I've visited for both a pedicure and a manicure on separate occasions, and both times were amazing. The pedicure is incredibly refreshing. They even helped me out with an ingrown toenail that had been bothering me; it's healed up perfectly now. The staff has always been super friendly and considerate throughout the process. The only small quirk is that they sometimes perform manicures at the pedicure stations. When my wife and I went recently for just a manicure, we were seated in the pedicure chairs instead of at a standard table. It can feel a bit awkward with the angles, but it doesn't necessarily take away from the quality of the service, it's just an interesting choice. I really love the various packages they offer; it's always a relaxing time. Parking is also a huge plus here. The lot is quite ample, so I've never had an issue finding a spot quickly. If you're a guy looking for a clean, professional, and relaxing spot, I highly recommend checking them out!

Although the nail tech and the process leading up to the nail painting was great, my nails weren't completely painted over. I like the colors I chose, even though I went with a black French tip, il mainly dissatisfied with the end product of completion. I dont think I will be back for a third time, unfortunately.

She carefully assessed my skin and recognized that I have combination skin, so she customized the treatment using different handmade, organic masks for each area. You could genuinely feel the quality of the products. She removed my dry skin and whiteheads, and my face looked brighter, smoother, and refreshed. She also waxed my brows and upper lip -- my brows are beautifully shaped now! Now let's talk about the nails -- because clients absolutely notice attention to detail. We can tell when nail techs rush through the drilling process and try to hide imperfections under gel. We can tell when only one or two coats of color are applied and the tip is still visible under the top coat. That was NOT the case here. Joanna took her time with the drilling and shaping to give me the almond shape I wanted (my last salon left them oval). She exceeded my expectations. The nail artist was also wonderful and did not try to steer me away from my requested design, which usually other nail techs do to get you out fast and charge you for a design I could have done myself. Instead of rushing the gel, they built the pink color in layers for smooth, even coverage. The nail art was exactly how I wanted it. The final result looked clean, polished, and high quality. You can truly feel the pride they take in their work. I left feeling cared for, not rushed, and I will absolutely be coming back.
