a problem understanding me. A very nice respectful person for sure. If I had 1 critique lol, fix the machines so you can pay with a card for sodas snacks etc. None of them were working, even the one with change was broke. We had been there almost 6 hours, the complimentary snacks they offer had been empty for hours and we had not eaten as we were going to lunch after the oil change. They offer a warranty with their financing which seems pretty good. They promptly fixed the chips in the windshield the day I took the car home, Two days later they covered the battery the car needed for free even though it didn't come covered in the warranty. Automatic payments make it easy for me, I like the overall structure of the plans they have. They have plenty of cars to choose from on their lot though and I found something perfect for me that meets my needs. I have had the car 10 days and so far so good. Solid car, and I have piece of mind with the warranty. The only reason they did not get 5 stars from me is there is really no haggle room with pricing, a little high, and they are ruthless when you try. They have called me a few times to check up on me and see how the car is. customer service is good even after the sale which is amazing. I've always had good interactions, from Nattaly to the rest of the crew there. I worked with their business member services, notary services and personal banking. Almost every interaction has been smooth, mostly because I know what I want then they fulfill the request. lol There was one time I requested monies moved between accounts that wasn't done properly. Not a huge deal. You have the feedback they make it right. All in all, another good visit this week. This is my first review of their location. Horrible experience with One Nevada. I tried multiple times to add my husband as a joint account…read moreholder using the online process but was unsuccessfu. We went into a local branch and told them the issue and was told that it doesn't work online. The employee added my husband to the account and ordered him a chip enabled debit card. Three weeks later his card hasn't been issued to him! Also, my debit card has been declined multiple times despite having sufficient funds in my account and my bills setup for autopay are not going through. This has been the worst experience we've ever had with a bank!
