I was able to do it online and even changed it online when I had a scheduling issue. I had a really good experience overall. I would say that my only piece of feedback was that they didn't clean my eyes before applying so if you want them to, you need to speak up. Sunny was my lash technician and she was very knowledgeable. I've gotten lashes done elsewhere before but it was a long time ago, so I don't remember what length I would have gotten. I was going for a look that wouldn't look too plain, but I didn't want spidery-looking lashes either. I went with the double (160 pieces) upon her recommendation, and a cat eye shape. I liked how she didn't try to convince me to get something more expensive and was really just trying to accommodate my style by looking at the shape of my eyes. The whole process took about 45 minutes, which was the quickest I've ever gotten lashes done! I will say though, they didn't last as long as I hoped. I was hoping for around two weeks but it really only lasted about one. I'd still come back though but next time, I'll make sure to maintain them with a refill.

Recently, they had someone new do my lashes and she didn't do a great job and I'm sure they were aware of it because they gave me a discount. Some of the extensions were basically glued to my eyelid, causing a buildup of dirt that I couldn't clean properly. When I went in for a fill, they told me they did me a favor by taking all of the old lashes off and not charging me for it. I had been at the salon for 2.5 hours and they asked me to come back the next day for them to put on a few more lashes. I won't be returning.

Dear Diary, Day 22:…read more It's been twenty two long days since I had my eyelashes put on. At this point, I'm convinced the extensions have fused with my natural lashes and will never come off. After day 8 I became frustrated with these things because I was sensitive to the glue so I tried removing them with oil. Regular oil and oil based eye makeup remover were tried. They barely moved. I think I lost 5 lashes and the rest stayed. It's ok. I've come to accept that they are now my lashes, here to stay, possibly forever. My eyes have toughed up to the glue and are much less sensitive now because, frankly, there was no choice. These things are durable and put on so well. If I ever need eyelash extensions again, I will probably go back and have them done at I Lash 4ever. When I had them put on, it was so relaxing I kept falling asleep. I just wish my eyes weren't initially so sensitive to the glue but my eyes are sensitive to everything so it was to be expected. But, who knows if I'll ever need eyelash extensions again, my dear diary. These things have barely moved off my face in three weeks. I guess I'll be doomed to be this beautiful, long lashed darling for all eternity. Or if these things ever decide to come off. Jessi T

I went in for a fill but was honored for a full set price of a Groupon. I noticed my in/outside edges of the lashes were not filled but my eyes were burning after the fill, so I didn't say anything as I didn't want to repeat the process. Still, I have to find another location to go in again today and am totally bummed that I have to do so so soon.
