The people on the inside are very friendly whenever I have to go through the lines and things they help out and always say thank you and goodbye and hello and all the good things that good Kroger employees do. It can be frustrating when you are going in on a work break and see 1 person working the checkout and others in the back or the parking lot. It would seem to me that when the store busy, all hands should be on deck and save the parking lot work for later. I spend the majority of my break just waiting in line. I tried to tell the store this time, they referred me to corporate for some reason - even though it's a physical equipment issue at the actual store site. Corporate customer service asked me if I wanted to start a case. I said no bc the bank had luckily caught the fraud, I just wanted to alert them to the problem. Apparently they don't have an internal mechanism (or concern) about dealing with card skimmers unless you've had money stolen. They never even asked me what store or what pump, date it happened on. I find parking to be extremely crowded. Prices are higher than the other area grocery stores. What I like is you can use your Kroger card/kroger coupons here. My son loves their bakery donuts. The donuts apparently are amazing in the wee hours of the morning. Another thing that I like about this store is they still have that "small town"vibe.

The gas to be honest is a little expensive for my taste it's always a little more than it cost at like a Circle K or something I'm never sure why but it is just a little more expensive so I don't really recommend come in here that often unless you're just kind of in desperate need and it's not a very busy area which is excellent because I hate stopping on big speakers Dixie so busy all the time so I'll frequent this if I need to pick up a little something

The check in process was a challenge due to connectivity of app. Thankful Jason was on site to help us with the rental. He didn't even have us on his schedule, it was very weird. I could see my reservation through the app. I am so thankful he was there and helpful if not we would not have been able to pick up our new furniture. We had the truck less than 2 hours. We were not pleased with the app but Jason's service was excellent. He saved the day!
