My two year old Linea Micra machine was having some steam wand trouble and was no longer covered under La Marzocco's warranty. They sent me the part I needed and Nathan came over and fixed it up no problem, in under an hour. I spoke with Roxanne initially and she communicated well that they were booking one week out, and she followed up promptly when they needed to push my appointment to wait for additional parts- to be on the safer side! Incredibly helpful they're located in Petaluma, super nice they travel around. Will definitely be recommending them and using them again when my machine needs a tune up. read more

I definitely do not recommend this place to repair anything. I ask them if they fixed espresso machines, and that mine was from Italy and had only been used for three years, she assured me that it would not be an issue to fix. I was told I would receive an email and to fill out the survey about the machine. so I submitted a survey online and brought it in. I get a call four weeks later, letting me know that they could not work on my machine and when I asked why the lady said that the gentleman that works on these machines has left and they have a new guy that does not know how to work on these machines and that they actually only fix machines that they sell. When I asked, why did it take four weeks to let me know they couldn't work on it they said they're so backed up that it took four weeks before they realized they don't sell this machine. I was told since they had done no work that there would be no charge and to come pick it up and I would need to find another place to get it fixed it. when I went to go pick it up a couple days later I found out that they were charging me $140 And they had looked over it and that there was no issue. When I took it home the same thing happened it did not heat up the water. The lady that we talked to at the shop told me she does not know why I was told this, but they did work on it so I was going to be changed. I was also told that there was no new employee working here and that the employee that was working here is the one that looked at it. This business comes across as shady, telling you one thing and then when you come in telling you something completely different. All in all I was not satisfied with this place. They gave me the runaround and I would not trust this company with fixing anything of mine and I don't think you should trust them to fix anything of yours. read more

Grateful that Dolce Neve exists. We invested in a nice Rocket espresso machine and only 3 years in, the steam wand broke. We were lost on what to do until we found Dolce Neve! They learned the problem, ordered the right parts and then scheduled a tech visit. Nathan was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what to do. He took it back to the shop to fix and then when ready, another tech visited to deliver and install the machine. Good to go! Very happy with the service received at Dolce Neve! They expertly repaired the power/toggle switch on my Rocket Mozzafiato and took really good care of her while in their possession. Machine didn't get fixed, called the boss , I guess her name is Heather, explained my issue. She doesn't give a f.... as long as they charge you. She told me that my machine was old. read more

Jeffrey Z has it pretty much right. I've used Dolce Neve a few times. In the early times, they were great. Their technician, straight from Italy, was fun to talk to and knew his stuff. Was happy with them, even though it meant a drive from East Bay up to Petaluma to get my machine. But when the Isomac went bad for the 3rd time (for a pin-head leak in the boiler) they offered to sell me a La Valentina. Which I went for. Eventually, my Valentina had a problem. Wouldn't stay on - pressure dropped to zero during steaming. Drove it up to them. They looked at it, charged the "look at" fee and declared it just fine. Because they judged the on/off button to be marginal, thy replaced it (for $) with a "brew" button so I didn't know which was which after that. Which was not great but ... whatever. The definitely not great was when the machine immediately said "I'm still broken - exact same problem". Called them up and that's where it REALLY went downhill. I suggested that the "look at" fee (over a hundred bucks) should be waived since it hadn't been fixed. And when the guy I was speaking with floated that past who I'm guessing is the boss (a woman's voice) I could hear an irate reply that was roughly "No f'ing way. If he wants it looked at again he'll pay the look-at fee again! Who does he think he is?" Well, who I thought I was was a loyal customer who just two days prior got back his machine unfixed. So I said forget it and the machine just sat as I switched to other coffee methods whilst pondering what to do to get the machine properly fixed. For a long time. Just last week (and this is after a year or so) I learned of Caffeine Tech, called Philippe, and he was a marvel. Saw ALL the problems in the machine and photo-documented them to show me. Just pulled my first shot in months and months. And it was ambrosial. Happy again. read more

They had my residential machine for 6 months (off and on) and never fixed it. The owner took over the repair, would work on the machine only when it seem to suit him, wouldn't commit to a finish date and stopped communicating directly with me. Enough is enough. As a consumer this is the worst kind of service. It's abusive. This owner fellow needs to think about why he's in a service business. read more

I had a good experience with Heather (owner?) and Andy (technician). It took several return visits to finally fix my espresso machine but I was impressed with their integrity, policy of getting it right and not upcharging me from their original estimate. Heather was nice enough to gift me with an espresso cleaning kit ($50 value) and took the time to give me a tutorial for my patience with all the trouble they had with my machine. In the end they got it running beautifully, like new. I will definitely be a return costumer. read more

Can't even find parts for an espresso machine they sold me. Said "go to Amazon" we don't know what that part is, and top it off the women was rude about it. Funny I bought the first replacement part from them. Need a new gasket for my group and even gave them the part number, but they told me to go elsewhere. I can no longer recommend Dolce Nave, buyer beware. They are happy to seek You a several thousand dollar machine to then not support the machine or customer. DONE! read more
