Came here for lunch, we've been hearing good things and decided to give it a try. The service was decent, family friendly. I asked a few questions about the menu & drinks and the server was not knowledgeable. She had to go ask to get me answer, no problem, we figured she was new. Food was good, but nothing outside a typical chain restaurant. The best I can describe it is if Olive garden and a mom & pop Italian restaurant had a baby, this would be it. Is it good? Yes. Is it homemade sauces and family recipes? No The alcoholic drinks are good and price point matches other establishments in the area. Will I be back? Yes Will this be one of my "Go To's"? Nah. If you want typical italian, no frills, come here!

Why 4 stars? Because everything was perfectly fine at a great price. --- --- --- My in-laws live nearby and we all love Italian food, so we were stalking the opening of Napoli's, but I had kind of forgotten about it. When they offered to take us out for Italian for our anniversary, I immediately remembered Napoli's and I'm glad I did. One thing that really jumped out to me is that the prices are very reasonable and do not feel like everything else in 2025. The most expensive item on the food menu is $29.99. There are some pricey wine bottles, but food wise, everything is under 30 bucks and that's hard to find these days. We started off with a couple appetizers: Fried Cheese: 3-stars. There wasn't much to these. I like fried cheese but wouldn't need to order these again. Bruschetta: 4-stars. A solid edition. And then onto the main courses: Steak Marsala: 3-stars. Remember how I mentioned the most expensive item was $29.99? I had to try it, and to be honest, it was pretty much what you would expect for the price point. It was a thin steak that was cooked significantly more than the medium rare. It also tasted like it had no seasoning until I added a little salt. I enjoyed the angel hair pasta/marsala fine enough, but the steak was not something I'd need to order again. But again, for the price point, I wasn't expecting much more than this. Had I ordered this at a nicer steakhouse, it definitely would have been a 1-star. Italian Trio: 4-stars. The wife ordered this, and in addition to it being like $23, it was also an absolutely massive portion. I thought everything was enjoyable on this plate and I would happily order this again if we were to return. We arrived at 5pm and there weren't too many people in the restaurant, but by the time we were done, the place was packed. I'm glad Montgomery is supporting a local business, but my main piece of feedback is: up the price of the steak marsala if you have to - people should be willing to pay a bit more for higher quality.

The service was fantastic and so was the food. Great Italian food with lots of different sauces to choose from to customize your dish. The hot bread stole my heart with the rich garlic and olive oil mixture for dipping. My husband had a pizza and he said it was excellent with lots of flavor. I had the Diane sauce with tortellini and chicken, our friends had the cacciatore and her husband had the Italian trio. We will be back for sure.

    Welcoming staff.

My wife and I very much enjoyed our dinner at Napoli's. The experience was solid from start to finish. Warmly greeted and seated. Attentive service. And of course, delicious food. We will be back regularly.

I was trying to pass time to avoid traffic into Houston so I decided to stop in Caldwell to do some boutique shopping. Caldwell has some awesome boutiques FYI!. I was looking for a late lunch/early dinner and decided I wanted some steak. Now this place is by no means fancy but it's definitely hometown feel and obviously a small town staple. I ordered the filet mignon with mashed potatoes and vegetables. Yall 12oz for $26 dollars is an absolute steal. I was worried about the quality due to the price but I was impressed! The meat was good the mashed potatoes tasted sweet though so not a fan of those. But for $26 I wasn't even complaining. Now back to these fried pickle, I text everyone I know "I just found the best fried pickles in Texas" as I scarfed them down. If you are ever passing through you must stop to grab a basket of them. All of this and my total was around $35! The service was efficient and friendly 10/10 recommend!

I had never been to the previous address, but the interior design was so lovely we chose to sit at the new bar. Kady, the bartender (forgive me if I spelled it wrong) was such a doll the whole time waiting us. She kept the chips (touch of louisiana we enjoyed) next to her for refills and made the most twisted hurricane I've had. Definitely walked out clinging to my man lol. We tried the crawfish dip which came with two types of bread, though both went amazing with it. I ordered the lobster ravioli with a side of hush puppies and my old guy ordered the lamb chops, well done, with gumbo (we don't eat pork) and stuffed shrimp. Everything was so damn great tasting. I mean, damned good tasting. My only flaw was the roux could've been a little thinner, but that is absolutely it. Fabulous timeeee and I'm so recommending.

Despite a pretty empty restaurant we were told that only the bar and outside were available. And unlike many other places, they said this bar only allows 21 and older to dine in the bar area, which means only the outside for us. This being a cold (because of the wind) and cloudy morning. Sigh. Asked for a kids menu and was told it's only for 12 and under. Got the evil eye from the hostess when I said my kid qualifies. Then I offered to show them her ID and they backed off with smiles even. The complementary potato chips kind of tasted like Chips Oman. At least they weren't stale and it's a nice addition while you wait. The kiddo got the kids catfish which was just a pretty small piece of fish. Fries were good. Side fruit consisted of strawberries pineapple and red grapes. No drink included. Had to chase down the staff to get some tartar sauce. I wanted a Po Boy but was told they don't offer it on the weekends. Asked about beignets and was told it's only for dessert. Sigh. Decided to get the pork ribeye fricassee. The flavor was good but boy was it salty. Almost like they dropped a whole shaker of salt on it. Good thing there was some rice to counter the effect. Otherwise it would be inedible. So after our meal we had access to the desert menu and got a half order of beignets (4 pieces). They were ok. The dough on these is pretty thick though. Not sure if that's standard but I'd prefer light and fluffy. Soft opening was just the day before. So I think they're trying to find their stride. Water girl was on it though so kudos to her. Waiter was meh. Had to go in and fetch him a few times as they don't come outside much, especially when you're the only one out there. The bar area is small but the bartenders are nice. They have a sectioned off room in the back which might be good for a larger group. Place is kinda small overall though.

They have a few cocktail concoctions; however, they only serve beer and wine so they're wine based. I looked over the menu which is reasonably priced and decided on the blackened catfish (1 filet) with onion rings and red beans and rice. You can choose 2 sauces so I picked tartar and remoulade. I also added an iced tea. Red beans and rice - very watery, should really have drained off most all the liquid before serving this. Good flavor though with plenty of andouille sausage in it. Onion rings - these are pretty good Catfish - this really hit the spot especially when dipping everything in the remoulade. Overall, I liked this place and will return to try other dishes.
