Our experience at Ashara Health & Wellness was extremely disappointing…read more On November 6, 2025, I brought my teenage son to Ashara because he was ill and dehydrated and was seeking hydration therapy. During his visit, his condition deteriorated rapidly. He became pale, began sweating profusely, appeared disoriented, and nearly lost consciousness. His condition became serious enough that I called 911, and he was transported by ambulance to the emergency room for evaluation and treatment. As a result, our family incurred more than $1,400 in emergency medical bills, in addition to other expenses. Since then, I have attempted to resolve this matter professionally. I sent certified correspondence requesting reimbursement or, at a minimum, the contact information for Ashara's professional liability insurance carrier so the claim could be handled appropriately. I also requested copies of the medical records and other relevant documentation. Despite these efforts, I have received no response. I understand that unexpected medical events can occur, but what has been most disappointing is the complete lack of communication afterward. Ignoring a patient's family after such a serious incident does not reflect the level of professionalism or accountability I expected. I hope Ashara Health & Wellness will choose to respond and work toward resolving this matter.

I find it disgusting. nobody should be administering an IV or taking one out with a Barenaked dirty hand. It also shouldn't be $200 for them to cram you in and push you out in 20 minutes when the website clearly states 45 minute vitamin drip.
