Above else this is the second time where I came in for a simple maintenance and it wound up costing me an arm and a leg. We were originally accepted for a loan we were happy with but when we went to sign the paperwork with our finance guy Zac Barrett he went above and beyond to help us get the best deal we could. If I could give Toyota a zero star rating, I absolutely would. I am sick and tired of their service and I will never take my car to them again if I have the ability to avoid it. My family and I bought a Toyota matrix in 2004, brand spanking new and it's always been fairly loud when driving, my parents took it in 4 different times and what did they tell them? "Oh that's just how the car sounds". Once I took it to two independent service places i was told it was the bearings and that none of them were EVER properly oiled or installed correctly... 12 years and their techs are that inept at their own jobs. My current issue is that back in April, I had to take my car in for a few recalls, during my exit when I picked up my paperwork I was told that they had removed my dash and messed with the wires, steering column, and everything else while installing the recalls. Recently I was made aware that my taillights were not working; the brake lights, flashers, hazards and everything else work though. I never drive at night and only became aware because of the changing seasons, so I called and made an appointment to have it looked at, and that's where my latest debacle began. For one it took a week and a half to get that appointment (Even though this is obviously a serious issue and I told them I drive to work early in the morning, people need to be able to see me), second I couldn't get a promise that, even though it was more than likely their fault, that I would not be charged for a "diagnostic test". I had made sure to have no recent work done other than a serpentine belt I fixed earlier this week and I was aware of this issue for at least a month. So when I went in today I spoke with the manager Matt who swore up and down none of the recalls touched my steering column or my wires (but I have it on paper as well as the verbal statement I was given by the tech when I left in April) and whenever I would ask him a question, or make a statement he would not answer me, he would look straight at, and answer my boyfriend. I am the owner and care person of this car and my boyfriend has nothing to do with any of it so I ABSOLUTELY do not appreciate the presumption that my boyfriend needs to sign off on what I am saying when I am the one who makes the decisions about my transportation. Lastly I was told that if they ran a diagnostic and they didn't find fault with themselves I would be charged their fee off $99.95. This is the last and final time I will let Toyota treat me like "some dumb girl". Your customer service from your higher ups is terrible and your techs are below subpar at best. If it wasn't for your car sales you'd go out of business, I will NEVER set foot into your business again and will do all future car shopping at a different dealership. I have already started looking around and finding amazing, local repair people to work with in order to fix all of the damage from the neglect your company has provided myself and my family over the years. So we took our 4runner to have them look at the drivers side window which was making a popping noise when we rolled down the window. They explained to us that it was not a mechanical problem and that the door had been opened to far. We have done nothing but get in and out of the car and they told us that it was our fault and they would not honor the warranty because thats not a "mechanical" problem! If the window falls apart from getting in and out of the car is not mechanical,then maybe I don't understand. I always thought if parts stop working that's mechanical!!! I also drive a limited edition tundra and we usually get our trucks serviced in the bay and have always had excellent service at the dealerships. Dolan toyota sold me a service contract refund agreement on my new 2008 tundra. It expired 10/17/2015 never being uses. Dolan toyota told me to come in after it expired and they would fill out the papers for my refund of $3500.00. Never having needed this or using it I went to Dolan toyota with all my papers from them from 2008. Dolan toyota said no to my $3500.00, they had a 3ed party in this that was long gone and had also took them. This is not my problem. Dolan took my money. They offered me $1500.00 in maintenance work at there location. That's not good enough, Dolan says they back up everything. Senor citizens beware, how many more of you got took, they sure lied to me, took my $3500.00. I have all my papers to back up what I said. I have been having issues with my car and can't pinpoint exactly what it is so I made an appointment with Dolan Toyota to have them run a full diagnostic on it which should only take about an hour, maybe two. I showed up about five minutes before my scheduled time and every one was nice, they took the car in, and the service agent for me told me it would take about an hour and they would call when they were done. So we took off to grab some lunch. About an hour and a half later I still had not heard anything from them and tried calling to see where they were at with my car. According to the lady the service agent had just walked away and she left a message for him to call me back. Waited over an hour again for a call, nothing. So we went back to the dealership to see if we could track down our agent to talk to him and he was nowhere to be found. We found another agent and spoke with him and he was great. Very friendly and tried to help as best he could. He went and checked on our car and gave us an update. The update was that they hadn't even started on my car yet (this was three hours after the scheduled appointment time)...I was a little annoyed to say the least. I asked him about scheduling an appointment and what good that was if they hadn't even plugged my car into the computer yet and according to him, the appointment time only guarantees that your car will be done by the end of the day. It does not mean that your car will get worked on at that time. REALLY!?!?!?!? So we decided to sit in the dealership and wait. The agent turned up and would walk right by us without acknowledging us. Not even an apology for not calling us back. The other agent we tracked down would check on us every so often and make sure we were ok since I'm sure he knew we were beyond angry at that point. When our actual agent finally came over (another hour) and started giving us updates on our car, there was no apology for not getting back to us or anything. We finally started getting semi regular updates after that point and ended up with a conclusion that the car is not throwing any codes so it should be fine (which it actually is throwing codes, we just needed them to pinpoint where the codes are being thrown)...and to fix whatever problem it is we are just going to have to systematically do it by just replacing everything. That was a waste of 6 1/2 hours. The upside, since the agent told me it would only be an hour he ended up only charging me for an hour of time which was very much appreciated. Here is where I am extremely annoyed. Always make sure you check your car before you leave the dealership. I did not because I was irate by the time I got my car back I just wanted out of there. They damaged my car for the time they had it. They left my car on the entire time it was there with the headlights on even when they weren't working on it. I know this because one of my brand new headlight fixtures was melted which definitely wasn't before I went in to the dealership. They also broke a fuse bracket under my hood. It's over $200 worth of damage because lucky for me the headlight fixture I have on my car cannot be bought individually. I have to buy the pair. I have waited about two weeks to write this review because I have left a couple of messages to speak with a manager and was hoping I would get a call back. I have called in as well as doing it through their online contact tool. I have not heard a word. I definitely will not be going back to them and will make the trip to Carson if I need anything from Toyota again. read more

They are not really interested in listening to anything you have to say. I found a car, offered a price, and asked yes or no. It took three different people and 30 minutes before I finally just walked out. I told the salesperson what the max I was willing to pay on the car was, he checks with his boss, comes back with the nothing close to what I offered. I told them I was not interested in how much they thought the car was worth, and the price I told him was what I was willing to pay. If they didn't like it they don't have to sell the car! Don't tell me you're going to go try and get your boss to that price, and then come back and act as if there was no mention of that price at all! They told me they are willing to work with me on the price, but they didn't drop a penny from the sticker price through the entire ordeal! That doesn't sound like working on the price to me. I prefer places to conduct business in a more straight forward manner, and this dealership did anything but that! Sadly I am here to update my review from 5 star down to 1 star! We have been their customers for nearly 10 years and have had great experiences from sales and service in the past . Today was the first time we had really bad worse service!!! My husband went to just get oil Change service and waited for almost 2 hours. Since from the past we know the average wait were always only around 1 hour, he made plan to do something else after that. After almost an hour and half waited, he had to went to check with them. The service person went on break and a deferent guy who answered him was very unprofessional and seems so annoyed! not to mention that the person who helped him at the beginning was also not nice at all. I understand that they were maybe busy today so it took much longer than normal, but they should at least have good attitude to talk to make your customers fell better. If you check my old review then you will know I am a very fair reviewer and how much I loved their service. We both miss the other service people who seems like only help other type of service but oil change. I hope their management do something about it. Now I understand why they have such bad rate on yelp. Maybe I just got enough luck in the past . I bought my first car at Toyota & it was a Corolla & I loved it. I always wanted a Scion FR-S & after 2 years w/ my Corolla I decided to trade it in. The trade went smooth & I got the deal I wanted. I have had my Scion FR-S for a year & a half now & I have already used up my 2 year maintenance or whatever it is. I don't like that the Scion FR-S gets an oil change every 7,500 miles, I think that's too long to wait for an oil change. Anyways, I went in for my last oil change & it went smoothly. I washed my engine a week after the oil change & noticed that the coolant was almost empty. So, that would mean that Toyota didn't top off my fluids like they said they did. I called them & they said to come in & they would top off my fluid again. I went in the same day I had called services & a guy greeted me as soon as I pulled up. I told him what happened & he said they would take care of it. Great. It took less than 5 minutes & I got my car back. I drove to work & decided to check my coolant to see if it was full & to my surprise, it wasn't!! They had only filled it up almost half way, now that doesn't seem "topped off" to me. I would assume that they didn't "top off" any of my other fluid either. & who knows if they really even change your oil or the filter. I would rather spend my money for my other oil changes at another place that would do it right, instead of Toyota. Maybe the Carson Toyota.. I found a vehicle online and was very interested, to a point where I made a deposit of $500 to hold the vehicle since I had to drive 4 hours to get there (from San Francisco). After taking my Payment over the phone, the manager calls me that afternoon saying that they had another deposit on file before mine so that buyer gets the first shot at buying it, Really? What happen to doing your due diligence before taking a deposit!!!! Well, nothing I could do but just get my deposit back. Here's the funny part - they call me back the next day around 5pm that the truck is now back available. Originally they were suppose to call me at 10am to let me know. What part of "4 hours of drive time" did they not get? (Yes, they knew I was driving from SF). Dolan Toyota is a terrible dealership. I would never recommend them to anyone. My first experience was not as bad as my second. My first purchase was made based on unethical business practices, having a co-signer with impeccable credit made me a target for a profitable sale. Upon returning, wishing to have a smaller vehicle, they wanted to immediately run my credit. I said not yet and was informed I would need to put $7000 cash down and there is nothing they could do to change that. The sales manager proceeded to insult my intelligence and offer me unacceptable options; $5000 down is the only room to adjust, nothing more. I was told Dolan was a "transparent" dealership but when asking them to view a breakdown of vehicle cost and investment they told me that was "their information" this was George one of the sales managers. Also Steve Harris informed me the vehicle I was looking at a 2010 Lexus HS, had at least $2000 put into in in the shop because old vehicles need much more mechanical work. All around Dolan Toyota is not a place I would ever set foot into again. read more

I have been to this dealership mechanic several times and each time has not been the best experience but silly me I have a Prius and have always taken it to the dealer no matter where I live and have rarely had issues. Here though I have had problems getting appts., problems having them fix the issue, problems getting respect and most recently I ended up having my front brake pads replaced though neither my husband nor I gave them explicit permission to do the job and $400 later (way over priced forservice received) ended up in Sierraville, CA with no brake fluid and NO BRAKES. The mechanic had forgotten to close the brake fluid line I had to have my car towed and re-serviced and got a hand shake and very unsincere apology from the general service manager. Had I taken a different trip that weekend and gone over a steeper pass I could have been in seriously injured. Talk about quality assurance. A tow truck ride and a ruined weekend later I received a $200 credit to use though I am not sure I ever want to take my car back. Never, ever trust these guys with your car and your safety. read more

These guys are liars and thieves. A year ago we bought a 2011 Tacoma (all cash). We brought it back a week later because the steering column squeeked when turning the wheel. The service department said they replaced the steering column and it didin't squeek anymore for several months. Then the power steering started to go out. We finally brought it to a real service center who informed us that the power steering fluid had never been flushed during the life of the vehicle, and the power steering rack and pump had to be replaced as a result. If Dolan Toyota had really replaced the column they would have noticed the damaged rack and pump. The repairs cost $2300 because of the deceitful business practices of Dolan Toyota. Two words of advice for anyone considering doing business with these money grabbing low-lifes. Run away. read more

That being said, I probably encountered, the most rude person ever at the Car Rental counter. Her name is Tania Mendoza. I've been going to One Toyota Oakland for 16 years, ever since I bought this great Camry. What a great place! The disrespect I encountered today was beyond reproach. This person should never be allowed to deal with the public and should be terminated. The Service Advisor was somewhat dismissive while I was there to pick up the car which I now know was a charge. I was given a rav4. What a piece of shit! They didn't bother to ask me what I might feel comfortable with. I'll will never go back to Dolan Toyota, I'll drive to Carson City or Sparks. It's been 3 weeks or so since I tried to purchase a car at Dolan Toyota and since then they have made everything hell. They call us a week before our car payment that we need to return the car after I was constantly calling them to figure out what bank we had and yet we never got a call back after we were told we were multiple times, they promised us so many things that when it came to returning the car and getting our old one back the stupid ass general manager comes out and says "oh sorry I honestly thought what I had promised you was okay until I was told it was illegal." Like wtf what kind of manager is that? After the horrible process they made us go through they gave us a rental which we had to return with a tank full of gas, and what's worse is that they told us our down payment we gave was going to be mailed last week which it never was. Same car dealership BS. I went in to this dealership to look at possibly buying a tundra and ended up gravitating towards a Tacoma instead. The negotiation techniques used by the "no commission" sales people were trying to say the least. Eventually we settled on a deal with a trade in on my previous car. I had no real choice since they took my keys to assess my trade in car and did not give them back for the entire time we needed to make the deal. Walking out would have been much more difficult. Don't get me wrong, I would have gotten the keys back and walked out if I didn't think what was going on was reasonable, but It is just a subtle technique used to slow you down that I consider excessive. So after we settled the negotiating we moved in to finance. I would not let them run my credit prior to the deal being made because I did not want a hard inquiry if I was not certain I was going to purchase a car. The sales guy insisted it was a "soft pull" and would not hurt my credit, but anyone with half a brain knows that is absolute BS... He laughed and said "wow you are smart" when I challenged him on his BS about the "soft inquiry". So after the agreement in price and trade in were reached, we proceeded to finance where we pulled my credit. A decent interest rate was presented so I agreed to the deal. While signing paperwork I notice that they were using a sales tax credit on my previous vehicle to offset the trade in. I didn't really understand this and the explanation I got was not at all the honest truth. After purchasing the car I now know that what they did was give me the money towards trade at the agreed value and took my substantial tax rebate on my previous car (a 2015 Subaru). What ethical dealers are supposed to do is give you the agreed upon amount for your trade and let you have you tax rebate towards the sales tax on the new vehicle. They also charged me tax based on the MSRP and not the sale price. Sounds like from reading the previous posts this is common for them. Regardless of legality, it is unethical and reminds me of stories from the early 80's era used car lots. I would suggest going elsewhere. read more

I didn't buy our car here but I do get it serviced here because I live in Reno. I'm going to start taking it down to Carson from now on. The service dept is a cluster f* and now they have removed the service counter and they use these strange little offices. Problem is that you don't know who to go ask for help when you arrive and they don't exactly come running out. Service is slow and they are way unorganized. They have signs up asking people to rate them on Yelp.....which is a ballsy move considering their average Yelp rating. They do have free wifi and ok waiting area, but that doesn't really make up for their complete lack of awesome everywhere else. On the plus side, you can use the free wifi to post reviews on Yelp. read more

Worst possible experience. No commissions? Maybe for the "greeter" who you initially meet. Or maybe it is just a matter of semantics. Our experience was deplorable! Test drove a Tacoma truck and indicated to the "greeter" we would be driving several vehicles. On Thursday, made a decision to return to Toyota on Saturday to purchase said truck. Called and told the initial "greeter" sales person we would be at the dealership at 1 p.m. Saturday and we wanted to wrap things up quickly. We had other things to do that day. Please have everything in order for us. Had requested several times; payment options, interest rates, etc. None were forthcoming. Initial greeter person no where to be seen when we arrive but another salesman snags us saying he is Ben's "good friend". We ask for Ben, no response. I track Ben down at some point during the ghastly 2.5+ hour ordeal and request payment options and interest rates AGAIN. He disappears and never once looked our way after that. It was like we had the plague. Clearly we had been passed to the "closer". Where we sit and haggle over interest rates, payments, etc. (we were putting sizable money down - no trade) This should have been the ideal deal for them. Bottom line: My future purchases: I'm going back to Subaru where I can 1)make the deal via internet 2) walk in, sign papers 3) be out of the dealership in 10 glorious minutes. I suggest anyone reading this, do the same! Or try Toyota Vallejo - good guys there. read more

DO NOT BUY FROM RENO TOYOTA! Sales people are not very knowledgeable. I wanted to make sure it's the right car for my needs and of course I had few questions I mind. The answers I got from this idiot was " I don't know uhmm do you want to drive it first?" Just one question after the other all got I got from him was like "Good question, I don't know I will find out later when we get inside"??? Then he asked for some help with a "Senior Salesman" and the answer I got from this guy? Same answer! Freaking idiots. I bought three cars from Reno Toyota years ago. I had this Asian salesman who answered all my questions, even gave me a follow up call every year checking if everything is ok with the car I purchased. He even schedule me for my oil change, total customer service. In return, I came back and bought two more cars from him for my wife and my daughter. During this wash my weatherstripping on the roof was torn off..so when my car was returned to me the weatherstripping was dangling off the side. The manager stated he would fix this issue and call me when the parts where in. Never heard from him. This was about two months ago. I know my car is older but if you damage someone's automobile it needs to be taken care of. Probably won't go back to Dolan I realize mistakes happen but the follow through was not there read more

This was my second experience ever purchasing and financing a vehicle. My very first car I bought was from a different place in town years ago and was everything horrible that you could imagine from a stereotypical used car salesman scenario. So I was very pleasantly surprised by the hospitality and integrity of the team at Dolan Toyota that helped me with the purchase of my new-to-me 4runner. I filled out an online inquiry through carfinder and was shortly emailed by one of the internet sales people, and set up an appointment to come in and see the vehicle I was interested it. The young man who helped me, Nigel, was very helpful and entertaining as he walked me through the the experience. Nigel and his sales manager Aaron were both very welcoming and worked with my erratic schedule, I ended up having to go in and out for a couple days as I had time in between my work schedule. When it came time for the purchase negotiations they laid out all the numbers in a very clear and transparent way so that I was fully able to understand exactly what I would be paying for and why. This was amazing to me, there was none of that slimy used car salesman nonsense where they bicker with you then pretend to go back to ask their manager for a better deal for you. I then went to the finance department and talked to Zac who helped to answer all my questions and get the best rate for me (which can be difficult since I am self employed and only have an average credit rating). In the end we worked out a reasonable number for my budget, and I am especially confident with the extended warranty option I went with. The girls that tried to teach me how to use all the gadgets in my new car were lovely (Ali and Alexia). They were very helpful and very knowledgable, I just am technologically impaired, so I will have to fiddle with it some on my own and see if I can figure it out. But they did assure me that I can always come back and ask more questions later. read more

This is the last straw for me. I am NEVER going back to Dolan Toyota to get my vehicle serviced. I have a 2012 highlander and the bolt that connects to the automatic lift gate had come unscrewed. I believe it's faulty but they told me it had to be "yanked" to the side for it to come unscrewed like that, so therefore it is not covered by warranty. I was asked to bring it in for inspection and hopefully they can "tap" it and maybe that'll do. $69 and 2 hours later, they tell me nothing can be done as it is too damaged to be fixed and that I should take it to a body shop. $69 and 2 hours to figure that out?! I'm not a technician but I probably could've looked at that and made that conclusion myself. The icing on the cake was Ryan telling me one thing, BJ another thing. It's not Ryan's fault by any means but if they can't get they're act together, then this isn't really a dealership I'd like to deal with any longer. The goal today was to get it fixed. My husband and I were in the market for a new vehicle when we heard about the great safety rating of the Toyota Highlander. Steve was our salesman and took us out to test drive the Highlander as well as the RAV4. Steve was very knowledgeable and helpful with our questions regarding the two different vehicles and the difference between the gas and hybrid. My husband reminded me before we started looking he would rather have a root canal than go through the process of buying a car but this time was different. Steve was wonderful to work with, the buying process was simple with upfront discount from Costco so no back and forth with pricing! Zac was our finance guy and also made the purchase simple, fast and easy to understand. Alexis helped get us familiar with how the car worked and explained every button and knob so we weren't left to our own defenses...this was by far the best experience we have ever had purchasing a car and we absolutely love our new Highlander and all the bells and whistles that go along with it! Just a word of caution -- I was sold an extended warranty by Reno Toyota employees on the promise of a refund if it wasn't used within the term of the warranty. By the end of the term, the company servicing the refund agreement had gone out of business and the dealership's position is that there's nothing they could do about it. Bottom line is that apparently Reno Toyota does business with unreliable third parties, so be wary of anything their salespeople try to pitch you on. read more

I can't tell you how many times I have headed to a dealer or mechanic for them to attempt to talk me into something else, BUT that was not the case here. About a month ago my check engine light came on my 2005 Matrix and I was super worried that it would be something that would cost an arm at minimum and when I took it to a mechanic relative they stated that it would cost me upwards of what the car was worth, but he mentioned that the part may have been recalled. After doing some research sure enough it was therefore I called and scheduled an appointment, and the scheduling person (my apologies as I forgot his name) was super nice and knew exactly what I was talking about when I mentioned my car. When I got it I was unsure as to where to go, but the service specialist there, Bryan Bough, came up to me and got the ball rolling on everything, then made sure I sighed up for the shuttle. He kept me in the loop the whole time and when everything was said and done my car was fixed by Mechanic Corey Pagano, whom did a absolutely Steller job. I am writing this review because I had a horrible service experience with Dolan Toyota Service. We worked with Tevin Wright and Lucas (Service Manager). I was met with 3 different "service consultants" before being told I was given Tevin Wright who would be my service consultant. I am not sure why the shuffle of folks and when asked, I was told the were "giving me a more experience consultant". Hmmm, for a radio issue? That was the first red flag. Then I was told it would take hours to do the diagnostic test, even though I had a scheduled appointment. In order to accommodate my schedule of working mom and unless I wanted to wait in the waiting area for 4-6 hours, I needed to rent a car on my own dime. I did so and we arranged that I would hear from the service consultant once the diagnostic test was complete. Around 3pm of that same day (appointment was at 10) I received a call from Tevin who told me the antenna was broken but in the examination of the car, an engine oil leak was discovered. I said we had not seen any oil leaks but please explain further. Long story short, the estimate to fix the "unknown" oil leak, which Tevin so dramatically explained, could ultimately cause engine failure, was approximately $2,000+. I indicated I'd like to think about this and I'd call him back. Hubby was out of town on business so once I reached out to him, I asked that he connect with Tevin to determine extent of issue in addition to the radio antenna. Hubby expressed concern that this could be an embellished problem. I called Tevin back and what turned into an atenna problem, now became an engine oil leak and since I did give the go ahead to proceed with fixing, I realize the mistake was on me. That said, when I went to pick up the car 2 days later, the bill was nearly $3800. I asked to speak with Tevin and then ultimately Lucas who assured me I was not being taken advantage but unless I paid the bill in full, they would not release my car. I countered that that the bill as at least $700-800 more than the high estimate Tevin assured me 2 days ago. Lucas just stared at me blankly and said I must have mis-understood! Umm, not so much. After much back and forth, and because I had my 10 year old there with me and needed to get my car, we agreed to meet in the middle on the difference so I could get my car but that Lucas would go to IT who "records every Service Call" for these very reasons and recover the conversation to determine if I was indeed quoted a different amount. Lucas assured me on the first business day back, he would look into it a call me. At 2pm the following business day I had not heard from him or Tevin so I called. I got a "we are still looking into it, call back" response. I called again the next day and Tevin told me that only "inbound" service calls were recorded and they could not locate our call since it was an outbound call. Such crap and a different story from what Lucas assured over the weekend. I called a 3rd time for Lucas and STILL did not get him, I was told he was in a meeting. I will NEVER EVER recommend Dolan Toyota or Dolan Service to anyone. It was a completes swindle. WORST Experience I've ever had with a car dealership service department. Tevin and Lucas are why people don't like dealing with dealership service departments. read more

Went in for my scheduled maintenance today on my 2015 Camry. My appt was at 1:30. Soon after I was greeted by Shawn Beaman. I explained to Shawn I had previous long wait times and I was hoping to get out as quick as possible because I still had a lot of things to do before my upcoming trip to L.A. Shawn was great! He said I'd be out of the shop as soon as possible and also asked me if I wanted my car washed. Heck yeah I did! So I ventured over to the parts dept to find out the status of my dash for my 4 Runner which was ordered quite a while ago. Still on back order. So while I was waiting for my Camry, Shawn found me waiting in the waiting area and told me I had a nail in my tire which they were going to fix, but he wanted to keep me apprised of the situation and that it would be a little longer. Shawn was hands down the best service writer (sorry Shawn if that's not your title) I have encountered during my few times I visited Dolan Toyota service department. So glad they found the nail before my long trip! Thanks Shawn for a speedy service. Your customer service skills are awesome and you have a great personality. So for quite a while my wife and I had discussed this possibility. The possibility of making it an amazing Christmas for someone else... after doing a bit of research, I decided to press that button online that said "request a quote" I'll tell you it wasn't an hour later that I got an email, and a text asking how I would like to proceed with communication. I chose text because, why not? text is easy and I severely despise hanging out at car dealerships. We were wheeling and dealing from that moment. First it was Briana who was helping me via text. Of course they wanted me to come in and look at a vehicle... nope, I don't want to see it I just want a new vehicle at a good price. I finally revealed that this was a gift for our Aunt who is responsible for 6 children that were taken away from their parents. We want her to have a reliable vehicle. I explained that I did not want to drive the vehicle nor did I need a specific color, we just wanted a new vehicle and since this would be our 4th vehicle purchased from Toyota, we knew we would be treated right and also that the car would actually be a solid purchase. Once they finalized the numbers, it all looked good... mind you, I have not stepped foot inside the dealership at this point. Next was a call from Beth Pollard. Gave her some info for credit checks and we were off to the races, so to speak. When it was all said and done, I was ready to enter into the dreaded dealership, hahahaha. When we walked through the door it was like everyone knew that we were purchasing a car as a gift for someone very special... kinda felt like Oprah. I was in and out in 45 minutes because I stressed that I wanted to be in and out within 45 minutes. The entire team... Sahara, Beth's assistant, Richard in Finance and Even Tyler who only came over to shake my hand and let me know that I could call him for anything... was coordinated to make this transaction super smooth.... I mean clockwork smooth. They even let us borrow one of those enormous Christmas Car Red Bows to put on it for my Aunt. I'm telling you right now... there's no one that hates car dealerships more than this guy writing this review. This was by far one of my best experiences buying a car. They made us feel like friends. They even wanted us to come back and show them the video of our Aunt being surprised by her new car for Christmas... I wish I could attach it here but it has some pretty significant language, hahahaha. Anyway, i could go on and on about how awesome this was. Not only was it one of our best Christmases, Dolan Toyota was one of the factors that made it outstanding. There was literally no stress in this deal at all. Never once did I feel pressured or have to go through that dealership routine. You guys are amazing and we want to thank you for helping us make Aunt Viv's Christmas really special. read more

Zac Barrett was the guy in charge of handling my new 2017 Rav4 financing. He went out of his way to deliver amazing customer service! My girlfriend was hungry and he even gave her some food, also my son was throwing a fit and he gave my son a football to play with! Didnt expect this kind of service but it was pleasant knowing people like Zac go beyond to guarantee a satisfied customer.
