We called APPLIANCES JAUREZ late yesterday about our clothes dryer. there was heat but it wouldn't sin. He told us he could be at our home between 8:00 AM and 8:30 AM today, He was completely on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, had the two parts that we needed, installed them and had our dryer running and working in less than 30 minutes. Appliances Juarez topped the list with 500+ 5-star reviews. Submitted a Yelp "request for quote" that night, received a response Sunday, and Monday morning 9am, Juan Juarez was at my door! Amazing! He was very calm and eased my worries. Tested my oven, waited patiently as it takes time. My oven was fine, he said! Jaun was able to come over on very short notice to look at our leaking dishwasher. It turned out to be an easy fix. He explained what happened and showed me how to do it myself in the future. We also had another problem with the air-gap on the dishwasher. Again, he explained the problem while he did the quick fix. He's a personable guy. He shared some opinions regarding appliance brands, quality and reliability. His rate is reasonable. I'm not looking for rock bottom cheap. He doesn't take credit cards. We used Venmo. Not sure what else he takes. I'm giving him five stars. With that said, though, they weren't complicated repairs but I'll definitely call him again. read more

Juan is the very best! He got me/installed a Miele dishwasher in 2014 and hasn't had to repair it until now! It's not an every day appliance, so we had to play around w/ the error codes and fix parts on separate visits. I finally had to order parts from Miele. He came by & installed the new non-return valve & microfilter in 10 minutes w/o charge. He only charged for Visit #1. Juan is very knowledgeable, kind, honest & hard working. Juan Jaurez is amazing! Our dishwasher had been unable to drain properly. It took Juan less than 10 minutes to diagnose the problem (impeller pump), and, to our surprise, he even had a replacement pump in his truck. He installed it and our dishwasher problems were gone in less than an hour from his arrival. He's bilingual in English and Spanish. His English is so good that I assume he's American-born (NOTE: not intended to insult hard-working immigrants). He's highly intelligent and has a great personality. My GE front loading washer started displaying the LE error code. Came to my house the same day with the parts needed. When he entered our house, he politely took his shoes off before walking on the carpet. Our washer and dryer are a stacked set and in a tight laundry closet space. He never once complained.
