It took multiple calls to get a response from Amanda, their contact. When I told Amanda they originally fixed it, she said we would have to pay AGAIN. Finally, after explaining we were told it was covered from a repair this year, they agreed it was under warranty, but on the service date no one showed up. They I had to spend multiple calls trying to get someone to come out. When they did, they told me that it would be hundreds of dollars to fix. I'm really disappointed with their service.

He completely overhauled the movement on a 1999 Rolex while keeping the vintage feel. My friend says it runs better than it did buying it in 1999. Jerry used to be an authorized dealer for many great watch houses. He restored the Chronometer back to its COSC certification at a fraction of the cost of what Rolex would charge. Currently he's working in an Omega for a friend from Miami. He can just as easily repair Seiko movements as well as Citizen.
