    This was by the far the easiest car purchase start to finish that I've ever had! Kandace Braaten and Vlad Zvyagin helped us out and treated my family so well. It was a breeze start to finish! Kandace took the time to really get to know and understand our needs, concerns and preferences and went above and beyond. Now we have a great car that we feel safe in and I have the peace of mind knowing we will be taken care of if any issues occur.

    Bought a Certified Pre-Owned RX350 AWD F-Sport. Came around 7:45pm and made the deal around 8:15pm. Everything happened quick and professional. Shout out to Zayden for being patient with all of our questions and various test drive. Happy with the overall service. That's what makes Lexus a Lexus and better than Toyota.

    We are already loyal Lexus and Toyota owners. Quality/Quantity - Car shopping for my wife. Today we looked at the following following cars: Lexus ES 300H. Lexus RX 350H. Lexus NX 350H Atmosphere - Small location for a car dealership. But nice and "upscale" Decent selection; I was able to see the models my wife was interested in. Open 6 days a week from 8:30am to 8pm, closed Sundays. Plenty of guest parking. Service - Good, two sales people helped us. The first person got interrupted with one of his existing customers, so he got another person to help us. Price - The instock models we looked at ranged from $50k to $70k. Owner Suggestion - Congrats on your success since 1982 and since 1992 at this location. Congrats on your 4th generation family and 40+ years of success since 1982! And congrats on your other dealerships: Dolan Toyota, Dolan Mazda, Dolan Kia, Lee Brothers Leasing, Dolan Dodge RAM Fiat, and Dolan Fernley Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM.

    This week I purchased a new 2025 SUV from Dolan Lexus, after a year and half searching for the perfect car, and I can't say enough good things about my experience and my sales expert, Kymberly. She was exceptional during my entire buying process. From the moment I was introduced to her I knew she got me and was a pro at handling my very particular requests. So if you're ever in the market for a new or used Lexus (or anything you see at Dolan Lexus), I can personally recommend Kymberly Platt. She's genuine, honest, and in no way pressures you into purchasing what you don't want or need....that folks is a unicorn! After owning and leasing several Lexus and Toyota vehicles and being a customer of Dolan Lexus for about 20 years, I'm not sure I ever want to own another brand. And I'm so grateful that Julie Tomlinson (who I also highly recommend) in the Service Dept recommended me to to Kymberly, after I expressed my potential interest in buying a another vehicle.

    I went into Lexus with specific priorities and criteria. I had a Lexus to trade in but was looking for something more economical. Due to a series of unfortunate events last year, my credit score took a significant plunge. Kandace, Zach, Vlad, and Andrew listened to my wants and needs and continued to follow and work with me and other lenders to get me the car I wanted for the monthly payment I needed. They went above and beyond with their communication, follow up, restructuring, and time spent with me over several days of in person and call/text. Once we came upon an agreeable vehicle and payment it literally took my an hour and 20 minutes tops to turn in my vehicle and drive away with my new car! I can not thank you enough for your superior customer service, time, and compassion. You have a life long customer! Thank you.

    I made an appointment to get my RX serviced at the 15000 mileage maintenance. It's easy to schedule an appointment online and the next available dates are always within a week. From my previous experience, when I drive up into the service area, a staff member usually comes up to help. However, this time there was no one there and I had to stand around awkwardly until someone came up to me. The advisor was nice and explained some things to me, but said it was going to take a minimum of 2 hours. (I thought it honestly was going to take an hour to hour and a half at most.) I was told there's no loaners for me to use so I waited upstairs in their lounge area to get a drink and wait. But there's no one at the counter. I feel like there should be a full time staff that just works at the counter taking drink orders because when I finally saw someone, they walked away in a hurry like they were very busy. In the company's point of view, it makes sense to save money. But as the customer, I felt very neglected. When my car was finally ready, it took about 2.5 hours. They washed it and everything looks great. Next time, I do wish there the wait was better.

    Five stars for Dolan's commitment to the community. They allow local running organizations like Reno Races and Race178 to host packet pickup in their upstairs area, and it is a treat to walk into their fancy schmancy building. My husband and I don't feel a particular affinity for the Lexus brand, but we absolutely love that on their second floor, they have a rare Lexus LFA (one of 500 made, a V10 supercar with 553 horsepower and 354 foot pounds of torque). The Dolan team does a great job telling their story in placards across their facilities and at the National Automobile Museum, and their billboards around town make me feel warm and fuzzy and #family. Three cheers for businesspeople doing well and doing good for the community.

    I had a Lexus when I moved to Reno in 2021, I had fantastic service on all occasions, the property itself is very beautiful and clean. Unfortunately I haven't had much break on the previous two cars, in fact nothing. Today I stopped by to replace a brake like that got damaged, they had the part the next day and made room in their schedule to install it today. Unfortunately for me, Rob forced into his office to tell me about the deals available on the 2023's, how could I say no? I look forward to working with this outstanding dealership.

It appears the finance paperwork was completed incorrectly, and unfortunately the issue has not been addressed or corrected by the dealership. This has created a significant hardship for us. I am hoping management will finally respond so the payoff can be sent and this situation resolved immediately. I have worked in an automotive setting for over 30 years and I have never seen this kind of incompetence. Someone needs to call me back so I can get this resolved. I wouldn't recommend Russ to my worst enemy for a vehicle. I can't believe we gave our business to him. Edit - still no response from this business to correct this issue for us. Is there an owner or manager that can contact me? I guess you just care about a sale and not your customers after the sale. What a way to do business.

This summer, I had my leaky broken skylight pulled out & replaced with a much better one. Then, my CO2 detector went dead & they were able to squeeze me in & get that done ASAP. My only regret is I that I didn't originally buy my camper from them. I purchased it at Blue Compass RV in Avondale, AZ. I didn't get anything in writing; I just took his word for it. I wasn't totally sure what to expect, but Hunter followed through on everything they said they would do, and then some. They really went above and beyond, fixed the issues, and clearly care about their customers and their reputation.     A friend expressed an interest in purchasing my daily driver and there was a need for me to look…read morefor a replacement. For some time, I had my eyes set on a low mileage Audi A4. I thought to myself, "If I am going to commute from Fernley to North Valley Reno, I might as well do it in style." I sold my vehicle to my friend at the end of the work week and it was off to CarZone. I met with Zack and I was told that the Audi had a bad coil pack and that it was no no condition to be sold to a customer and that there are other options that could fit my needs as a daily driver. I saw a Subaru Outback. It had low miles for its age but there was one demerit that kept me from selecting it: the alarm would activate if you used the key to unlock the door. Other options were explored. I decided to go with a Hyundai Tucson with low miles and AWD. This car is going to get the brunt of the winter commute so AWD is mandatory for me. I did a visual inspection and a test drive. I decided to go forward with making the purchase. Zack was very accommodating and worked with me to get the car financed. This is my first vehicle purchase as a Nevadan and I am satisfied with the car and how Zack took care of me. For car dealers, I also like supporting local dealerships just as much as local restaurants, donut shops, and hardware stores. Thanks Zack and team CarZone. I will be back when I am in the market!
