Honest review after a lengthy process. My initial view was based on my sales experience. However, unfortunately it went downhill from there. My car experienced pretty immediate engine failure. I went back and forth with the dealership. I received initial responses such as "your warranty will cover it" etc. Unfortunately, I was without a car for months with no end in sight. The dealership couldn't get the parts. At that time, Enterprise stepped back in and took the car back. So for that, I maintain my 5 stars because they recognized the issue and made it right. read more

I don't even know where to start with this review.... Stay away from the Enterprise on Mill Street car sales. I went to the lot and heard wonderful things about them. Yes the cars are pretty much retired rentals but the maintenance should be top notch. I thought purchasing from them would be a good thing, and a trustworthy thing. I have always rented my cars from them, never again. Don't be fooled by it they don't do shit to the vehicles prior to selling them. They do not do any maintenance to the cars at the correct miles things should be done. No tires are replaced, missing clamps, pulled front bumper, fluids bone dry, no floor mats, and not even a full tank of gas in the car. Yet you leave the lot a car that can seize up and ruin a engine. How is that good customer service? They are not willing to do anything to the cars, not one thing to please a customer or ensure them that it will not be a problem. They just want $$$$ and you to be stuck with a shit car. Ya, they have a 7 day return policy which is a total red flag. When you return it to them they attempt to charge you 200.00. If a customer has to return a car it is for a good reason. Why after you do a loan would you have to pay to return it? Completely disgusted with the team (Corey Amos), an management (Carlos J) when it comes to good customer service. What kind of manager is Carlos? What do his team even now about selling cars? The audacity he had to sell us a crap car. We had to back the next day to get our money back, then they were eager to fix it. Even so desperate to attempt to offer us another car... Come on seriously a non maintained vehicle and I am supposed to feel good about getting into another car? Extremely disappointed and beyond words to express how shitty that office is to customers. They have these so called accounts with Tires Plus and Pep Boys for all services. Wondering how many times they actually take cars there. read more

Dottie helped me find a car and she listened to what I wanted and gave me options from the cars they had available that were actually what I was looking for. Hands down, both experiences were the BEST car-buying experiences. They say "no haggle," and really what that means is "no hassle!" We would go in to see what new one's they had on the lot since we were not really sure which type we wanted. We even took one test drive but wanted to think about it. Had a reservation for an all wheel drive car. Got to the mill street location and was informed that their full sized vehicles are not all wheel drive. In order to get this we had to pay $130 more. There was no willingness to budge and minimal understanding of the situation. Our reservation was not honored and it was extremely poor customer service!!!! Very disappointed Update: We contacted Enterprise twice after the weekend of our trip. We were told, each time, that someone would get in touch with us within 24 hours. The second time, we were told it would be escalated to a manager. We NEVER were contacted after these calls. This is an APPALLING business practice. read more

At enterprise my car was under budget! It was CHEAPER AND NEWER, had LESS MILES than the competitors! I purchased my second vehicle here at enterprise, it was so simple and a great experience. I went in looking for a particular car, no where in Reno had it! (Ford Fusion hybrid) After calling at least 7 different dealerships I decided to ask enterprise if they had the car I wanted, and sure enough they had about 6-8 of them on the website. I lucked out when there was a Ford Fusion hybrid that just went on the market at the Las Vegas location. I got lucky when they were able to put a hold on the car as 6 people tried to buy it before I picked it up, I was never worried they would sell it to someone else because their customer service is excellent. Garret and Sharon made sure that the car would be in Reno within 48 hours (I was on a time crunch) and even offered to cover the extra days I needed on my rental for me since I was waiting for my car to come in!!! We were able to do the financing quickly and before my car came to Reno, so when the day came I only had to sign and pick up my new car. :) They don't jerk you around to a million different lien holders, where the numbers are always changing and your credit gets ran dozens of times. The sales manager Sharon made sure that I understood everything that was happening, and even explained some things that I didn't quite get when I bought my first car at 18. She is so kind and friendly I recommend everyone comes here to look at cars. She made me feel so comfortable and welcome, just a charm to speak with. Garrett is close in age to myself (early twenties) but was very knowledgeable about each car he showed me and had a lot of great recommendations. Also very easy to talk to and personable. He made sure to keep me in the loop at all times, and even helped me air drop documents to his iPhone to speed up the financing process when I had poor cell phone service. Seems like a small gesture but I appreciate the compromise. (Resourceful!) I had a good experience buying form Enterprise. I knew going in I would not be able to negotiate price and I didn't really like that. I knew I would pay blue book resale. I needed a car and had been told by others that buying from the rental car company is a good way to go if you're not buying new. It was. I worked with Sean and Sharon and they were both very professional. Sean kept his word on a couple of things that had to be done after I drive the car off the lot. There have been a couple of issues that needed to be addressed including replacing a windshield. They have taken care of everything without argument in a timely and professional manner. Adam did a great job helping us select a vehicle from Enterprise. We were looking for a van. The 3 brands we wanted to look at were a Chrysler, Toyota, and Dodge Caravan. Adam had all but the Chrysler in stock. He made arrangements with the airport branch of Enterprise to borrow a Chrysler so that we could test drive it. We loved the Chrysler and he was able to request is from Las Vegas and we drove off the lot with a used 2014 Chrysler Town and Country a few days later. If i could give negative stars I would... This Reno Mill st location.. The Sparks location.. Are a disgrace to the community and to the company as a whole. The lack of customer service skills, the lack of knowledge and the lack of professionalism is appalling. They ran and declined all of our bank cards. They only do chip. Only chipped cards because of fraudulent past rentals. Well those bad rentals were not us. We read and followed t b e guidelines off of their website. With that being said that means The online information is not accurate. If you are not a person with a credit card you are nothing to this company. I throw middle fingers up to all the staff members.. Thanks for discrediting disrespecting belittling your fellow man and his family. We went to Enterprise looking for a clean, used Nissan. We test drove 2 different models and settled on a 2018 Sentra. The vehicles were clean and the no-haggle pricing made it easy. There are several different extended service plans that can be purchased, but there was no pressure to buy them. An added bonus was getting Kelly Blue Book value for our trade in. We also noticed that there were fewer add-on fees (unlike most dealerships). Kira was great at assisting us on the lot, and Sharon made the paperwork simple. We went home to get the car and title.
