My last visit here was 6 years ago so I was overdue for a return. A week ago, I stopped by for lunch and ordered a custom made 10" pizza made with beef, mushrooms and white onions for about $15 with tax. Their only drink options are bottled which was extra of course. The food was ready in about 10 minutes. My pie was very cheesy and tasty and the toppings were generous and flavorful. It was a very good pizza but for $15 and just 10" a little expensive in my opinion. Everything is more expensive. I give a 4 score for the pizza. The staff was friendly and the ordering process was as easy as it gets. They also remembered to include the sauce which is kinda important to me. But this review is really about the food. The cheese bread is amazing! I think the secret is in the cheese. It had a nice flavor. The Lucky 7 is like their supreme pizza. It was loaded and I mean LOADED with cheese and toppings. The specialty meats pizza has a good amount of toppings. The crust has a wheat-y flavor. It's very light on sauce. Overall good flavor, but doesn't wow me. As for customer service, I'm sometimes greeted nicely by a young man and other times, a young woman is cold-like with no personality and unfriendly which doesn't make me feel good when picking up my large pizzas. The pizza was burnt, lacked cheese, and on the thinner side as well. There were three struggles that I had to face at once. We received the cheese sticks within ya couple minutes. The receipt didn't meet the expectation. Haha we received what appeared to be an 7 inch hoagie bun split in half and coated with garlic butter and cheese. It was the best!! It's not precut, so you'll need to do that yourself. The plastic knives they have there are too child proof to cut through effectively haha. After 8-13 seconds of sawing a piece, your taste buds are rewarded tremendously. The marinara was the most delicious dipping sauce I've had. It is on the sweeter side with spices to complement. The order usually always arrived 10-15 minutes faster than the ETA. It's a bit more pricey than a franchise but I think the quality is worth it for sure. I come to DaddyO's all the time for a quick meal, and I have to say while everything on the menu is really good, I was incredibly impressed with the Greek salad I bought for lunch a couple days ago. I have never added chicken to it before, and I can't believe how much chicken they put on it! I was expecting a few strips, and I wouldn't be surprised if they gave me two whole breasts. I have my phone set to silence unknown calls (because telemarketers y'all). Within 5 minutes I was downstairs but the driver had already left with the food. Not sure why the pizza couldn't have been left at the desk? Because I didn't answer the phone immediately? Either way, the option I was given was to pick up the order (load up 3 kids already in PJs and one who needs to go to sleep? No, that's why I ordered delivery), or cancel it. So I did that. I went for a walk today after work to get some air, looking for a place to sit down and eat. I wanted pizza, but I didn't want to go to Pizza Hut or Dominos, because they don't have a place to sit down. I shrugged at it, knowing every pizza place would say they're No. 1 these days, but seeing it had tables and chairs, I decided to try it anyway. Initially, I ordered the Chicken Fettucine Alfredo with out mushrooms, because I saw they had pasta. $10.49 for this. It was okay. Probably a 3.5 out of 5. If I were making it for my self, I'd probably add more Parmesan and cook the alfredo sauce down a little more to make it thicker, because I found the sauce a little runny for my taste. But it's a pizza restaurant. I'm not expecting the world's most luxurious alfredo sauce with vermouth and edible gold mixed in the process. Good garlic bread though. So, I got a small pepperoni pizza as well, to see if DaddyO's Pizza is worth the reputation that y'all are giving it in the reviews. The small was a 10 inch pizza, that came out to 8 bucks. Pizza was good. It came out hotter and fresher than an entire Little Caesars restaurant combined. I happened to see that they were rolling the pizza dough by hand in the back, so props for that. Crust was crunchy and had the right amount of char on it. I'd say the thickness was somewhere in between a thin crust and a hand tossed crust. Not thin, but not overly doughy, and had a nice crisp to it. Pepperoni, sauce and cheese were all fine. Maybe a little greasy, but I think that good pizza should have a little grease to it. Good for the taste, bad for the body. We'll say it that way. I'm not the biggest NYC pizza connoisseur in the world, but in terms of overall pizza, this was pretty good. I'll give it a 4.5 out of 5. Assuming I come back, which for the pizza, I think I will, getting a 10 inch pepperoni pizza with a soda for around $10-11 is not a bad deal, even in this crazy economy. I also liked the atmosphere. Very clean, professional, and the wall artwork was very entertaining. I'd like to find out who illustrated that. You might see me come over in the future in order to find out. read more

Prices are very good here and the food is made fresh and quick. Meatball calzone is another favorite or you can get one made however you like. And they have Coca-Cola products instead of pepsi. It was my first time trying Daddy'Os and had it delivered! For a delivery fee of $2.50, it was worth it to continue moving. Anyhow, I ordered a medium Margherita pizza with pepperoni and extra cheese for a total of $19.84 ($1.75 extra for the pepperoni and another $1.75 for extra cheese). The pizza had a good taste if you get get around how over cooked the crust was and the fact you just paid $1.75 for maybe 12 pepperonis. I think for $19.84, the pizza could have been better and less overdone. I'm not sure I'll order this again because of this fact. In addition to the pizza, I order two sides of ranch at $0.50 a piece. Super cheap, but you also get what you pay for. Generic tasting and the little plastic containers were half full. Also, the strawberry swirl cheesecake was good for $3.99 and probably the best item out of the entire $31+ purchase! Overall, I've had much better pizza at other locations for the same price or less. Upset that we got the wrong pizza and completely forgot about the wrong sizes, I called to plead our case and see what we could do to correct it. Nothing.
